Final Considerations
The WHAY’17 (Yoga, Athlets, Health, Wellness) here called Event, will be realized at September 30, 2017 and October 01, 2017, by people of both sexes, duly registered, called participants, regardless of climatic conditions.
Observation: regulation updated in August 25, 2017 at 05:30PM. other updates may be realized until the participation kits delivery start, accordingly with technical needs of the event.
This event is composed by:
a. Presentation of lectures about Yoga, its application to reach emotional balance. It will be a special moment for who wants to know Yoga, practice sports or is already a yoga practitioner, being an opportunity to know and participate of new experiences enjoying lectures that will be made during the two days of the event addressing the themes listed in the table below:
2.1 Dates and Times
a. Lectures
Registration to WHAY’17 (Yoga, Athlets, Health, Wellness) will be realized using the website http://www.yescom.com.br/whaybr.com.br limited to the maximum number of 150 PARTICIPANTS in each lecture at September 30, 2017 and 600 PARTICIPANTS in lecture of October 1, 2017.
3.1 Registration, Values and Deadlines
Registration to the event may be realized with the informed value until September 27, 2017 for payment by bank slip and credit card.
a. September 30, 2017 Lectures:
a.1 REGISTRATION LECTURE 1 – R$ 18,00 (EIGHTEEN REAIS)
a.2 REGISTRATION LECTURE 2 – R$ 18,00 (EIGHTEEN REAIS)
a.3 REGISTRATION LECTURE 3 – R$ 18,00 (EIGHTEEN REAIS)
b. October 1, 2017 lecture:
b.1 REGISTRATION to the MAIN LECTURE – R$ 27,00 (TWENTY SEVEN REAIS)
Observation: after the closure of registration isn’t possible to generate or to press a new bank slip by electronic or physical means.
c. The registration is effective just after the bank slip payment.
d. The Organization may at any time suspend or extend deadlines or add or limit the registration number in the event according to technical / structural needs / availabilities without prior notice.
e. In consideration of the Estatuto do Idoso, the ORGANIZATION will make available to PARTICIPANTS over 60 (sixty) years, the discount of 50% (fifty percent) in the amount of the registration. The PARTICIPANT can only benefit from this benefit if he registers exclusively through the EVENT website.
f. If can be proved that the PARTICIPANT has made use of the benefit granted by the Estatuto do Idoso and has ceded his registration to another PARTICIPANT to attend the lectures in his place, the ORGANIZATION is authorized by the PARTICIPANT who made the registration, to issue a charge through bank slip of the difference that was paid at the time of your registration.
g. Under any circumstance will be accepted as valid a bank slip paid after the due date. If the participant was able to make the payment in this condition through any mean, the registration will be canceled and his kit will not be delivered.
3.2 Access
Access to the lecture is exclusive to the participant officially registered.
4.1 By the internet
a. Fulfill correctly and completely your registration form
b. Choose the form of payment by Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard) or Bank Slip.
c. For payment using Credit Card:
c.1 Fulfill all asked data referring to Credit Card;
c.2 Press the Register Confirmation
d. For payment by Bank Slip:
d.1 Press the Bank Slip;
d.2 Make the payment as indicated in the Bank Slip;
d.3 Value and registration data will be considered just after the confirmation of the PAYMENT OF THE BANK SLIP, not from the data of the form fulfillment.
e. Will not be accepted payments by ATM and deposits without previous ORGANIZATION asking.
f. THE PROOF OF PAYMENT is a single document, the ORGANIZATION does not have a copy of it.
4.2 Courtesy Registration
a. Yescom may under its criteria to give courtesy registration in the EVENT for social programs and/or public services, just if it had been asked, at minimum, 45 (forty five) days before.
b. Asking do not guarantee the courtesy, that is optional, and it is merely the liberality of the ORGANIZER.
c. We will not accept requests for courtesies to PARTICIPANTS that made their registration, paid and / or courtesy. If for any eventuality a courtesy is granted to a PARTICIPANT who has already registered and paid the ticket, or even won a courtesy registration, there will be no refund of the amount paid, transfer of this registration to third party, or even an extra kit will be delivered, that is, the participant will only have the right to enjoy the services that the courtesy will provide.
a. Kit delivery will be made at State Gymnasyum Geraldo José de Almeida - Manuel da Nóbrega street, 1361 – Courts 1 and 2 - Ibirapuera - São Paulo, during the days and times informed below:
September 30 – from 8:00AM to 12:00AM to Lectures 1 and 2 and 3 that will be realized on September 30.
September 30 – from 01:00PM to 04:00PM to the Main Lecture that will be realized on October 01.
October 1 – from 08:00AM to 09:00AM to the Main Lecture that will be realized on October 1.
b. There will not be kit delivery after the lectures star, neither after its closure.
c. To withdraw the kit is necessary to present:
c.1 Registration paid by BANK SLIP:
- original ID with photo (ID or drive license);
- PROOF OF PAYMENT or the bank slip paid ORIGINAL (copies will not be accepted, in any case). This voucher will be retained on delivery of the Kit.
Observation 1: register confirmation sent by email isn’t valid as proof of payment.
Observation 2: registration form isn’t valid as proof of payment.
Under any circumstance will be accepted as valid a bank slip paid after the due date. If the participant was able to make the payment in this condition through any mean, the registration will be canceled and his kit will not be delivered.
c.2 Registration paid trough CREDIT CARD:
- original ID with photo (ID or drive license);
- PROOF OF PAYMENT pressed after confirmation of the payment. This voucher will be retained on delivery of the Kit.
c. To deliver the kit to third parties is necessary to present:
- An authorization of the registered event’s participant that may describe participant and third party data and the name of the event and that will be retained on delivery of the Kit.

- PROOF OF PAYMENT that will be retained on delivery of the Kit;
- Original ID with photo (ID, drive license or passport) of the third party.
d.1 registration paid by CREDIT CARD:
- PROOF OF PAYMENT pressed after confirmation of the payment. This voucher will be retained on delivery of the Kit.
d.2 registration paid by BANK SLIP:
- PROOF OF PAYMENT or the bank slip paid ORIGINAL (copies will not be accepted, in any case). This voucher will be retained on delivery of the Kit.

5.1 Individual Responsibility Statement

I declare that:
• The personal data that have been, or will be, provided to effect this registration in the EVENT are of my total responsibility, under the penalties of the law.
• I read and I am entirely agreeing with the Rules of the event, available on the website www.yescom.com.br, declining, that all rules listed there are based in law, balance and ethics, and I will not be able to declare, in the future or any time, that I don’t know or don’t agree with these rules.
• I am participating in this event under my free and spontaneous will, knowing risks, difficulties, unpublished, place, time and weather conditions in which it will be realized, freeing the organization, sponsors and promoters from all responsibilities, at any level, in my and in my successors name.
• I’m aware of my perfect health condition and that I’m able to participate in the event, with good health in general, being exclusively responsible for any kind of harm I experience or cause to others.
• I’m aware and agreeing with the information of the event available in the website www.yescom.com.br, including the support services in the route.
• I’m aware that in the case of medical assistance it will be made in public hospitals, releasing the organization of the private medical assistance.
• I’m totally responsible for any values arising from personal or material harms caused by my actions in other participants, people, organization and all their representatives, during my participation in this event.
• By this instrument, I give way all rights of my image use (including rights of arena), waiving receipt any payment that came from promotional materials, campaigns, information, TV broadcast, video clips, presentations, newspapers, commercial promotion, license, photos and social media, at any time, place or media currently available or that came to be implemented in the market, for this and other events, in consequence of the use of this images, or in the acts above described made by Yescom and/or its commercial partners.
• I’m aware and authorize the use of equipments for image gathering in the arena of the event, eg. motorcycles, vehicles, helicopters, drones and other means available for this action.
• I’m aware that, by being invited, registered or inscribed myself in the event, I will include myself in the Yescom database, authorizing, since now, the sending, to the informed email or address, of any kind of electronic or regular message to participate of any promotion or promotional action and rewards or commercial programs, developed by Yescom or its partners.
• I will pay for all travel, accommodation, food, transfers, safes, medical assistance expenses and any other expenses needed or coming from my participation in this event, before, during or after its realization.
• In the case of supplying, by the organization, of transportation, accommodation and/or food or other services, I declare that it will be a mere courtesy, do not implying in any contractual or professional linkage with the organization, do not creating any obligation or responsibility.
• I, as participant or representative or team leader, am totally agreeing with the rules of the event and with my responsibilities above specified, at any time and place, having nothing to claim, now or in the future, related to its rules, being all eventual relationship ruled by ethical principles.
• I’m aware that the decision and choice of inclusion and/or exclusion of participants in the referred event made by the coach or responsible for the team, will be of unique and exclusive responsibility of them. The organization is, since now, exempt of any decision or evaluation, personal, direct or indirect of the participant, who is responsible by the accuracy of the given information, or his coordinator, because if the participant was informed or not about his participation in the event, the responsibility is exclusively of him.
• I accept do not carry and do not use in the events area, including lectures room and kit delivery area or any other area with public visibility in the event, means of promotion of any discriminatory material in general, political, promotional or advertising, even signs that can be seen by other people without written liberation of the organization; and any kind of material or object that put at risk the safety of the event, participants and/or present people, including public, being aware that I can be asked to leave the event by the organization or authorities of the areas above described.
• In the case of my participation in this event as team or participants representative, service providers and/or any media or vehicle, I explicitly declare to know and accept the event’s rules and respect areas that will be used by the organization, being not allowed my participation in the team support structures built in unsuitable areas or areas that disturb the good progress of the event without written authorization from the organization, being aware that if not I can be asked to leave the place at any time.
• Independently of being present or not in the fulfillment of my register and in the withdrawal of my participant kit, by myself or by mean of my representative or team leader; I declare to be completely aware of the rules and of my rights and obligations during the event, confirming total validity based in ethical principles.
• I’m aware that all benefits linked with my inscription will be fully available just after the effective and proved payment of the fee, agreeing that will be of my exclusive responsibility read news sent to my valid email registered in the organizer’s inscription system and/or any other system used by them, being of my full responsibility the access to the website of the event to verify updates and changes in the rules, news and information about availability or not of the services and/or courtesies to participate in the referred event.
• I declare that I won’t give my inscription to participate of the event for other person and that if I practice this illegal attitude, I’m aware that I can suffer the consequences described in the law.
• I declare that I will use the 50% discount given in respect of the Estatuto do Idoso just if I’m really 60 years old or more. If be proven that I used this benefit or gave my inscription to other participant, I authorize the organization to issue the billing, through a bank slip of the amount due, considering the value previously paid in my inscription.
• I declare to be aware that any asking for information using the “talk with us” tool just may be made by the participant himself and/or by proven close relatives or by legal procurator duly constituted and empowered.
• I’m aware that the customer services happens always through the “talk with us” tool via phone (11) 4191-1236, social networks or by the email faleconosco@yescom.com.br, from Monday to Friday from 09:00AM to 12:00AM and from 01:00PM to 05:00PM, do not working on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays and from December 23 to 26, 2017 and from December’29, 2017 and January’03, 2018.
a. Kit withdrawal to participants with 60 years old or more will be realized in a specific gate at State Gymnasium Geraldo José de Almeida - Manuel da Nóbrega street, 136 – courts 1 and 2 - Ibirapuera - São Paulo, during the days and times informed below:
September 30 – from 8:00AM to 12:00AM to Lectures 1 and 2 and 3 that will be realized on September 30.
September 30 – from 01:00PM to 04:00PM to the Main Lecture that will be realized on October 01.
October 1 – from 08:00AM to 09:00AM to the Main Lecture that will be realized on October 1.
b. To withdraw the kit you shall to present the documents listed at the item 5 of this rule.
c. If be proven that the participant used the benefit guaranteed by the Estatuto do Idoso and gave its inscription to other participant to run in his place, organization is authorized by the participant that made the inscription, to issue the billing, through a bank slip of the amount due and he will be banished of the Yescom’s general registration system, losing his access to previous results and becoming forbidden in the future Yescom events.
Under any circumstance will be accepted bank slips paid after the due date. If the participant was able to pay the bank slip even after the due date, the inscription will be canceled and his kit will not be delivered.
a. To clear doubts or technical information talk with the Technical Organization by the email faleconosco@yescom.com.br.
b. The phone of Yescom’s attendance “talk with us” is (55 11) 4191-1236. In this phone will be attended just questions related to registration (Id, CPF and/or password). The time for attendance by email, phone or social networks is from Monday to Friday from 09:00AM to 12:00AM and from 01:00PM to 05:00PM, do not working on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
c. We inform that from December 23 to 26, 2017 and from December’29, 2017 and January’03, 2018, we will not attend phone, email and social networks.
d. The organization can, under its criteria or according needs of the event, include or change this rules totally or partially.
e. Doubts or omissions in this rule will be dissolved by the Organization Commission and/or by the Organizers/Promoters sovereignly, do not being allowed claiming about this decision.
Your certificate will be available 30 days after the event.
