The start and finish lines will be in Ibirapuera, on Pedro Álvares Cabral Avenue, near the "Monumento Obelisco Mausoleum ao Soldado Constitucionalista da Revolução de 1932".
The venue is close to the AACD (Line 5 Purple) and Paraíso (Line 1 Blue and 2 Green) subway stations. Bus lines also pass through the venue.
Access to the assembly and start areas will be signposted, and it is forbidden to jump over the fences that delimit these areas to enter the track at the START time or at any other time, under any pretext.
The race will offer infrastructure (medical support, access, hydration and snacks) for the official number of registered athletes. No extra resources will be made available for athletes who are not officially registered ("popcorn").
Attention: there will be access control and only athletes with a race number will be able to access the start area.
STARTS and FINISHES will take place at Ibirapuera, in Ondas, starting at 6:10 am, according to the detailed route published on the official EVENT website.

The Organization requests extreme attention to the announcements made by the public address system in the starting area for any changes to the respective times.
The Organization informs that it is forbidden to leave valuable items in the Cloakroom, such as watches, high-value accessories, electronic equipment, sound equipment or cell phones, checks, credit cards, wallets with money, identification documents such as ID/CPF or Passport, among others, inside or outside the backpacks and bags used by participants, because when the athlete hands over the item to the Organization, the item will not be inspected or opened to check its contents.
The athlete who uses the cloakroom declares that by handing over their belongings to Yescom, they are aware of the rules, schedules and regulations of the event, exempting Yescom from any responsibility for the contents thereof.
The Organization will refuse to store isolated or individual items, such as keys, cell phones, glasses, watches, wallets, headphones, checkbooks or similar items.
The Organization cannot and will not be held responsible for the contents of bags, backpacks, sacks, purses or any other type of item left in the Luggage Storage, since this is an optional courtesy service of the race and its use is not mandatory for the athlete.
The Organization will accept objects to be stored in the Luggage Storage until the start time of the general peloton. The item must be collected by the official end time of the event, at 9:45 am. If the item is not collected, it will be sent to Yescom and the athlete must request collection by contacting us.
There will be an exclusive area for the assembly of Sports Advisory tents at the event, according to the arena map available on this website and rules guided by ATC-SP.
The tents can only be set up in the demarcated area and the interested party must confirm the set up with the ATC-SP Association of Running Coaches of São Paulo, which is coordinating with Yescom the registration of sports advisors.
The exclusive area for Sports Consultants will be accessible on Sunday, April 12, 2026 from 0:01 a.m. to 4:00 a.m.
Access will only be permitted with registration with ATC-SP.
Any assembly outside the reserved area is subject to collection by the competent public agencies.

1st. The 50% discount on registration is exclusive for those aged 60 or over. Do not use this benefit for third parties as you will be subject to the penalties of the law. Don't give your subscription to anyone
2nd. There will be an exclusive service desk for ATHLETES aged 60 or over when delivering a kit, which will speed up the service and check documents.
3rd. To facilitate the location of results and images, both by the ATHLETE and the Organization, the breast numbers of all categories available at the event including the ABOVE 60 YEARS category, will have a sequential series of easy location.
4th. In case of proof of the improper use of the 50% discount benefit, the Organization may apply the rules of item 10.4 of the Regulation.
5th. There will be no delivery of participation kit on the day of the EVENT, nor after it.
1st. Your breast number is personal and non-transferable.
2nd. Do not give in, do not sell and do not allow the copy of your breast number, as you will be committing an infraction subject to the penalties of the law.
3rd. In case of medical assistance, it is through your chest number that the emergency contact will be activated. A family member of yours may receive unexpected news as you are not participating in the event, as you have given your number to someone to run in your place.
4th. In case of failure in the electronic chip, your result can be analyzed from your breast number by photos and videos captured at the event.
5th. If you know someone who gave or sold the number in order to obtain advantages, report it through faleconosco@yescom.com.br.

Chip
Your breast number is equipped with the electronic timing chip. Do not remove it and use it only on the chest. Do not bend, wrinkle, peel off the chip adhesive and do not remove the spacer foam for correct operation.
Always leave the numeral in chest. Do not cover it with a blouse, jacket, backpack strap, etc.
Do not put your arm over the numeral in time zones.
Do not put the numeral on the body's lethal (for example, on the legs).
Do not cover the numeral with blouses, jackets or any other clothing.
Don't be a Popcorn runner, be a cool runner!
1. Increase in registration fees;
2. Decrease in the supply of direct and indirect jobs;

4. Increase in the consumption of isotonic, gel and other available services, running the risk of ending;

The event arena is located in Praça do Patriarca - Historic Center of São Paulo.
The venue is close to the Anhangabaú station (Line 3 - Red of the Metro), and the closest exit is via Rua Dr. Falcão Filho, approximately 200 meters away from the arena.

The 30th SÃO PAULO INTERNAL MARATHON 2026, hereinafter referred to as EVENT, will be held in April 2026 in the city of São Paulo by duly registered PEOPLE, hereinafter referred to as ATHLETES.
This EVENT includes the following Street Races with individual participation: On Sunday, April 12, 2026 (Ibirapuera) - Marathon Day
a - The 42,195m Race, Marathon (also called 42K). b - The 21,097m Race, Half Marathon (also called 21K). c - The 10,000m Race, 10K Race (also called 10K). d - The 7000m Race, 7K Race (also called 7K).
The 5000m race, 5K race (also called 5K). Athletes who register for the Marathon or Half Marathon, both taking place on April 12, can participate in the Race of Nations 5K, which will be held on April 11. This choice is made during the registration process.
1.1 - START AND ARRIVAL LOCATIONS

Any athlete who does not pass the points within the times described above will not be able to continue on the race route and must end his/her participation in the race using, if he/she wishes, the Organizations van transportation, which will be available in a circular system at each of the points to return to the finish line.

b - The DISABLED ATHLETES divided into the groups below are part of this CATEGORY:
CADC3R = WHEELCHAIR – The ATHLETE who participates in this competition with the aid of sportive or competition wheelchairs (3-wheeled chairs only), not being allowed the use of ordinary wheelchairs (daily use), motorized wheelchairs, hand cycles or with the help of other people. The use of helmets is mandatory.
Technical Observation: The WHEELCHAIR CATEGORY is for ATHLETES that use the 3-wheeled competition wheelchairs and use both hands to move the equipment through its wheels, and not with ratchets, manual pedals, chains or other mechanical elements that favor movement.
CCG = GUIDED WHEELCHAIR ATHLETE - The ATHLETE who uses the chair with 03 wheels (type non-motorized tricycle) equipped with brakes and that only carries out its displacement counting on the aid of GUIA to push it, being necessary the inscription of 2 GUIDES for this category.
DEV = VISUALLY IMPAIRED – The ATHLETE who is visually impaired, characterized by the loss or reduction of the visual capacity in one or both eyes. Every visually impaired ATHLETE, disregarding the degree or type of deficiency, must run with a GUIDING ATHLETE, and cannot disregard that need in any circumstances. Both must be united by a cord (which must be, at most, 0.5m long) to one of their fingers or to their arms, or by a specific string used by GUIDES.
AMP = AMPUTATED INFERIOR LIMBS – The ATHLETE who has inferior limbs disabilities, with total or partial absence of one or two of the inferior limbs, and who uses special prosthesis to walk. DMAI = WALKING WITH INFERIOR LIMBS IMPAIRED - The ATHLETE who has inferior limbs disabilities, though with total preservation of those limbs, and who uses bracing as a means of helping locomotion (walking sticks, crutches, walker, etc.), being allowed the company of a GUIDING ATHLETE.
DI = INTELLECTUALLY IMPAIRED – The ATHLETE who presents an intellectual quotient (IQ) lower than 70 and/or is limited in abilities and adaptation areas (communication, personal care, household relationship, social, playful, health and safety skills, ways and direction, academic development, community and work relationship and ASD - Autism Spectrum Disorder). Regardless of the degree of disability, the ATHLETE must run with a GUIDE ATHLETE and cannot do without him/her under any circumstances. The GUIDE may not stand in front of the ATHLETE, the ATHLETE must always stay behind or to the side.
DMS = SUPERIOR LIMBS IMPAIRED – The ATHLETE who has total or partial absence of any parts of the superior limbs, generating changes to the balance axis, causing instability to walk.
DAU = HEARING IMPAIRED – The ATHLETE whose hearing is not functional, with partial or total loss of the sound hearing possibilities, varying degrees and levels with or without hearing prosthesis.
GUIDE = The ATHLETE who, during the competition, accompanies and guides the DISABLED ATHLETE, caring for his/her integrity and safety.
Extraordinary situations or cases that do not fall into the categories above will be analyzed by the TECHNICAL ORGANIZATION upon formal request of the interested party sent to the email atletacomdeficiencia@yescom.com.br. Any and all exceptions will only be granted through the Term of Consent and Special Responsibility for these.
c - The ATHLETE who fits into any of the categories mentioned above and meets the minimum ages required for each route as stated in item 5 - SPECIFIC EVENT RULES, must send an email to the address atletacomdeficiencia@yescom.com.br with the documents below:
Medical report valid for up to 1 year, which must include the ICD – International Classification of Diseases (ICD) relating to the ATHLETE’s disability. The report must state its validity and the date of the EVENT must be within this period. Cases where the disability is congenital or permanent are excluded from this validity; Responsibility Term (see letter “h” below).
c.1 - If the ATHLETE fits into the categories that must be accompanied by a GUIDE, as described above, the Responsibility Term must also be sent with the GUIDE data (see letter “h” below).
d - When sending their documentation, the ATHLETE must inform in the email the date they chose to participate in the event, which is directly linked to their registration type:
d.1 - Marathon - Sunday, April 12, 2026 - (Ibirapuera)
Inform which route they will run: Marathon or Half Marathon or 10K Race or 7K Race.
d.2 - Corrida Das Nações 5K - Saturday, April 11, 2026 (Historic Center) To participate in this race, the ATHLETE must also be registered for the event on April 12 on the Marathon (42K) or Half Marathon (21K) route. Inform the route for April 12 in the email.
e - After analyzing the documents, the ATHLETE will receive an email from ORGANIZATION with a CODE, which will be used to carry out your registration, informing you after the choice of your shirt your shirt to generate your ticket and finalize your courtesy registration in the EVENT.
f - If the ATHLETE WITH DISABILITIES and/or the GUIDE ATHLETE registers by generating a Bank Slip that is not COURTESY and pays the same, the ORGANIZATION will not refund the amount paid.
g - The documentation above must be delivered for each EVENT the ATHLETE will participate in.
g.1 - Vacancies will be made available according to the requests’ order and the reports’ proof.
i - After filling up the RESPONSABILITY TERM, the ATHLETE must email it to the ORGANIZATION at atletacomdeficiencia@yescom.com.br, together with the remainder of the required documentation listed above.
j - The Subject field of the email should be filled in as Registration for Disabled Athlete for the EVENT - 30th MARATONA INTL DE SÃO PAULO - SAO PAULO INTL MARATHON.
k - GUIDE ATHLETES will also receive a Registration Code, which will be forwarded together with that of the DISABLED ATHLETE, which will be guided through the electronic address informed in the sending of the documentation of the DISABLED ATHLETE.
l - The ATHLETE GUIDE must access the website and register, informing the CODE after choosing your shirt, thus generating your TICKET with the courtesy and finalizing your registration.
m - Choosing a GUIDING ATHLETE is mandatory.
n - Courtesy entries for the ATHLETES WITH DISABILITIES CATEGORY will be made according to the ATHLETES disability and the kit will be the same as the BASIC REGISTRATION.
o - The deadline for sending documents for the registration of ATHLETES with disabilities is until January 28, 2026 or until the closing of registrations through the EVENT website, whichever occurs first.
p - As soon as the ORGANIZATION receives complete documentation it will proceed with their analysis.
q - In case the registration is not approved by the ORGANIZATION, the ATHLETE cannot register in a DISABLED ATHLETE Squad using this procedure. If there are open vacancies, he/she can register to the General Squad by paying the registration fee by his/her own will, exempting the ORGANIZATION from any liability.
r - If the ATHLETE does not receive a contact from the responsible department within 10 (ten) days from the date of sending the e-mail with the documentation, he/she must contact the ORGANIZATION again through the electronic address atletacomdeficiencia@yescom.com.br.
s - The will be no AWARDS ceremony for the ATHLETES who complete the competition, only what is provided for in item 17 of the regulation.
2.2 - ELITE CATEGORY FOR THE MARATHON
a - The ELITE CATEGORY comprises the ATHLETES classified in the ELITE A CATEGORY and the ATHLETES classified in the ELITE B CATEGORY, according to the criteria described below.
2.2.1- ELITE A CATEGORY - MARATHON
a - The ATHLETE invited by the ORGANIZATION and/or the ATHLETE who has a curriculum of minimum times in OFFICIAL tests, with “Permit” from the Brazilian State Federations and/or CBAT - Brazilian Athletics Confederation and/or International Federations, may be part of this CATEGORY valid/confirmed in the last 12 (twelve) months prior to the date of the EVENT, and the minimum time proven in at least 02 (two) EVENTS, following the criterion “reference time” defined below and who are at least 20 full years old.
b - The ATHLETE who is able to participate in this squad according to the “reference time” criteria defined by the ORGANIZATION is exempt from paying the registration fee and must fax his/her curriculum to the ORGANIZATION through email it to faleconosco@yescom.com.br, highlighting his/her NAME, TELEPHONE, EMAIL and which COMPETITIONS and TIMING he/she has addressed the “reference time” criteria.
c - The ORGANIZATION may invite at its discretion ATHLETES for the Elite A squad of South American countries affiliated to ConSudAle who have the reference timing reported in item 2.2.1 “d” and “e” below.
d - To participate in the ELITE MALE A squad, the ATHLETE must have a “reference time” until 1h11 for the Half Marathon until 2h24 for the Marathon; until 1h01 for 18K; until 00h51 for 15K and until 00h34 for 10K.
e - To participate in the ELITE FEMALE A squad, the ATHLETE must have a “reference time” until 1h23 for the Half Marathon; until 2h52 for the Marathon; until 1h10 for 18K; until 1h00 for 15K and until 00h39 for 10K.
f - The ATHLETES who do not have official “reference time” for the run but think they are able to participate in the ELITE squad must fax their curriculum to be assessed through email it to faleconosco@yescom.com.br.
g - The curricula can only be sent up to 10 (ten) calendar days before the EVENT. The ORGANIZATION cannot accept and is not obliged to assess any curriculum sent out of that time frame.
h. In case the ATHLETE makes that request during the kit delivery, the ORGANIZATION may or may not assess those, being prioritized the ATHLETES who have sent their curriculum within the specified time frame.
i - The ORGANIZATION has no obligation to answer curriculum that do not fit the technical index listed above, that is, the ATHLETE should only send that request if he/she is totally confident and can prove the characteristics to access those squads within the required thresholds.
j - The payment of a registration fee in the general squad does not assure the elite ATHLETE his/her running in the A or B squads, since those have a limit in the number of participants and the above mentioned thresholds to be addressed. In case the elite ATHLETE registers in the general squad with the intention of assuring his/her participation in the EVENT and will be approved for the Elite A squad, the ORGANIZATION will not reimburse the amount paid for such registration.
k - The maximum number of ATHLETES in the MEN ELITE A squad is 50.
l - The maximum number of ATHLETES in the WOMEN ELITE A squad is 30.
2.2.2 - ELITE B CATEGORY - MARATHON
a - The ATHLETE who has a curriculum of minimum times in OFFICIAL tests, with “Permit” from the Brazilian State Federations and/or CBAt - Brazilian Athletics Confederation and/or International Federations, obligatorily valid/confirmed in the last 12 (twelve) can be part of this CATEGORY and four) months prior to the date of the EVENT, and the minimum time proven in, at least, 02 (two) EVENTS, following the criterion “reference time” defined below and who are 20 years old complete.
b - The ATHLETE who is officially named by his/her State Federation according to the official notification of the Brazilian Athletics Confederation can participate in this squad. 2 (two) ATHLETE registrations can be accepted per each Brazilian State, being 01 (one) man and 01 (one) woman, disregarding the “reference time” mentioned in item 2.2.2, letters “f” and “g” of this regulation.
c - The ATHLETE who meets the conditions described in this item in letters “a” and “b” above must register in the EVENT website, pay the bank slip and fax his/her timing curriculum to be analyzed by the ORGANIZATION through email it to faleconosco@yescom.com.br, highlighting his/her NAME, TELEPHONE, EMAIL and which COMPETITIONS and TIMING he/she has addressed the “reference time” criteria.
d - ATHLETES that are part of ELITE B category are not exempt from paying the EVENT registration fee and have no right to benefits provided by the ORGANIZATION regarding transportation, accommodation and meals.
e - The ATHLETE registered in such CATEGORY will participate in the competition in a special squad, and will have no right to AWARDS granted by age group, if there is this award at the EVENT.
f - To participate in the ELITE MALE B squad, the ATHLETE must have a “reference time” until 1h14 for a Half Marathon; until 2h28 for Marathon; until 01h04 for 18K; until 00h54 for 15K and until 00h37 for 10K.
g - To participate in the ELITE FEMALE B squad, the ATHLETE must have a “reference time” until 1h26 for a Half Marathon; until 02h56 for Marathon; until 1h16 for 18K; until 1h03 for 15K and until 00h42 for 10K.
h - The ATHLETES who do not have official reference timing for the run but think they are able to participate in the ELITE B squad must fax their curriculum to be assessed through email it to faleconosco@yescom.com.br.
i - The maximum number of ATHLETES in the MEN ELITE B squad is 30.
j - The maximum number of ATHLETES in the WOMEN ELITE B squad is 15.
k - The ORGANIZATION may, at its discretion, invite and include ATHLETES in the ELITE B squad, making the “reference times” more flexible for ATHLETES with proven technical capacity or highlights in official competitions. It may also, at its discretion, offer lodging and meals to these ATHLETES.
l - In case the threshold is reached, the ORGANIZATION will not make more positions available for this squad.
2.3 - PREMIUM SQUAD CATEGORY (FOR THE MARATHON AND HALF MARATHON)
a - The guest ATHLETES and the ATHLETES interested in joining this squad by addressing the registration criteria exclusively available at the EVENT website are part of this category.
b - The ATHLETES registered in the PREMIUM SQUAD will have access to the start line at the same location of the ELITE ATHLETES.
2.4 - GENERAL SQUAD CATEGORY (FOR THE MARATHON, HALF MARATHON, 10K RUN AND 7K RUN)
a - Each ATHLETE who does not fit specifically one of the other aforementioned categories will be considered registered as a GENERAL CATEGORY ATHLETE.
b - The ATHLETE of the GENERAL CATEGORY will participate in the competition having his/her AGE GROUP, defined below in this regulation, as reference.
c - The ATHLETE who participates in this category will not have the right to any other AWARD except those specified for his/her category, according to what is described under the “AWARDS” item of this regulation.
2.5 - GENERAL SQUAD CATEGORY 5K RACE - RACE OF NATIONS
To participate in the 5K Race, the ATHLETE must also be registered for the event on April 12th on the Marathon (42K) or Half Marathon (21K) course.
2.6 - ORDER OF THE START LINE
2.6.1 - MARATHON AND HALF MARATHON
a - When registering for the MARATHON or for the HALF MARATHON, the ATHLETE must choose one of the start lines that is compatible with his/her competition pace (estimated participation and conclusion times for the competition).
b - The 04 (four) groups available will have pace markers for the MARATHON and for the HALF MARATHON respectively.
c - For the MARATHON, 4 (four) groups with the following reference timing are available to those who intend to finish the competition:
Under 3h40 Between 3h41 and 4h10 Between 4h11 and 4h40 Above 4h41
d - For the HALF MARATHON, 4 (four) groups with the following reference timing are available to those who intend to finish the competition:

2.6.3 - 5K RACE - RACE OF NATIONS
a - For the 5K RACE, start line will happen in a single squad.
I - When participating of this EVENT, the ATHLETE accepts full responsibility for the data provided, fully accepts the regulation and its rules, takes on the transportation, accommodation and meals, insurances and any other expense required or resulting from his/her participation before, during or after the EVENT.
II - When participating of this EVENT, the ATHLETE grants all the utilization rights of his/her image at this EVENT, inclusive the rights of arena, waiving the receipt of any pecuniary consideration that may be earned with journalistic materials, trade promotions, licensing and photos, social media, at any time, place or medium and media currently available or being implemented in the market for this EVENT or complementary events and services as a result of the use of these images, or the actions described above performed by YESCOM, ORGANIZERS, ACHIEVERS, Commercial and Media Partners.
III - There shall be, for emergency care of the ATHLETES, a medical support service with ambulances to provide first aid and eventual removals. The completion of proper medical care, either for emergency or any other required, will happen in the PUBLIC HEALTH CARE service premises under its own responsibility. The ORGANIZATION is not responsible for the medical expenses the AHTLETE incurs during or after the competition.
IV - The ATHLETE or his/her responsible companion will have the right to choose another health care (removal/transfer, hospital, emergency service and doctor, among others) holding the ORGANIZATION harmless from any liability, being it direct or indirect, over the consequences of such option.
V - The EVENT security will be supported by the competent Agencies and there will be monitoring personnel to guide the ATHELTES.
VI - Toilets and Lockers will be made available to the registered ATHLETES within the limits of the START and FINISH lines.
VII - The ORGANIZATION informs that it is PROHIBITED to leave valuable items in the Lockers such as; watches, high-value accessories, electronic equipment, sound equipment or cell phones, checks, credit cards, wallets with money, identification documents such as Passport among others inside or outside the backpacks and bags used by participants, because at the time of delivery of the volume by the ATHLETE to the care of the ORGANIZATION, an inspection or opening of the volume will not be carried out to check the contents.
The athlete who uses the Lockers declares that by handing over his/her belongings to Yescoms care, he/she is aware of the rules, schedules and regulations of the event, exempting Yescom from any responsibility for the contents thereof.
VIII - The ORGANIZATION will refuse to store isolated or individual items, such as keys, cell phones, glasses, watches, wallets, headphones, checkbooks or similar items.
IX - The ORGONIZATION cannot and will not be responsible for the contents of bags, backpacks, sacks, handbags or any other type of volume left in the lockers, an optional courtesy service of proof and non-mandatory use by ATLETA.
X - The ORGANIZATION will accept objects to be kept in the Lockers until the time of the END of the GENERAL SQUAD START. The volume must be removed by the official end time of the event, at 1:00 p.m.
If the item is not collected, it will be sent to YESCOM and the ATHLETE must request collection through CONTACT US.
Xi - In case the bike storage is made available, this will be exclusive for the athletes who are duly and legally registered in the event; the service location will be next to the Lockers, and might be sheltered or not. The ATHLETE who uses the referred service should provide his/her own bike security (chain or lock), and shall be both the bicycle and the belongings delivered by the aforementioned ATHLETE must be identified through the ticket of the breast number or the label, provided by the ORGANIZATION together with the chest number, in the Kit delivery.
XII - The Bicycle will not be accepted with external devices such as stopwatches, watches, on-board computers, tools, inflation pumps, bags, helmets, bottles, gloves or similar.
XIII - The bicycle will only be collected upon presentation of the receipt previously given to you by the ORGANIZER and a photo ID.
XIV - We recommend strict medical evaluation, inclusive exercise evaluation, for all ATHLETES before the competition, since the ORGANIZATION, once a service provider, is concerned with the ATHLETES health. However, it is not responsible for any carelessness caused to it.
XV - The ATHLETE assumes and expressly declares that he is aware of his state of health and athletic ability and that he has trained properly for the EVENT.
XVI - The access to the Athletes Gathering and Start Line shall be flagged, being prohibited to jump the rails that limit such areas to enter the running track during the competition START or at any other moment, under any excuse.
XVII - The EVENT ORGANIZATION, as well as its SPONSORS, SUPPORTERS AND DIRECTORS, are not responsible for any losses or damage caused by the ATHLETE registered in the EVENT to the public assets, third parties or other ATHLETES, being those uniquely and exclusively liable to their author.
XVIII - Any claims over the EXTRAOFFICIAL results of the competition shall be sent, in writing, to the ORGANIZATION, at most 30 calendar days after the first issue of those results in the EVENT website.
XIX - The ORGANIZATION/DIRECTORS may suspend the EVENT due to public safety measures, public acts, vandalism and/or other force majeure reasons.
XX - The ATHLETE who, at any moment, does not abide by the rules of this REGULATION, or by omission does not communicate the ORGANIZATION (in writing and duly received) of any impediment on his/her part might, at any time, be declassified from this EVENT.
XXI - Every ATHLETE has the obligation to correctly fill out (sign and deliver a printed form to the ORGANIZATION, when applicable, or electronically) their EVENT registration form.
XXII - The ATHLETE admits that he/she participates in this EVENT by his/her own free will, knowing the risks, difficulty degree, originality, option and format of the competition, route, goals and/or obstacles, location, period and climate conditions under which it shall be executed, exempting the ORGANIZATION, SPONSORS and DIRECTORS of any liabilities on behalf of his/her own name and his/her successors’.
XXIII - When registering for the EVENT, the ATHLETE does so in a personal and non-transferable way, with no possibility of transferring this registration to another ATHLETE. If the enrollee requests a refund of the enrollment, it can only be requested within 07 (seven) days from the completion and payment of the enrollment in accordance with the Consumer Code. Considering the enrollment made, the enrollment paid and credited in favor of the ORGANIZER. The request for reimbursement requested in view of these conditions will start its administrative process immediately, with a period of up to 30 (thirty) working days for its refund, counted from the date of the request, for cash payments. Installment payments are subject to the terms within which the credit card banner will make the refund.
XXIV - If it is proven that ATHLETE has ceded your Chest Number to someone, copied it or duplicated and giving the copy to others, or had your number copied, the ATHLETE that made the enrollment will be suspended through an internal administrative process for a minimum period of 24 (twenty-four) months and will not have access to any previous results. The ATLHETE can not register for YESCOM events for this period or you will be banned from YESCOM general register without having access to any previous results and can no longer register for YESCOM events.
XXV - When registering for the EVENT, the ATHLETE makes his data available and authorizes the ORGANIZERS, so that at any time they send in their name, to the electronic or physical address, any type of electronic or physical correspondence to participate in any event of the ORGANIZER, research, feedbacks or activities developed, products or services offered by her and / or by her partners that may be of interest to her in accordance with the Privacy Policy presented on the website www.yescom.com.br.
XXVI - The “Chest Numbers” must be fixed on the front of the ATHLETEs shirt and its use is mandatory in the arena and during the RACE and any damage caused to it will result in the ATHLETEs disqualification.
XXVII - The position selected by the ATHLETE at the START lines, available in this EVENT and foreseen in the REGULATION is under his/her exclusive and unique responsibility.
XXVIII - The ORGANIZATION reserves the right to create screening systems to the persons to acess to the EVENT, including ATHLETES that may appear during the race without proper credenciament - breast number, or any other device that proves their inscription. May be this persons prohibited from access the Starting Area, the course and the Arrival, being invited to withdraw at any moment by members of the ORGANIZATION, since the EVENT is exclusively for officially inscriptied persons.
XXIX - The event will offer infrastructure (medical support, access, hydration and snacks) to the official number of enrollees. No extra features will be available for athletes who are not officially registered.
XXX - The ORGANIZATION may send, when it deems necessary and / or applicable, technical information via e-mail to the REGISTERED ATHLETES, under the terms of its Privacy Policy.
XXXI - The ATHLETE, when registering for the EVENT, accepts and, when necessary, fully obeys all the recommendations of the WHO (World Health Organization), decisions, restrictions and permissions of the Federal, State and Municipal public bodies for the practice of the EVENT in the face of situations and periods pandemic and/or similar, and also to technical safety standards and procedures with the objective of preventing the transmission of COVID-19 or similar defined and presented by the competent bodies and/or WHO (World Health Organization) and/or ORGANIZATION.
XXXII - The ORGANIZATION may, at its discretion, for the technical necessity of the race, legal impediments, situations of adequacy of the city road in attendance to the municipality and public agencies, change the course of the race, starting places, arrival and times.
XXXIII - The ORGANIZATION reserves the right to change any of the items in this regulation referring to technical and procedural specificities without prior notice, including the date and place of the EVENT, according to the needs of the same, informing these changes in a new regulation that will be made available on the EVENT website.
XXXIV - When registering to this EVENT, the ATHLETE agrees with this clause exempting YESCOM, its partners, contractors, providers and sponsors of any legal charges, expenses or indemnities the ATHLETE understands he/she is owned resulting from the changes applied.
a - By registering for the EVENT and paying the registration fee, ATLETA is activating your participation and access to the EVENT and use of the support infrastructure as described in this regulation.
4.1 - MARATHON
4.1.1 - Basic Registration (Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K Race and 7K Race) - Gives the officially registered participant the right to run the São Paulo Marathon on April 12th. The registered participant receives 1 t-shirt, 1 chest number and 1 post-race medal.
4.1.2 - PREMIUM SQUAD REGISTRATION (Marathon and Half Marathon) - Gives the officially registered participant the right to run the São Paulo Marathon on April 12th. The registered participant receives 1 t-shirt, 1 chest number and 1 post-race medal, in addition to 1 thermos, exclusive starting area with a limited number of people, access control between the Elite and General Peloton, hydration, pre-race snack, exclusive restroom and preferential service counter for kit delivery. Limited to 1,000 places.
4.2 - 5K Race - RACE OF NATIONS
4.2.1 - Basic Registration (5K Race) + Basic Marathon - Gives the officially registered participant the right to run the Race of Nations on April 11th and the São Paulo Marathon on April 12th. The registered participant for both events receives 1 t-shirt, 1 chest number and 1 post-race medal for each one.
4.2.2 - Basic Registration (5K Race) + Basic Half Marathon - Grants the officially registered participant the right to run the Corrida das Nações on April 11th and the São Paulo Marathon on April 12th. The participant registered in both races receives 1 t-shirt, 1 chest number and 1 post-race medal for each race.
4.2.3 - Basic Registration (5K Race) + Premium Platoon Registration (Marathon or Half Marathon) - Gives the officially registered participant the right to run the Corrida das Nações on April 11th and the São Paulo Marathon on April 12th. The registered participant for both events receives 1 t-shirt, 1 chest number and 1 post-race medal for each race, in addition to 1 thermos bottle, exclusive starting area with a limited number of people, access control between the Elite and the General Platoon, hydration, pre-race snack, exclusive restroom and preferential service counter for kit delivery. Limited to 1,000 places.
4.3 - The participation kit is accompanied by gifts provided by Sponsors.
4.4 - The items described above that make up each type of entry are subject to changes, variations in sizes, colors and/or tones both in the dyeing process and when viewed on computer screens and devices furniture, percentages, partial or total exclusion.
4.5 - The following items are not included in the Participation Kit for athletes duly registered, even if they are available for use in the areas composed of items 3, 4 and 5 of this regulation, which will not be considered as an obligation of supply by the ORGANIZATION and/or contracting of services rendered by the ATHLETA: Trophy. Award for goal reached. Gifts and accessories. Others.
a - The ORGANIZATION might offer shirt sizing options as a courtesy and souvenirs in limited quantities without the obligation of having those in stock when delivering the competition kits and/or stored at its premises.
b - If there is distribution or inclusion of the materials listed in the items above, these must not be delivered on the date of the RACE and/or after its completion.
c - There will be no participation kit delivery on the date of the, nor even when it finishes.
d - In case the ORGANIZATION the delivery service of the “DISPOSABLE CHIP”, results preparation, report and/or disclosure and publication of those, the ATHLETE is aware of the responsibility of the correct use of that CHIP and of the correct installation of it next to his/her body/clothing, as well as of running/walking through the installed data gathering rug, since those are electronic equipment that might suffer interference and/or information loss, being the ORGANIZATION and DIRECTORS exempt from the liability of supplying them.
e - The ORGANIZATION might receive and/or request information from the ATHLETES to support on correcting eventual issues in the results provisioning, without time limit or obligation for such corrections to take place, within the term of 180 (a hundred and eighty) calendar days counted from the RACE date on.
f - The ORGANIZATION makes available its Contact Us service through the COMPETITON website to the ATHLETES, being that site the unique official source of results provided.
g - The abovementioned RACE promotional/commemorative t-shirt is a courtesy of the ORGANIZATION and might be provided in several sizes for the ATHLETE to choose during the registration process or after payment. After closing the registration through the COMPETITION website it will not be possible to make any changes to the size of the shirt already chosen.
h - The ORGANIZATION reinforces that, as mentioned in the item above, in case t-shirts promotional/celebration are delivered, they shall be mere courtesy. The selected size might be changed/delivered by the ORGANIZATION according to inventory availability.
i - There will be no exchange of the size of the shirt in the Kit Delivery, prevailing the size chosen by the ATHLETE when he made his registration.
j - The ORGANIZATION might assemble, at its own criteria, an area to display its Business Partners products. The ORGANIZATION might partner with Non-profitable Organizations with the purpose of gathering material resources for social programs by providing a space to show its Business Partners products.
a - The minimum age threshold determined to participate in the MARATHON is 20 yeas old completed by the registration date and the CBAt rule will be considered for the purposes of classification by AGE GROUP.
b - The minimum age threshold required to participate in the HALF MARATHON is 18 years old completed by the registration date and the CBAt rule will be considered for the purposes of classification by AGE GROUP.
c - The minimum age threshold required to participate in the 10K RUN is 18 years old completed by the registration date and the CBAt rule will be considered for the purposes of classification by AGE GROUP.
d - The minimum age threshold required to participate in the 7K RUN is 18 years old completed by the registration date and the CBAt rule will be considered for the purposes of classification by AGE GROUP.
e - The minimum age threshold required to participate in the 5K RUN is 18 years old completed by the registration date and the CBAt rule will be considered for the purposes of classification by AGE GROUP.
f - The MARATHON will last, at most, 06h00 (six hours), having as reference time for 6h00 the start of the ELITE Category that will happen at 5:45AM, that is, the end of the MARATHON will be at 11:45AM, with the area of the MARATHON ARRIVAL line and its equipment / services turned off / deactivated after this period.
PAY ATTENTION: to the times that will define the time limits and cut-off lines during the Marathon route defined in common agreement with the Municipal City Hall and CET (traffic engineering company) in response to the citys traffic dynamics.
Any athlete who does not pass the points within the times described above will not be able to continue on the race route and must end his/her participation in the race using, if he/she wishes, the Organizations van transportation, which will be available in a circular system at each of the points to return to the finish line.

g - The HALF MARATHON will last, at most, of 02h45 (two hours and forty-five minutes), having as reference time for 02h45 the start of the ELITE Category, being the area of the HALF MARATHON ARRIVAL line and its equipment / services turned off / deactivated after this period.
h - The 10K RUN will last, at most, 01h30 (one hour and thirty minutes). From 01h30 of the start time of the RACE 10K, the ATHLETES that do not complete the race in the maximum time can be directed to the side of the Finish line or another point defined by the ORGANIZATION close to the Arrival to avoid conflict with the Arrival of the MARATHON ELITE squad.
i - The 7K RUN will last, at most, 01h30 (one hour and thirty minutes). From 01h30 of the start time of the RACE 7K, the ATHLETES that do not complete the race in the maximum time can be directed to the side of the Finish line or another point defined by the ORGANIZATION close to the Arrival to avoid conflict with the Arrival of the MARATHON ELITE squad.
j - The 5K RUN will last, at most, 01h00 (one hour). From 01h00 of the start time of the RACE 5K, the ATHLETES that do not complete the race in the maximum time can be directed to the side of the Finish line or another point defined by the ORGANIZATION close to the Arrival to avoid conflict with the Arrival of the MARATHON ELITE squad.
k - The ATHLETE who is not addressing the projected timelines at any point of the planned route will be invited to retire from the competition, finishing it at that point, from where the ORGANIZATION will not be responsible for any type of service or support to that ATHLETE.
l - When the ATHLETE is invite to retire from the competition, he/she must board the buses provided by the ORGANIZATION to return to the START line when this service is available.
m - To participate in the EVENT, the ATHLETE cannot be suspended, or responding to any type of impeditive restriction imposed by the Confederations or Federations.
n - The ATHLETES registered in the EVENT must undergo anti-doping examination following the discretion of the ORGANIZATION, according to the CBAt Street Run Norm 07.
o - The ATHLETE must observe the path or route defined for the competition, and no other auxiliary means to gain advantage or subdue the running track is allowed.
p - It is strictly forbidden to be helped by others, such as being accompanied by bikers or by any type of hydration while running/walking, except for the supplies offered by the ORGANIZATION itself, as well as the use of any technological resource without previous written authorization from the ORGANIZATION.
q - The ELITE SQUAD ATHLETES of MARATHON (male and female) will not be allowed to use radio or audio communication systems during the competition, as well as guides or pacing, and are subject to the WORLD ATHLETICS and CBAt - Brazilian Athletics Confederation regulation for this COMPETITION.
r - The ELITE SQUAD ATHLETES (male and female) must comply with the regulations regarding the use of Sports Footwear approved by World Athletics, and inspection will be carried out in the Call Chamber by Federation Referees and shoes with alterations or that are not part of the list of authorized cards listed on the CBAt website, will be prevented from being used in the test.
s - There will be no participation payment for any ATHLETE.
t - The ATHLETE’s participation in the EVENT is individual.
u - The ATHLETE assumes and expressly declares that he is aware of his state of health and athletic ability and that he has trained properly for the EVENT.
v - The competition technical direction reserves the right to include specially invited ATHLETES to this EVENT.
a - All ATHLETES who wish to particip in the Elite A or B platoon must submit their requests for entries in these platoons following the criteria described in items 2.2.1 and 2.2.2 of the regulation.
b - Since there will be no formal invitation to ELITE ATHLETES, the ORGANIZATION will also not provide accommodation and meals and any type of reimbursement and/or cost allowance for the participation of ATHLETES and/or their technicians in the RACE.
a - All ATHLETES who wish to participate in the WHEELCHAIRS ATHLETES platoon of the RACE must submit their application for registration in this platoon following the criteria described in item 2.1 of the regulation.
b - As there will be no formal invitation for WHEELCHAIRS ATHLETES, the ORGANIZATION will also not provide accommodation and meals and any type of reimbursement and/or money for the participation of ATHLETES and/or their technicians and/or their companions in the RACE.
a - The EVENT ORGANIZATION may hold promotions with discounts on the registration fee for specific periods, and no refunds will be given for any amount paid other than the promotional amount.

9.4 - GENERAL INFORMATION
a - After the end of the electronic or physical registrations, it is not possible to generate or print a new copy of the payment by banck slip.
b - Registration only becomes effective upon payment of the payment slip.
c - Any change to the registration already made and paid may only be requested to Fale Conosco via email faleconosco@yescom.com.br until February 12, 2026, subject to availability. After this date, the selection made by the ATHLETE at the time of registration will prevail.
d - The ORGANIZATION may at any time suspend or extend deadlines or add or limit the number of registrations for the EVENT due to technical/structural needs/availability without prior notice.
e - By registering for the EVENT and making payment by bank slip or credit card, the ATHLETE declares that the sources of funds used to make this payment come from legal and lawful means.
f - If it is proven that the ATHLETE used the benefit granted by the Senior Citizen Statute and gave his/her “Bib Number” to another ATHLETE to run in his/her place, the ORGANIZATION is authorized by the ATHLETE who registered to issue a charge by bank slip for the amount of the difference that was paid at the time of registration. The ATHLETE who registered will be suspended through an internal administrative process for a minimum period of 24 (twenty-four) months and will not have access to any previous results and will not be able to register for YESCOM events during this period or will be banned from the general YESCOM registry, will not have access to any previous results and will no longer be able to register for YESCOM events.
Under no circumstances will bills paid after the due date be accepted as valid. If the ATHLETE manages to pay the bill after the due date using any payment method, the registration will be cancelled and the Kit will not be delivered.
9.5 - REFUND
a - When registering for the EVENT, the ATHLETE does so personally and non-transferably, and there is no possibility of transferring this registration to another ATHLETE. Should the registrant request a refund of the registration fee, it may only be requested within 7 (seven) days of the registration being made and paid for, in accordance with the Consumer Code. Registration will be considered completed if the registration is paid and credited to the ORGANIZER. The administrative process for refund requests that meet these conditions will begin immediately, with a period of up to 30 (thirty) business days for refund, counted from the date of the request, for payments made in cash. Payments in installments are subject to the deadlines in which the credit card company will make the refund.
b - If the EVENT is cancelled and/or changed at any time due to force majeure such as catastrophes, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics or similar, as well as determinations by public bodies for the purpose of maintaining order, collective security, health and preservation of life, registrations will be automatically transferred to 2026 on a new date scheduled in common agreement with the competent public bodies, exempting the ORGANIZATION from any responsibility and from the return of any amount invested by the registrant to participate in the same.
a - Over the internet, in the website www.yescom.com.br/maratonasp/2026 untill March 10, 2026, which might be DELAYED or EXPEDITED at the ORGANIZATION’s own criteria.
ATTENTION: There will be no registrations on the date of the EVENT and/or during the Participation Kit Delivery, and, there will be no delivery of Participation Kit after the beginning and/or closing of the EVENT, only at the times and dates determined by the ORGANIZATION, according to items 12, 13, 14 and 17 from these regulation.
a - Correctly and completely fill in your registration form.
b - Select your payment type: by Credit Card or by Bank Slip.
c - When paying by Credit Card:
c.1 - Fill in all the required data regarding your Credit Card;
c.2 - Print the registration receipt.
d - When paying by Bank Slip:
d.1 - Print the Bank Slip;
d.2 - Pay it according to what is described on it;
d.3 - The amount and the date of your registration will be considered/counted from the date the BANK SLIP PAYMENT is effective, not from the date you filled in the registration form.
e - No ATM MACHINE payments or bank deposits will be accepted without being previously requested by the ORGANIZATION.
f - The PAYMENT RECEIPT is a unique document, and the ORGANIZATION has no duplicate of it.
11.2 - COURTESY REGISTRATIONS
a - The ORGANIZATION might, at its own will, provide courtesy registrations to participate in the EVENT for social/public service programs, as long as they are requested with a minimum of 45 (forty-five) calendar days notice.
b - The request does not assure the courtesy registration, since this is optional and considered as free will of the Organization.
c - No courtesy requests will be accepted for ATHLETES who already have registrations filled in, paid and/or another courtesy. In case, for any reasons, a courtesy is granted to an ATHLETE who has already registered and paid the bank slip, or even has won a courtesy registration, there will be no reimbursement of the paid amount, transfer of such registration to a third party, or even an extra participation kit delivered, that is, the participant will only have the right to use the services that the courtesy provides.
a.1 - The delivery of the participation kit, together with the chip, will take place on April 9th and 10th, 2026 from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm and April 11th, 2026 from 8am to 6:30pm during the Expo Atleta at a location to be announced by the event Organizers by February 24, 2026.
b - RACES OF NATIONS 5K
b.1 - The delivery of the participation kit, together with the chip, will take place on April 9th and 10th, 2026 from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm during the Expo Atleta at a location to be announced by the event Organizers by February 24, 2026.
c - There will be no delivery of the Participation Kit on the day of the RACE or after the event.
12.1 - IDENTIFICATION
a - To remove the ATHLETE Kit, is required:
Original ID photo document (Passaport);
a.1 - Registration paid via BANK SLIP: In case you need to prove payment, bring the PROOF OF THE BANK TRANSACTION FOR PAYMENT OF THE BILL, which can be physical or digital.
Remark 1: The registration confirmation sent by email is not valid as payment receipt. Remark 2: The registration receipt generated by the system after the registration is not valid as a payment receipt.
Bank slips paid after their due dates will not be accepted under any circumstances. In case the ATHLETE gets to pay the bank slip after the due date using any payment means, the registration will be cancelled and his/her Participation Kit will not be delivered.
a.2 - Registration paid via CREDIT CARD: In case you need to prove payment, bring the PROOF OF TRANSACTION WITH THE CARD OPERATOR, which can be physical or digital.
b - For a third party to recover an ATHLETE Kit
Are considered third party for the withdrawal of Kit: The person responsible for the registration/application through which the registration of another ATHLETE was performed and another person who is going to pick up the kit other than the ATHLETE registered in the competition.
It is required:
An authorization that should include the ATHLETE data, the THIRD PARTY information and the EVENT name, which will be retained during the participation Kit Delivery; CLICK HERE to print, complete and sign the Authorization; A duplicate of the ATHLETE ID document, which will also be retained during the participation Kit Delivery; Original ID photo document (RG or Driver’s License) or a THIRD PARTY Passport and
b.1 - Registration paid via CREDIT CARD: In case you need to prove payment, bring the PROOF OF TRANSACTION WITH THE CARD OPERATOR, which can be physical or digital.
b.2 - Registration paid via BANK SLIP: In case you need to prove payment, bring the PROOF OF THE BANK TRANSACTION FOR PAYMENT OF THE BILL, which can be physical or digital.
Bank slips paid after their due dates will not be accepted under any circumstances. In case the ATHLETE gets to pay the bank slip after the due date using any payment means, the registration will be cancelled and his/her Participation Kit will not be delivered.
12.2 - ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
a - The ATHLETE receives a “CHEST NUMBER” with the participation Kit.
b - It is the responsibility of ATLETA and/or the third party, duly authorized, to conference the kit at the place of withdrawal.
c - As mentioned above, for this EVENT, the ORGANIZATION, without any obligation, by courtesy or free will, might provide the ATHLETE the “DISPOSABLE CHIP”, to record and register timing, which will be delivered together with the participation kit, addressing the criteria listed under item 5 of this regulation.
12.3 - INDIVIDUAL OR TEAM RESPONSABILITY TERM
I declare that I am aware that to participate in this event and/or register I must be over 18 years old in accordance with Brazilian Law. By registering for this EVENT in events and complementary services, as responsible for it, individually or as a team, I DECLARE that:
1. I agree with the Responsibility Term below. 2. The personal data that were or will be provided to effect my registration, third parties or my team in the EVENT or events and complementary services, such as results system and participation survey, certificate issuance system and payment systems, are my full responsibility and/or that of my technical representative, leader or team coordinator, being entirely responsible for its veracity, under the penalties of the law. 3. I have read and fully agree with the EVENT regulations or in events and complementary services, available on the website www.yescom.com.br, event websites, in this domain or from YESCOM licensees to capture registrations, social networks and e-e- information emails, expressly refusing that all rules and rules contained therein are guided by legality, balance and common sense, so I cannot complain in the future or at any time, ignore and/or disagree with them. 4. I take part in this EVENT or complementary events and services, by free and spontaneous will, being aware of the risks, difficulty level, originality, competition format and option, route, goals and/or obstacles, location, period and climate conditions under which it happens, exempting the ORGANIZATION, Sponsors and Directors of all liability, no matter at which level, both in my name and in my successors’. 5. I am aware and declare to be in perfect physical condition and in good health in general, being able to participate in the EVENT or in events and complementary services, being exclusively responsible for any type of damage that I may suffer or cause to third parties. n case I experience symptoms of Covid-19, I promise not to attend the kit delivery and the race. 6. I am aware and declare to have adequate technical and physical capacity to participate in this EVENT or events and complementary services and to have adequately trained for an event of this size and, if I am responsible for the registration of third parties or a team, I declare that this same state of fullness described above in this paragraph and perfect physical condition and health applies to everyone. 7. I am aware of and agree with the technical information available on the website www.yescom.com.br and its complementary pages, social networks and informational emails, including route support services. 8. I am aware that, in case of medical care requirement, it shall be made at a competent public service, exempting the ORGANIZATION from the requirement of medical assistance at a private service institution. 9. I am aware and affirm that I will observe the adequacy and safety offered at the EVENT site or events and complementary services, as well as, when necessary, that I will fully comply with the recommendations of the WHO (World Health Organization), decisions, restrictions and permissions of Federal, State and Municipal public agencies, in situations and periods of pandemics and/or similar, and if I am responsible for the registration of third parties or a team, I declare that they will also obey and respect them. 10. I accept all technical safety standards and procedures for the purpose of preventing the transmission of COVID-19 or similar defined and presented by competent public agencies and/or WHO (World Health Organization) and/or ORGANIZATION, and if responsible for the registration of third parties or a team, I declare that they also accept them. 11. I am fully responsible for any amounts arising from personal or material damage caused by me due to third parties in general, participants, public, ORGANIZATION and all their representatives, during my participation in this EVENT or events and complementary services, and if I am responsible for registration of third parties or a team, I declare that I will also be fully responsible if the damages were caused by them. 12. By this regulation, I grant all of my image usage rights (inclusive rights of arena), at this EVENT or events and complementary services, renouncing to the receipt of any incomes resulting from promotion materials, campaigns, information, TV broadcasts, video clips, news material, commercial sales, licensing and photographs, social media, at any time, place or means and media currently available or that come to be implemented in the market for this and other EVENTS or complementary events and services, resulting from the use of such images, or during the actions aforementioned described by YESCOM, ORGANIZERS, ACHIEVERS, trade and media PARTNERS. 13. I am aware and I authorize the usage of image recording equipment in the EVENT area, such as motorcycles, vehicles, helicopters, drones and other means available for such action. 14. I am ware that, when being invited, if I sign up or register to the EVENT or complementary events and services, I will automatically include myself in YESCOM database, authorizing, from now, sending to the registered electronic or physical address, any type of electronic or physical correspondence to participate in any event of the organizer, research, feedbacks or activities developed, products or services offered by the same and / or by its partners that may be of interest to me in accordance with the Privacy Policy presented on the website www.yescom.com.br, the same applies to the registrations that I will perform as responsible for the registration of third parties or a team. 15. I assume all expenses of travel, lodging, food, national or international transfers or internal displacement from the start to the arrival or arrival to the start to the run, insurance medical assistance, security and any other required expenses, or resulting from my participation in this EVENT or complementary events and services before, during or after it is finished. 16. In case the ORGANIZATION provides free services related to transportation, accommodation and/or meals, among others, I declare that the consequent acceptance will happen only by free will, not implying in any contractual or professional attachment to the ORGANIZATION, and not configuring any type of obligation or responsibility. 17. I, as an ATHLETE, participant or representative, coach or team lead, fully agree with the EVENT Regulation or complementary events and services, as well as with my aforementioned responsibilities, at any time or place, having nothing to claim, now or in the future, regarding its norms and rules, being any eventual relationship ruled by principles of the clearest good faith. 18. I am aware that the decision and selection of including and/or excluding ATHLETES into/from the EVENT or complementary events and services, resulting from the responsible coach or team option, is under their only and exclusive responsibility. The ORGANIZATION, from now, is totally exempt from any decision or evaluation, personally, directly or indirectly related to the ATHLETE, being the coach the one true responsible for the accuracy of the information provided since, if the ATHLETE is aware of his/her registration, participation, or not, in the EVENT, then the responsibility is their own. 19. I accept not to bear, as well as not to use, within the EVENT or complementary events and services, location including running routes and kit delivery, or any other EVENT or complementary events and services, public visibility area or advertising and publishing means, no material that might discriminate others in general, or with political, promotional or advertising goals, nor signs that might be seen by others without the written authorization of the ORGANIZATION; in addition, I will bear no type of material or object that might risk the EVENT or complementary events and services, ATHLETES and/or other people’s safety, including the general public, being aware that, if I do so, I might be invited to retire from the EVENT or complementary events and services, by the ORGANIZATION or authorities present in the aforementioned areas. 20. In case I participate in this EVENT or complementary events and services, representing TEAMS and ATLHETES, SERVICE PROVIDERS and/or any media or advertising vehicle, I expressly declare to be aware and to fully agree with the EVENT regulation or complementary events and services, as well as to respect the areas defined by the ORGANIZATION, being prohibited my physical participation in the structures that support TEAMS assembled at inadequate locations or even those that interfere with the correct progress of the EVENT or complementary events and services, without obtaining previous written authorization from the ORGANIZATION for such, being fully aware that, if I do so, I might be retired from the location at any time. 21. Disregarding the fact that I might be present or not during my registration, as well as during my participation kit recovery by myself or by my coach, team leader or admin, I declare to be fully aware of the whole content of this competition regulation and of my rights and obligations during the EVENT or complementary events and services, having the full knowledge of the norms and rules of it, expressly granting those full and total validity, since those are based and ruled by good faith principles. 22. I declare to agree that I might obtain, by the ORGANIZATION mere liberality or courtesy, the option to choose the date and location to recover my participation kit and the size of my shirt (when these faculties are expressly available in the registration process according to the criteria related to the participation kit of the EVENT regulation or complementary events and services). 23. I am aware that all benefits resulting from my registration will be fully available only after the payment of the participation fee is effective and proven, being undisputed that it is under my exclusive responsibility to track the communication sent, via electronic mail, to my valid electronic address recorded in the ORGANIZATION registration system and/or any other system licensed and used by it; being also of my responsibility or the third party, duly authorized, the conference of the kit at the place of withdrawal; to access the resulting queries at the EVENT website to check for possible updates or changes in this regulation, news and information about the availability or not of the services and/or courtesy items to participate in the referred EVENT or complementary events and services. 24. I declare that when I sign up for the EVENT or complementary events and services, and make payment through the Banck Slip or the Credit Card, the sources of the resources used to make this payment come from licit and lawful means. 25. I declare that I will not give up my Chest Number of any type or modality, so that another ATHLETE can participate in the EVENT or in events and complementary services, and that, if I have this illegal attitude, I am also aware that as a result of this fraud I may suffer the consequences provided for in Brazilian law. I am aware that I will be suspended through an internal administrative process for a minimum period of 24 (twenty four) months and I will not have access to any previous results, as I will not be able to register for YESCOM events during this period or I will be banned from the registration of YESCOM, having no access to any previous results and no longer being able to subscribe to YESCOM events. 26. I declare that I will only use the 50% (fifty percent) discount granted by Brazilian law in compliance with the Elderly Statute, if I am already 60 years old or above. In case it is proven that I used that benefit and/or granted my “Chest Number” to another ATHLETE, I authorize the ORGANIZATION to issue a bank slip charge on the difference amount resulting from that discount, considering the amount I paid in my registration, and that I will be suspended through an internal administrative process for a minimum period of 24 (twenty four) months and I will not have access to any previous results, being unable to register for the YESCOM events for that period or that I will be banned from YESCOM’s having access to no previous results and no longer being able to register for YESCOM events. 27. I declare I am aware that, if the ORGANIZATION receives any complaint that I might have given up my “Chest Number” to another ATHLETE, the ORGANIZATION will be duly authorized to declassify me and the related user that used my number, being that situation considered as fraud. 28. If the ORGANIZATION offers the delivery services of the DISPOSABLE CHIP, preparation of results, report and / or dissemination and publication thereof, I, the ATHLETE, am duly aware that if the correct use of the chip and installation in my body / the clothing is my entire responsibility, as well as the respective mandatory passages in the data capture mat installed on the route, as they are electronic equipment that may suffer interference and / or loss of information, and the ORGANIZATION and DIRECTORS are exempt from the responsibility of supply them. 29. I am aware that the ORGANIZATION committee might receive and/or request information from the participants to help correcting eventual problems in the supply of results, since the chip control system might suffer interference because it is a fragile electronic equipment that works in high frequencies, and that those corrections must happen within the 180 (one hundred and eighty) days term counted from the EVENT. 30. I am aware that the results will be available at the EVENT website from 72 hours from the time it is finished. 31. I will register in my list of trusted internet domains the domain @yescom and the email faleconosco@yescom.com.br in order to receive any kind of information regarding the EVENT or events and complementary services, by email. 32. I declare that I am aware that any information requested through the “FALE CONOSCO” channel through the email faleconosco@yescom.com.br can only be made by the ATHLETE responsible for the registration and/or by a duly proven first-degree relative, or even by duly constituted and authorized attorney. 33. I am aware that ATHLETES care always happens via the “FALE CONOSCO”, social networks or email faleconosco@yescom.com.br, with business hours from Monday to Friday, 09:00AM to 12:00AM and 01:00PM to 05:00PM, not being available on Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays and commemorative dates, as well as from December 23 to 25, 2025 and from December 30, 2025 to January 02, 2026.
a.1 - The delivery of the participation kit, together with the chip, will take place on April 9th and 10th, 2026 from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm and April 11th, 2026 from 8am to 6:30pm during the Expo Atleta at a location to be announced by the event Organizers by February 24, 2026.
b - RACES OF NATIONS 5K
b.1 - The delivery of the participation kit, together with the chip, will take place on April 9th and 10th, 2026 from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm during the Expo Atleta at a location to be announced by the event Organizers by February 24, 2026.
Upon withdrawal of the CHIP, the ATHLETE shall check their personal data contained in the “Chest Number”.
c - Cadastral complaints will not be accepted after the withdrawal of CHIP.
d - The CHIP is attached to the back of the “Chest Number”. Do not remove it.
e - Do not folding, don´t kneading, don´t peel off the chip sticker and don´t remove the spacer foam for the correct operation..
f - Always leave the “Chest Number” on your chest. Do not leave it covered with blouse, jacket, backpack strap, etc.
g - Do not place the “Chest Number” on the side of the body (eg in the legs).
h - Do not place the arm on top of the “Chest Number” in timing zones.
i - When the CHIP attached to the chest number is not used, it must be attached to the laces of the right foots shoe, in a vertical position.
j - Detach the holder/Chip from the serrated line. Bring the two ends together and tie to the shoelace. Keep the red strip facing up. Do not BEND or CRUSH the Chip.
k - In case the ATHLETE receives the CHIP of timing from the ORGANIZATION, the use of it is obligatory so that its time of participation in evidence is registered.
l - Each ATHLETE is responsible for its own CHIP, so the ORGANIZATION is totally exempt in case of loss or damage of CHIP.
a.1 - The delivery of the participation kit, together with the chip, will take place on April 9th and 10th, 2026 from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm and April 11th, 2026 from 8am to 6:30pm during the Expo Atleta at a location to be announced by the event Organizers by February 24, 2026.
b - RACES OF NATIONS 5K
b.1 - The delivery of the participation kit, together with the chip, will take place on April 9th and 10th, 2026 from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm during the Expo Atleta at a location to be announced by the event Organizers by February 24, 2026.
c - The ATHLETE must present all the documentation informed in item 12 above.
d - In case it is proven that the ATHLETE has been benefited by the Elder Regulation and has given up his/her Chest Number to another ATHLETE to run on his/her behalf, the ORGANIZATION is then authorized by the registered ATHLETE to issue a bank slip charge in the amount of the registration fee difference paid in the act of your registration. The ATHLETE that made the registration will be suspended through an internal administrative process for a minimum period of 24 (twenty four) months and will not have access to any previous result, being unable to register in YESCOM events for this period or will be banned from the general register YESCOM does not have access to any previous results and is no longer able to register for YESCOM.
Bank slips paid after their due dates will not be accepted under any circumstances. In case the ATHLETE gets to pay the bank slip after the due date using any payment means, the registration will be cancelled and his/her Participation Kit will not be delivered.
a - The classification of the ATHLETES of the ELITE Category (A/B) of MARATHON will be according to their placement (time/order of arrival) according to the guidelines of the WORLD ATHLETICS (WA) and CBAt (Brazilian Athletics Confederation), and will be published on the EVENT website in the “RESULT” report. This same rule will also be applied to the classification of the top 5 (male and female) of the HALF MARATHON and the top 3 (male and female) of the 10K RACE, the 7K RACE and 5K RACE (RACE OF NATIONS).
b - The classification of the ATLETS of the GENERAL MARATHON, HALF MARATHON, 10K RACE, 7K RACE and 5K RACE (RACE OF NATIONS) and ATHLETES WITH DISABILITIES Categories will be defined according to their placement by the net time obtained by the ATLETA (net time = time between the individual starting and individual arrival), and will be published on the EVENT website in the “RESULT” report.
c - The CLASSIFICATION / RESULTS of the Extra Official participation times captured by chip reading systems and/or image reading systems and/or facial reading systems may be published from 72 hours after the end of the EVENT in Gross Time and/or Net Time and/or Gross and Net Time formats:
SÃO PAULO INTL MARATHON: - ELITE CATEGORY (MARATHON), - PREMIUM SQUAD CATEGORY (MARATHON and HALF MARATHON) - GENERAL SQUAD CATEGORY (MARATHON), - GENERAL SQUAD CATEGORY (HALF MARATHON), - GENERAL SQUAD CATEGORY (10K RUN), - GENERAL SQUAD CATEGORY (7K RUN), - WHEELCHAIR CATEGORY and - DISABLED ATHLETE CATEGORY
RACE OF NATIONS: - GENERAL SQUAD CATEGORY (5K RUN) and - DISABLED ATHLETE CATEGORY
a - Every officially registered ATHLETE who completes the EVENT within the maximum forecasted threshold will receive a Participation Medal.
b - On the date of the EVENT, they will only receive the AWARDS (trophies) that they are entitled to (unofficially):
The 5 FIRST ATHLETES (MAN AND WOMAN) that complete the race of the ELITE CATEGORY of MARATHON,
THE BEST BRAZILIAN ATHLETE (MALE AND FEMALE) who completes the ELITE CATEGORY of the MARATHON,
The 5 FIRST ATHLETES (MAN AND WOMAN) that complete the race in the GENERAL SQUAD category HALF MARATHON,
The 3 FIRST ATHLETES (MAN AND WOMAN) that complete the race in the GENERAL SQUAD category 10K RUN and
The 3 FIRST ATHLETES (MAN AND WOMAN) that complete the race in the GENERAL SQUAD category 7K RUN.
c - No other AWARDS, except for those listed under items 16.1 - letter “a”, 16.2 - letter “a”, 16.4 - letter “a”, 16.6 - letter “a”, 16.8 - letter “a” and 16.11 - letter “a”, will be delivered on the EVENT date.
d - Awards are not cumulative.
e - All ATHLETES, who have their names called for the awarding, must go immediately to the award delivery area to receive the same.
f - Access to the podium for the delivery of trophies will be restricted to ATHLETES who are called, upon presentation of an identity document with a photo, not being allowed access to companions and/or supporters.
g - When there is any type of award in cash, vehicles, motorcycles or consumer goods or incentives per goal reached, the values presented refer to the total disbursement to be made by the ORGANIZER, with each winning ATHLETE paying the taxes, , charges, documentation and transfer.
h - Incentive awards per goal achieved (including trophies, special medals or any other type of award in cash, vehicles, motorcycles or consumer goods) will be delivered ONLY to the ATHLETE.
i - Incentive cash prizes per objective achieved by the ATHLETES to which they are entitled will be deposited in a current or savings account in the name of the ATHLETE or attorney duly and officially constituted and authorized by the ATHLETE, after the ORGANIZATION has disclosed the result race official, which is linked to the official report by the competent bodies and to the receipt of the ATHLETEs data and payment authorization by the ORGANIZATION.
j - In case of a cash award, the ATHLETE must comply with the criteria required by the ORGANIZATION, informing through the Payment Request Document, which the ATHLETE will receive via e-mail, all the necessary data for the payment. The Payment Request Document must be returned to the ORGANIZATION within a maximum period of 180 (one hundred and eighty) days. The prizes can be paid in installments of values and different dates in the beneficiarys account.
k - The process of paying the prizes will start after the disclosure and approval of the official results by the competent authorities, with a maximum completion period of up to 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the moment the ORGANIZATION receives the documentation with information for payment of the respective winners who are entitled to the award.
l - In case the ATHLETE requests any AWARDS to be delivered to third parties, he/she must email a formal authorization letter, signed and proven by a notary, along with a legal duplicate of his/her ID documents to faleconosco@yescom.com.br, informing the SUBJECT - AWARDS with the name of the EVENT and in the text of the e-mail it must contain an explanation about its absence of receipt.
m - The ATHLETES that do not return the AWARDS letter to the ORGANIZATION within the 180 (one hundred and eighty) days term after receiving it, accepts that the AWARDS amount is donated to a philanthropist institution that cares for people suffering from cancer in the city of the EVENT.
n - The official EVENT results for the MEN and WOMEN ELITE CATEGORY ranked among the 1st and the 10th places depend on the CBAt or another authority official disclosure of the anti-doping exams or on any other constraint that the ORGANIZATION must obey.
o - The ORGANIZATION has the right to include any other type of AWARDS to be published in the EVENT website.
p - There will be no subsequent delivery for ATHLETES AND who are called to the podium and are not present at the delivery of the trophies to which they are entitled on the day of the EVENT.
16.1 - ELITES MARATHON CLASSIFICATION AWARDS (MEN AND WOMEN)
a - The FIRST 5 ELITES ATHLETES (MEN AND WOMEN) who complete the MARATHON shall receive, besides the participation medal, a trophy and/or a special medal.
b - The incentive award for achieving the objective for Elite Athletes (Male and Female) of the Marathon will be announced in the race regulations by January 15, 2026.
16.2 - AWARD FOR BRAZILIAN ATHLETE OF THE ELITE SQUAD (MALE / FEMALE) OF THE MARATHON
a - The FIRST BRAZILIAN ATHLETE (MALE AND FEMALE) in the MARATHON ELITE CATEGORY who completes the race will also receive a trophy and/or a special medal.
16.3 - GENERAL CLASSIFICATION AWARDS FOR THE MARATHON PER AGE GROUPS

16.11 - WHEELCHAIR ATHLETE CATEGORY AWARDS
a - The FIRST 3 ATHLETES (MEN AND WOMEN) to complete the competition under the WHEELCHAIR CATEGORY will receive, besides the participation medal, a trophy or a special medal.
b - The WHEELCHAIR ATHLETE CATEGORY has its START line set to a different time and has Special AWARDS, not competing with other CATEGORIES.
c - It is mandatory to use helmets and 3-wheeled chairs, which must be adequate and adapted for competitions, in the WHEELCHAIR ATHLETE CATEGORY, not being allowed to use (daily) social use wheelchairs, motorized wheelchairs, hand cycles or third parties’ help.
Technical Observation: The WHEELCHAIR CATEGORY is for ATHLETES that use the 3-wheeled competition wheelchairs and use both hands to move the equipment through its wheels, and not with ratchets, manual pedals, chains or other mechanical elements that favor movement.
d - It is forbidden the participation of ATHLETES who do not address this Regulation Norms.
e - The WHEELCHAIR ATHLETE cannot race without his/her helmet.
16.12 - ARATHON DISABLED ATHLETE CATEGORY AWARD
a - There will be no award ceremony or trophy presentation for ATHLETES with disabilities who complete the race, only medal presentation.
b - ATHLETES who participate in the ATHLETES WITH DISABILITIES CATEGORY will not be entitled to any other type of prize/bonus except that provided for their category.
16.13 - AWARDS FOR THE OVERALL CLASSIFICATION OF THE RACE OF NATIONS 5K
a - There will be no award ceremony or trophy presentation for ATHLETES with disabilities who complete the race, only medal presentation.

16.15 - ARATHON DISABLED ATHLETE CATEGORY AWARD
a - There will be no award ceremony or trophy presentation for ATHLETES with disabilities who complete the race, only medal presentation.
b - ATHLETES who participate in the ATHLETES WITH DISABILITIES CATEGORY will not be entitled to any other type of prize/bonus except that provided for their category.
17. 1 - DELIVERY OF KIT FOR ELITE ATHLETES (42,195m)
a - The location for delivery of the kit for Elite and Wheelchair ATHLETES of the Marathon will be announced by March 3, 2026 in the EVENT regulations.
b - For the ATHLETE to withdraw the Participation Kit, it will be necessary to present the following document:
Identity Document with original photo RG, RNE, Drivers License, Passport or Class Functional that contains the ATHLETEs RG or CPF number.
c - If the Kit is removed by the Coach, it will be necessary to present the documents listed below:
Passport the ATHLETE and Identity Document with original photo RG, RNE, Drivers License, Passport or Class Functional that contains the Coachs RG or CPF number.
d - For the removal of the kit by a THIRD PARTY who is not the ATHLETEs Coach, he must present all the documentation that is listed in item 12 of the regulation for removal by third parties.
17.2 - TECHNICAL CONGRESS
a - The location for delivery of the kit for Elite and Wheelchair ATHLETES of the Marathon will be announced by March 3, 2026 in the EVENT regulations.
a - Every ATHLETE registered in the PREMIUM SQUAD will have the right to an VIP Tent unaccompanied, containing the following items and services: Snacks, Fruits, Water, Juices and Sanitary.
b - The following items are not included in the Participation Kit for athletes duly registered, even if they are available for use in the areas composed of items 3, 4 and 5 of this REGULATION, which will not be considered as an obligation of supply by the ORGANIZATION and / or contracting of services rendered by the ATLETA. Trophy. Award for goal reached. Gifts and accessories and others.
a - The ORGANIZATION might indicate locations to assemble Advisory/Coaching tents according to the space availability within the EVENT arena, as long as they do not interfere with the good progress of the competition.
b - In case of technical or public demands, the ORGANIZATION might request to move those tents.
c - The responsibility for advertising or exhibiting trademarks is uniquely and exclusively of Advisories, Coaches, Running Clubs or Companies, exempting the ORGANIZATION of all liabilities.
d - In case there is sponsorship conflicting with the EVENT SPONSORS, the ORGANIZATION might required the Advisory/Coaches to remove their tents.
e - Tents cannot have a sound system that interferes with the EVENT sound system and the ORGANIZATION suggests they are no bigger than 20 square meters (~215 square feet).
f - To check the location provided by the ORGANIZATION to set up your tent, access the ARENA MAP on the EVENT website.
g - The exclusive area for Sports Advisors can be accessed from April 12, 2026 at 00:01 am at 04:00 am, and access will only be allowed with registration with ATC-SP - São Paulo Running Coaches Association, which is coordinating with YESCOM the registration of sports consultants.
h - Any assembly outside the reserved area is subject to collection by the competent public bodies.
i - The registration must be done with the of ATC-SP - São Paulo Running Coaches Association, through the e-mail contato@atcsaopaulo.com.br.
a - The ORGANIZATION might, at its own criteria, include any type of awards or special participation gifts.
b - For doubts or technical information, email those to the technical ORGANIZATION at faleconosco@yescom.com.br.
c - The customer care telephone number for ATHLETES is +55 (11) 4191-1236. This telephone will only care for issues related to registration data (ID documents and/or password). Our service hours by email, telephone and social networks are Monday to Friday, 09:00AM to 12:00AM and 01:00PM to 05:00PM. There will be no service on Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays and commemorative dates.
d - We would like to inform that there will be no customer care for the EVENT over the CONTACT US phone, via email or social networks from december 23 to 25, 2025 and from december 30, 2025 to january 02, 2026.
e - The ORGANIZATION reserves the right to change any of the items in this regulation referring to technical and procedural specificities without prior notice, including the date and place of the EVENT, according to the needs of the same, informing these changes in a new regulation that will be made available on the EVENT website.
g - The doubts or omissions in this regulation will be resolved by the ORGANIZING Commission and / or by the ORGANIZERS / DIRECTORS in a sovereign way, with no recourse to these decisions.
Sites hosted under the main domain of YESCOM www.yescom.com.br, directed to the same or Licensed by YESCOM, preferably do not use cookies and do not receive advertisements from platforms such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads. When a configuration different from this occurs in some area of the website, resources such as geolocation, Google Analytics, access link via Facebook or similar will be used preferably.
If the EVENT is canceled and/or changed at any time due to force majeure such as catastrophes, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics or similar, as well as determinations of public bodies for the purpose of maintaining order, collective safety, health and preservation of life , the ORGANIZATION will be exempt from any responsibility and the return of any amount invested by the registrant to participate in it.
