The Expo Atleta will be held at Marina da Glória - Avenida Infante Dom Henrique - Glória - Rio de Janeiro.
To pick up the kit, the athlete must present:
• Original document with photo.
• Proof of payment or original paid bank slip (copies will not be accepted under any circumstances). This proof will be retained at the Kit Delivery.
Important: there will be no kit delivery on the day of the event or after it.
The kit delivery for Elite Athletes and Elite Wheelchair Users will be at the Scorial Rio Hotel - Rua Bento Lisboa,136 - Catete, Rio de Janeiro on AUgust 16, 2025 from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM.
To collect the Kit, it is necessary for the ATHLETE or his coach to present an ID document with an original photo (RG or Driver's License or Passport).
The Technical Congress will be at theScorial Rio Hotel - Rua Bento Lisboa,136 - Catete, Rio de Janeiro on AUgust 16, 2025 from 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM.
The presence of Elite athletes and/or their coaches and Wheelchair Athletes and/or their coaches is mandatory.
The start of the Half Marathon will be on Avenida Delfim Moreira and Avenida Borges de Medeiros near Jardim de Alah in the Leblon neighborhood, as detailed and published on the official website of the event.
Access to the Gathering and Start areas will be signposted, and it is forbidden to jump over the railings that delimit these areas to enter the track at the time of the START or at any other time, under any pretext.
The race will offer infrastructure (medical support, access, hydration and snacks) for the official number of participants. Extra resources will not be made available to athletes who are not officially registered ("popcorn").
Attention: there will be access control and only athletes with a bib number will access the starting area.
The start of the 10K Race will be at Aterro do Flamengo (Arquiteto Laércio Sampaio Square, in front of the indoor courts) and the finish at Aterro do Flamengo (same location as the Half Marathon), according to the detailed route published on the event's website.

The Organization requests extreme attention to the sound system calls in the starting area for eventual changes in the respective schedules.
Luggage Storage Buses will be made available to HALF MARATHON ATHLETES in the starting area (Leblon), which will receive the bags until 7:15 am and will be transferred to the finish line.
For the 10K and 5K RACE, the Luggage Storage will be positioned close to the finish area.
The ORGANIZATION asks and insists that VALUES are not left in the Luggage Storage, such as; watches, high-value accessories, electronic, sound or cell phone equipment, checks, credit cards, wallets with money, identification documents such as RG / CPF or Passport, among others, because upon delivery of the volume by the ATHLETE to the care of the Organization, an inspection or opening of the volume will not be made to check the content.

There will be an exclusive area at the event for setting up Sports Advisory tents, according to the map of the arena available on this website.
Tents can only be set up in the demarcated area.
The exclusive area for Sports Advisors can be accessed from 16/08 at 2:00 pm until Sunday 17/08 at 5:00 am.
Any assembly outside the reserved area is subject to collection by the competent public bodies.

To pick up the kit, the athlete must present:

1st. The 50% discount on registration is exclusive for those aged 60 or over. Do not use this benefit for third parties as you will be subject to the penalties of the law. Don't give your subscription to anyone!
2nd. There will be an exclusive service desk for ATHLETES aged 60 or over when delivering a kit, which will speed up the service and check documents.
3rd. To facilitate the location of results and images, both by the ATHLETE and the Organization, the breast numbers of all categories available at the event including the ABOVE 60 YEARS category, will have a sequential series of easy location.
4th. In case of proof of the improper use of the 50% discount benefit, the Organization may apply the rules of item 10.8 of the Regulation.
5th. There will be no delivery of participation kit on the day of the EVENT, nor after it.
1st. Your breast number is personal and non-transferable.
2nd. Do not give in, do not sell and do not allow the copy of your breast number, as you will be committing an infraction subject to the penalties of the law.
3rd. In case of medical assistance, it is through your chest number that the emergency contact will be activated. A family member of yours may receive unexpected news as you are not participating in the event, as you have given your number to someone to run in your place.
4th. In case of failure in the electronic chip, your result can be analyzed from your breast number by photos and videos captured at the event.
5th. If you know someone who gave or sold the number in order to obtain advantages, report it through faleconosco@yescom.com.br.

Your chest number is equipped with the electronic timing chip. Do not crush, fold or pass it under the laces for correct operation.
Read the INSTRUCTIONS carefully.

TRANSPORTATION SUGGESTIONS AND MAPS

This regulation might be changed due to technical reasons according to this organization criterion or due to legal issues or by force majeure (act of God).
1.1 The 27th MEIA MARATONA INTL DO RIO DO JANEIRO - RIO DE JANEIRO INTL HALF MARATHON, hereinafter the EVENT, will be held on August 17, 2025 in the city of Rio de Janeiro by duly registered PEOPLE, hereinafter the ATHLETES, regardless of weather conditions.
This EVENT includes:
a - The INDIVIDUAL RACE competition, with a distance of 21,097 m, hereinafter referred to as the HALF MARATHON.
b - The INDIVIDUAL RACE competition, with a distance of 10,000 m, hereinafter referred to as the 10K RACE.
c - The INDIVIDUAL RACE competition, with a 5,000m distance, hereinafter called the 5K RACE.
1.2 - The START of the HALF MARATHON will take place at the intersection of Avenida Delfim Moreira and Avenida Borges de Medeiros near Jardim de Alah in the district of Leblon, as detailed and published on the official EVENT website.
1.3 - The FINISH of the HALF MARATHON will be at Praça Cuauhtemoc - Aterro do Flamengo, according to the detailed route published on the EVENT website.
1.4 - The START of the 10K RACE will be at Aterro do Flamengo (Arquiteto Laércio Sampaio Square, in front of the gymnastics courts) and the FINISH will be at Aterro do Flamengo (same location as the Half Marathon), according to the detailed route published on the EVENT website.
1.5 - The START of the 5K RACE will be at Aterro do Flamengo (Arquiteto Laércio Sampaio Square, in front of the gymnastics courts) and the FINISH will be at Aterro do Flamengo (same location as the Half Marathon), according to the detailed route published on the EVENT website.
NOTE: The ORGANIZATION may, at its discretion, due to technical needs of the EVENT, legal impediments, situations of adaptation of the city road in service to the municipality and public organizations, modify the route of the RACE, Departure Places, Arrival and schedules.
1.5 - The ATHLETES will START, in specific platoons, at the following times:

PAY ATTENTION TO TIME LIMITS AND CUT-OFF LINES DURING THE HALF MARATHON COURSE.
In response to a request from CET-Rio, the Rio de Janeiro Traffic Engineering Company, in response to the citys traffic dynamics, cut-off lines with a time limit for passing were implemented. Athletes who reach the cut-off lines after the established time limit will not be able to continue on the original route and must go to the finish line. The Organization will provide buses for transportation (subject to waiting).
IMPORTANT: THE ORGANIZATION requests that ATHLETES pay attention to the START times of their WAVES, since ATHLETES will NOT be allowed to start early, as this will result in their disqualification.

The ORGANIZATION requests extreme attention to the confirmation of the respective start times during the week preceding the RACE through the EVENT regulations, social media, press, official EVENT website, when collecting the kit at the delivery location and, to the calls from the sound system and signs in the START area on the day of the RACE, for any adjustments to the respective times that may be necessary.
The websites hosted under the main YESCOM domain www.yescom.com.br, directed to it or licensed by YESCOM, may or may not use cookies and do not receive advertisements from platforms such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads. The registration service may be carried out on the official website of the race or on portals that sell registrations such as www.minhasinscricoes.com.br or similar. When a different configuration occurs in some area of the website, resources such as geolocation, Google Analytics, access link via Facebook, cookies or similar may be used.
If the EVENT is canceled and/or changed at any time due to force majeure such as catastrophes, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics or similar, as well as determinations by public bodies for the purpose of maintaining order, collective security, health and preservation of life, the ORGANIZATION will be exempt from any responsibility and from the refund of any amount invested by the registrant for participation in the same.

b - The DISABLED ATHLETES divided into the groups below are part of this CATEGORY:
CADC3R = WHEELCHAIR WITHOUT GUIDE – The ATHLETE who participates in this competition with the aid of sportive or competition wheelchairs (3-wheeled chairs only), not being allowed the use of ordinary wheelchairs (daily use), motorized wheelchairs, hand cycles or with the help of other people. The use of helmets is mandatory.
Technical Observation: The WHEELCHAIR WITHOUT GUIDE CATEGORY is for ATHLETES that use the 3-wheeled competition wheelchairs and use both hands to move the equipment through its wheels, and not with ratchets, manual pedals, chains or other mechanical elements that favor movement.
CCG = GUIDED WHEELCHAIR ATHLETE - The ATHLETE who uses the chair with 03 wheels (type non-motorized tricycle) equipped with brakes and that only carries out its displacement counting on the aid of GUIA to push it, being necessary the inscription of 2 GUIDES for this category.
DEV = VISUALLY IMPAIRED – The ATHLETE who is visually impaired, characterized by the loss or reduction of the visual capacity in one or both eyes. Every visually impaired ATHLETE, disregarding the degree or type of deficiency, must run with a GUIDING ATHLETE, and cannot disregard that need in any circumstances. Both must be united by a cord (which must be, at most, 0.5m long) to one of their fingers or to their arms, or by a specific string used by GUIDES.
AMP = AMPUTATED INFERIOR LIMBS – The ATHLETE who has inferior limbs disabilities, with total or partial absence of one or two of the inferior limbs, and who uses special prosthesis to walk.
DMAI = WALKING WITH INFERIOR LIMBS IMPAIRED - The ATHLETE who has inferior limbs disabilities, though with total preservation of those limbs, and who uses bracing as a means of helping locomotion (walking sticks, crutches, walker, etc.), being allowed the company of a GUIDING ATHLETE.
DI = INTELLECTUALLY IMPAIRED – The ATHLETE who presents an intellectual quotient (IQ) lower than 70 and/or is limited in abilities and adaptation areas (communication, personal care, household relationship, social, playful, health and safety skills, ways and direction, academic development, community and work relationship, ASD - Autistic Spectrum Disorder). Regardless of the degree of disability, the ATHLETE must run with a GUIDE ATHLETE and cannot do without him/her under any circumstances. The GUIDE may not stand in front of the ATHLETE, the GUIDE ATHLETE must always stay behind or to the side. DMS = SUPERIOR LIMBS IMPAIRED – The ATHLETE who has total or partial absence of any parts of the superior limbs, generating changes to the balance axis, causing instability to walk.
DAU = HEARING IMPAIRED – The ATHLETE whose hearing is not functional, with partial or total loss of the sound hearing possibilities, varying degrees and levels with or without hearing prosthesis.
GUIDE = The ATHLETE who, during the competition, accompanies and guides the DISABLED ATHLETE, caring for his/her integrity and safety.
Extraordinary situations or cases that do not fall into the categories above will be analyzed by the TECHNICAL ORGANIZATION upon formal request of the interested party sent to the email atletacomdeficiencia@yescom.com.br. Any and all exceptions will only be granted through the Term of Consent and Special Responsibility for these.
Medical Report valid till, at most, one year, where the C.I.D. International Code of Diseases relating to athlete disability must be included; The ATHLETE’s Disability International Code. The report must have a due date and the date of the EVENT must be within the contained term. Excluded from this validity are cases whose disability is congenital or permanent; Individual or Team Responsibility Term (see letter “h” below) and, Inform which route to participate in: HALF MARATHON RACE or 10K RACE or 5K RACE.
c.1 - If the ATHLETE fits into the categories that must be accompanied by a GUIDE, as described above, the Individual or Team Responsibility Term must also be sent with the GUIA data (see letter “h” below).
d - After analyzing the documents, the ATHLETE will receive an email from ORGANIZATION with a CODE, which will be used to carry out your registration, informing you after the choice of your shirt your shirt to generate your ticket and finalize your courtesy registration in the EVENT.
e - If the ATHLETE WITH DISABILITIES and/or the GUIDE ATHLETE registers by generating a Bank Slip that is not COURTESY and pays the same, the ORGANIZATION will not refund the amount paid.
f - The documentation above must be delivered for each EVENT the ATHLETE will participate in.
g - Vacancies will be made available according to the requests’ order and the reports’ proof.
h - CLICK HERE to print the INDIVIDUAL OR TEAM LIABILITY TERM.
i - After filling up the INDIVIDUAL OR TEAM LIABILITY TERM, the ATHLETE must email it to the ORGANIZATION at atletacomdeficiencia@yescom.com.br , together with the remainder of the required documentation listed above.
j - The Subject field of the email should be filled in as Registration for Disabled Athlete for the EVENT - 27th MEIA MARATONA INTL DO RIO DE JANEIRO - RIO DE JANEIRO INTL HALF MARATHON.
k - GUIDE ATHLETES will also receive a Registration Code, which will be forwarded together with that of the DISABLED ATHLETE, which will be guided through the electronic address informed in the sending of the documentation of the DISABLED ATHLETE.
l - The ATHLETE GUIDE must access the website and register, informing the CODE after choosing your shirt, thus generating your TICKET with the courtesy and finalizing your registration.
m - Choosing a GUIDING ATHLETE is mandatory.
n - Courtesy entries for the ATHLETES WITH DISABILITIES CATEGORY will be made according to the ATHLETEs disability and the kit will be the same as the BASIC INSCRIPTION.
o - The deadline for sending the documents for the registration of ATHLETES with disabilities is up to 15 (fifteen) days before the start of the Kit Delivery or until the end of registrations through the EVENT website, whichever occurs first.
p - As soon as the ORGANIZATION receives complete documentation it will proceed with their analysis.
q - In case the registration is not approved by the ORGANIZATION, the ATHLETE cannot register in a DISABLED ATHLETE Squad using this procedure. If there are open vacancies, he/she can register to the General Squad by paying the registration fee by his/her own will, exempting the ORGANIZATION from any liability.
r - If the ATHLETE does not receive a contact from the responsible department within 10 (ten) days from the date of sending the e-mail with the documentation, he/she must contact the ORGANIZATION again through the electronic address atletacomdeficiencia@yescom.com.br.
s - The will be no AWARDS ceremony for the ATHLETES who complete the competition, only what is provided for in item 15 of the regulation.
2.2 - ELITE CATEGORY FOR THE HALF MARATHON
a - The ELITE CATEGORY comprises the ATHLETES classified in the ELITE A CATEGORY and the ATHLETES classified in the ELITE B CATEGORY, according to the criteria described below.
2.2.1 - ELITE A CATEGORY - HALF MARATHON
a - The ATHLETE invited by the ORGANIZATION and/or the ATHLETE who has a curriculum of minimum times in OFFICIAL tests, with “Permit” from the Brazilian State Federations and/or CBAT - Brazilian Athletics Confederation and/or International Federations, may be part of this CATEGORY valid/confirmed in the last 12 (twelve) months prior to the date of the EVENT, and the minimum time proven in at least 02 (two) EVENTS, following the criterion “reference time” defined below.
b - The ATHLETE who is able to participate in this squad according to the “reference time” criteria defined by the ORGANIZATION is exempt from paying the registration fee and must fax his/her curriculum to the ORGANIZATION through email it to faleconosco@yescom.com.br, highlighting his/her NAME, TELEPHONE, EMAIL and which COMPETITIONS and TIMING he/she has addressed the “reference time” criteria.
c - The ORGANIZATION may invite at its discretion ATHLETES for the Elite A squad of South American countries affiliated to ConSudAle who have the reference timing reported in item 2.2.1 “d” and “e” below.
d - To participate in the MEN ELITE A squad, the ATHLETE must have a “reference time” up to 1h10min30sec for the Half Marathon; up to 2h23min03sec for the Marathon; up to 1h00min30sec for the 18K run; up to 50min30sec for the 15K run up to 33min30sec for the 10K run.
e - To participate in the WOMEN ELITE A squad, the ATHLETE must have a “reference time” up to 1h22min30sec for the Half Marathon; up to 2h51min30sec for the Marathon; up to 1h09min30sec for the 18K run; up to 59min30sec for the 15K run and up to 38min30sec for the 10K run.
f - The ATHLETES who do not have official “reference time” for the run but think they are able to participate in the ELITE squad must fax their curriculum to be assessed through email it to faleconosco@yescom.com.br.
g - The curriculum can only be sent up to 10 calendar days before the EVENT. The ORGANIZATION cannot accept and is not obliged to assess any curricula sent out of that time frame.
h. In case the ATHLETE makes that request during the kit delivery, the ORGANIZATION may or may not assess those, being prioritized the ATHLETES who have sent their curricula within the specified time frame.
i - The ORGANIZATION has no obligation to answer curriculum that do not fit the technical index listed above, that is, the ATHLETE should only send that request if he/she is totally confident and can prove the characteristics to access those squads within the required thresholds.
j - The payment of a registration fee in the general squad does not assure the elite ATHLETE his/her running in the A or B squads, since those have a limit in the number of participants and the abovementioned thresholds to be addressed. In case the elite ATHLETE registers in the general squad with the intention of assuring his/her participation in the EVENT and will be approved for the Elite A squad, the ORGANIZATION will not reimburse the amount paid for such registration.
k - The maximum number of ATHLETES in the MEN ELITE A squad is 50.
l - The maximum number of ATHLETES in the WOMEN ELITE A squad is 30.
2.2.2 - ELITE B CATEGORY - HALF MARATHON
a - The ATHLETE who has a curriculum of minimum times in OFFICIAL tests, with “Permit” from the Brazilian State Federations and/or CBAt - Brazilian Athletics Confederation and/or International Federations, obligatorily valid/confirmed in the last 12 (twelve) can be part of this CATEGORY and four) months prior to the date of the EVENT, and the minimum time proven in, at least, 02 (two) EVENTS, following the criterion “reference time” defined below and who are in the age group of 18 to 26 years.
b - The ATHLETE who is officially named by his/her State Federation according to the official notification of the Brazilian Athletics Confederation can participate in this squad. 2 (two) ATHLETE registrations can be accepted per each Brazilian State, being 01 (one) man and 01 (one) woman, disregarding the “reference time” mentioned in item 2.2.2, letters “f” and “g” of this regulation.
c - The ATHLETE who meets the conditions described in this item in letters “a” and “b” above must register in the EVENT website, pay the bank slip and fax his/her timing curriculum to be analyzed by the ORGANIZATION through email it to faleconosco@yescom.com.br, highlighting his/her NAME, TELEPHONE, EMAIL and which COMPETITIONS and TIMING he/she has addressed the “reference time” criteria.
d - ATHLETES that are part of ELITE B category are not exempt from paying the EVENT registration fee and have no right to benefits provided by the ORGANIZATION regarding transportation, accommodation and meals.
e - The ATHLETE registered in such CATEGORY will participate in the competition in a special squad, and will have no right to AWARDS granted by age group, if there is this award at the EVENT.
f - To participate in the MEN ELITE B squad, the ATHLETE must have a “reference time” up to 1h13min30sec for the Half Marathon; até 2h27min30seg for the Marathon; up to 01h03min30sec for the 18K run; up to 53min30sec for the 15K run and up to 36min30sec for the 10K run.
g - To participate in the WOMEN ELITE B squad, the ATHLETE must have a “reference time” up to 1h25min30sec for the Half Marathon; up to 02h55min30sec for the Marathon; up to 1h15min30sec for the 18K run; up to 1h02min30sec for the 15K run and 41min30sec for the 10K run.
h - The ATHLETES who do not have official reference timing for the run but think they are able to participate in the ELITE B squad must fax their curriculum to be assessed through email it to faleconosco@yescom.com.br.
i - The maximum number of ATHLETES in the MEN ELITE B squad is 30.
j - The maximum number of ATHLETES in the WOMEN ELITE B squad is 15.
k - The ORGANIZATION invite ATHLETES, at its own will, to run in the ELITE B squad; the guest ATHLETES do not need to address the criteria listed under item 2.3, letters “f” and “g” of this regulation. Those guest ATHLETES can also receive accommodation and meals offered by the ORGANIZATION.
l - In case the threshold is reached, the ORGANIZATION will not make more positions available for this squad.
2.3 - PREMIUM SQUAD CATEGORY - FOR THE HALF MARATHON
a - The guest ATHLETES and the ATHLETES interested in joining this squad by addressing the registration criteria exclusively available at the EVENT website are part of this category.
b - The ATHLETES registered in the PREMIUM SQUAD will have access to the start line at the same location of the ELITE ATHLETES.
2.4 - GENERAL SQUAD CATEGORY - FOR THE HALF MARATHON, FOR THE RACE 10K RUN AND FOR THE RACE 5K RUN
a - Each ATHLETE who does not fit specifically one of the other aforementioned categories will be considered registered as a GENERAL CATEGORY ATHLETE.
b - The ATHLETE of the GENERAL CATEGORY will participate in the competition having his/her AGE GROUP, defined below in this regulation, as reference.
c - The ATHLETE who participates in this category will not have the right to any other AWARD except those specified for his/her category, according to what is described under the “AWARDS” item of this regulation.
I - By participating in this EVENT, the ATHLETE is fully responsible for the data provided, accepts and abides by the regulations and rules, and is responsible for transportation, accommodation, food, insurance, and any other expenses necessary or arising from his or her participation during and after the EVENT.
II - By participating in this EVENT, the ATHLETE assigns all rights to use his or her image in this EVENT, including arena rights, and waives any material consideration that may be received from journalistic materials, commercial promotions, licenses and photos, social media, at any time, place, or medium currently available or to be implemented in the market for this EVENT or complementary events and services as a result of the use of these images, or the actions described above taken by YESCOM, ORGANIZERS, ACHIEVEMENTS, COMMERCIAL PARTNERS, and the media.
III - For emergency care of athletes, there will be a medical support service with ambulances to provide initial treatment and possible transportation. The continued provision of such medical care, both emergency and for any other needs, will be provided through the public network under their responsibility. The ORGANIZATION is not responsible for any medical expenses incurred by the athlete during or after the race.
IV - The athlete or their responsible companion may choose another medical care system (transport/transfer, hospital, emergency and medical services, among others), exempting the ORGANIZATION from any direct or indirect liability for the consequences of this decision.
V - The EVENTS insurance will be supported by the competent bodies, and monitors will be available to provide guidance to athletes.
VI - Toilets and luggage Lockers will be made available to registered ATHLETES in the START and FINISH areas.
VII - The ORGANIZATION informs that it is PROHIBITED to leave valuables in the Lockers, such as watches, high-value accessories, electronic equipment, sound equipment or cell phones, checks, credit cards, wallets with money, identification documents such as RG/CPF or Passport, among others, because when the ATHLETE hands over the volume to the ORGANIZATIONS care, the ORGANIZATION will not inspect or open the volume to verify its contents.
The athlete who uses the Locker declares that by handing over their belongings to Yescom, they are aware of the rules, schedules, and regulations of the event, releasing Yescom from any liability for their contents.
VIII - The Organization will refuse to store individual or single items, such as keys, cell phones, glasses, watches, wallets, headphones, checkbooks, or similar items.
IX - The Organization cannot and will not be responsible for the contents of bags, backpacks, purses, handbags, or any other type of luggage left in the Lockers, as this is an optional courtesy service of the event and is not mandatory for the athlete.
X - The ORGANIZATION will accept objects to be stored in the Lockers until the GENERAL SQUAD START time. The removal of the item must be done until the official end time of the event, at 1:00 p.m.
If the item is not collected, it will be sent to YESCOM, and the ATHLETE must request its collection through CONTACT US.
XI - In the event that bicycle storage is available, this service will be available exclusively to ATHLETES properly and legally registered for the EVENT. It will be located next to the Luggage Storage, and may or may not be covered. The ATHLETE who uses this service must provide their own security device (chain and lock). It is important that both the bicycle and any belongings handed over by said ATHLETE must be identified by the Chest Number ticket or tag, provided by the ORGANIZATION along with the chest number, during the Kit collection.
XII - Bicycles with external devices such as stopwatches, watches, on-board computers, tools, tire pumps, bags, helmets, bottles, gloves, or similar devices will not be accepted.
XIII - Bicycle collection will only be possible upon presentation of the receipt previously provided by the ORGANIZER and a photo ID.
XIV - We recommend a rigorous medical evaluation, including a pre-exercise test, for all ATHLETES, as the ORGANIZATION, as a service provider, is concerned about the ATHLETES health. However, it is not responsible for any negligence caused.
XV - The ATHLETE expressly assumes and declares that he or she is aware of his or her health status and athletic ability and that he or she has been adequately trained for the EVENT.
XVI - Access to the Assembly and Start areas will be marked, and it is prohibited to bypass the fences that delimit these areas to enter the track at the START or at any other time, under any pretext.
XVII - The EVENT ORGANIZATION, as well as its SPONSORS, SUPPORTERS, AND PRODUCERS, are not responsible for any prejudice or damage caused by the ATHLETE registered for the EVENT, whether to public property, third parties, or other ATHLETES, which are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the person responsible.
XVIII - Any claim regarding the UNOFFICIAL result of the competition must be made in writing to the ORGANIZATION within 30 days after the first publication of the result on the EVENT website.
XIX - The ORGANIZERS/PRODUCERS may suspend the EVENT due to public safety issues, public events, vandalism, and/or force majeure.
XX - Any ATHLETE who at any time fails to comply with the rules described in these REGULATIONS, or who fails to notify the ORGANIZATION of any impediment (with a written record duly received by the ORGANIZERS) may be disqualified from this EVENT at any time.
XXI - Every ATHLETE is obligated to correctly complete (sign and submit a printed form to the ORGANIZATION, where applicable, or electronically) their EVENT Registration Form.
XXII - The ATHLETE declares that he/she participates in this EVENT of his/her own free will, knowing the risks, degree of difficulty, originality, option and format of the competition, route, goals and/or obstacles, location, period and weather conditions in which it will be held, exempting the ORGANIZATION, SUPPORTERS AND PRODUCERS, on his/her own behalf and on behalf of his/her successors, from any liability.
XXIII - By registering for the EVENT, the ATHLETES registration is personal and non-transferable. This registration cannot be transferred to another ATHLETE. If the registered ATHLETE requests a refund for their registration, it can only be requested within 7 (seven) days after completing and paying their registration in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Code. A completed registration is considered to be paid and credited to the ORGANIZER. A refund request submitted in light of these conditions will begin its administrative process immediately, with a period of up to 30 (thirty) business days for its return, counted from the date of the request, for cash payments. Installment payments are subject to the terms under which the credit card company will issue the refund.
XXIV - If it is proven that the ATHLETE has submitted their Chest Number to another, copied or duplicated it, given the copy to others, or copied their number, the ATHLET who made the registration will be suspended through an internal administrative process for a minimum period of 24 (twenty-four) months and will not have access to any previous results and will not be able to register for YESCOM events for that period, or will be banned from the YESCOM general registry, will not have access to any previous results, and will no longer be able to register for YESCOM events.
XXV - By registering for the VIRTUAL EVENT, the ATHLETE provides their data and authorizes the ORGANIZERS to send, at any time, any type of electronic or physical correspondence on their behalf, to the electronic or physical address, in order to participate in any ORGANIZER event, surveys, feedback, or activities developed, products or services offered by the ORGANIZER and/or its partners that may be of interest to them, in accordance with the Privacy Policy presented on the website www.yescom.com.br
XXVI - The Chest Number must be affixed to the front of the ATHLETEs jersey and its use is mandatory on the track and during the race. Any damage caused to it will result in the ATHLETES disqualification.
XXVII - The positioning selected by the ATHLETE in the START areas available during the EVENT, as provided in the REGULATIONS, is the sole and exclusive responsibility of said ATHLETE.
XXVIII - The ORGANIZATION reserves the right to create classification systems for the public to access the EVENT areas, including ATHLETES who may appear during the race without the proper accreditation (chest number) or any other device proving their registration. Individuals who fall into these conditions and who may be participating in the race without registration may be prohibited from accessing the Start Area, the Course, and the Finish, and may be invited to leave at any time by members of the ORGANIZATION. The EVENT is exclusively for officially registered individuals.
a - By registering for the EVENT and paying the registration fee, the ATHLETE is activating his/her participation and access to the EVENT and use of the support infrastructure as described in the regulations.
4.1 - PROMO REGISTRATION WITHOUT GIFT T-SHIRT - includes 01 (one) bib number (mandatory use) given only to officially registered ATHLETES who pick up their kit at the location and/or format defined in these regulations, and 01 (one) post-race medal, given only to ATHLETES who complete the race. Additional gifts may be included at the discretion of the ORGANIZATION.
4.2 - BASIC REGISTRATION - includes 01 (one) race number (mandatory use), 01 (one) promotional/commemorative t-shirt given only to officially registered ATHLETES who pick up their kit at the location and/or format defined in these rules, and 01 (one) post-race medal, given only to officially registered ATHLETES who participate and complete the race. Additional gifts may be included at the discretion of the ORGANIZATION.
4.3 - PREMIUM REGISTRATION - includes starting at the front of the General Platoon, 01 (one) bib number (mandatory use), 02 (two) promotional/commemorative gift t-shirts and 01 (one) promotional/commemorative gift windbreaker whose size will be the same as that chosen for the t-shirt, given only to officially registered ATHLETES who collect their kit at the location and/or format defined in these rules, and 01 (one) post-race medal, given only to officially registered ATHLETES who participate and complete the race. Additional gifts may be included at the discretion of the ORGANIZATION. Places are limited.
4.5 - The following items are not included in the Participation Kit for duly registered ATHLETES, even if available for use in the areas comprised by items 2, 3 and 4 of the regulations, and will not be considered as mandatory for the ORGANIZATION to provide and/or contract the provision of services by the ATHLETE: Trophy. Award for goal achieved. Gifts and accessories. Others. a - The ORGANIZATION may offer the option of choosing the size of promotional t-shirts offered as a courtesy and gift with limited quantity quotas without the obligation to make stock available by size at the time of delivery of the kit and/or at its facilities.
b - If there is distribution or inclusion of materials listed in item 4, they will not be delivered on the day of the EVENT or after it.
c - There will be no delivery of the Participation Kit on the day of the EVENT or after the end of the EVENT.
d - If the ORGANIZATION offers the service of delivery of the “DISPOSABLE CHIP”, preparation, provision of results and/or dissemination and publication thereof, the ATHLETE is aware that the responsibility for the correct use of the chip and installation on his/her body/clothing is his/her sole responsibility, as well as passing through the installed data capture mat, since these are electronic devices, and they may suffer some type of interference and/or loss of information, exempting the ORGANIZATION and Organizers from providing the results in this case.
e - The ORGANIZATION may receive and/or request information from the ATHLETES to assist in correcting any problems in the provision of results, without a defined time frame and obligation for these corrections, within a maximum period of 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of the EVENT.
f - The ORGANIZATION provides its Contact Us service to contact ATHLETES through the EVENT website, which is the only official source of results.
g - The promotional and/or commemorative T-shirt of the EVENT, as mentioned above, is a courtesy of the ORGANIZATION and may come in different sizes for the ATHLETE to choose during the registration process or after making the payment. After the registration period ends through the EVENT website, it will not be possible to make any changes to the size of the T-shirt already chosen.
h - The ORGANIZATION reiterates, in accordance with the item above, that in the event of delivery of T-shirts, this act will be considered a simple courtesy. The chosen size may be changed/delivered by the ORGANIZATION according to stock availability.
i - There will be no exchange of the size of the T-shirt and/or windbreaker at the Kit Delivery; the size chosen by the ATHLETE when registering will prevail.
j - The ORGANIZATION may, at its discretion, create an area to display products from its Commercial Partners. The ORGANIZATION may enter into an agreement with non-profit entities, with the objective of raising funds for social programs, through the provision of space for the display of products.
a - The minimum age required to participate in the EVENT for the HALF MARATHON, 10K RACE and for the 5K RACE is 18 years completed by the date of registration and the CBAt rules will be considered for the purposes of classification by AGE GROUP.
b - Registrations may be made by third parties, as long as they are of legal age and have written authorization from the ATHLETE, accompanied by a copy of an Identity Document of the ATHLETE, which must be presented by the third party when collecting the kit.
c - The 5K RACE will have a maximum duration of 01h00min (one hour).
d - The 10K RACE will have a maximum duration of 01h30min (one hour and thirty minutes).
e - ATHLETES who are not within the projected time, at any point along the route, will be invited to finish the race by one of the tangents as instructed by the ORGANIZATIONs monitors, thus passing next to the Official Finishing Gate, where from that time onwards the main gate will be used for the Finishing of the HALF MARATHON.
f - From 01h15min (one hour and fifteen minutes) the equipment/services will be turned off/deactivated, therefore there is no guarantee of providing the results of the 5K RACE.
g- From 01h45min (one hour and forty-five minutes) the equipment/services will be turned off/deactivated, therefore there is no guarantee of providing the results of the 10K RACE.
h - The HALF MARATHON will have a maximum duration of 03h00min (three hours), and the Finish line area and its equipment/services will be turned off/deactivated after this period.
i - Any ATHLETE who is not within the projected time, at any point along the route, will be asked to withdraw from the competition, ending the race at this point, from which point on the ORGANIZATION will no longer be responsible for any type of service or support to this runner.
j - When asked to withdraw from the competition, the ATHLETE must board the buses provided by the ORGANIZATION to return to the STARTING point when this service is available.
k - Only ATHLETES who are not suspended or who are not serving any type of prohibitive punishment imposed by Confederations or Federations may participate in the EVENT.
l - Anti-doping tests may be performed on ATHLETES participating in the EVENT at the discretion of the ORGANIZATION, in accordance with CBAt Street Race Rule 07.
m - The ATHLETE must follow the marked route or course for the race, and no other means of assistance to gain any type of advantage or cut off the indicated route will be permitted.
n - Third-party assistance, such as being accompanied by cyclists or any type of hydration while on the move, is prohibited, except at the supply points offered by the ORGANIZATION itself, as well as the use of any technological resource without prior written authorization from the ORGANIZATION.
o - Elite ATHLETES may not use radio communication or audio systems during the competition, nor use guides or pacers, and must comply with the WA - World Athletics and CBAt - Brazilian Athletics Confederation rules for the RACE.
p - No participation fee will be paid to any ATHLETE.
q - The ATHLETEs participation in the EVENT is individual.
r - The ATHLETE assumes and expressly declares that he/she is aware of his/her health status and athletic ability and that he/she has trained adequately for the EVENT.
s - When registering for the EVENT, the ATHLETE accepts and, when necessary, will fully comply with all recommendations from the WHO (World Health Organization), decisions, restrictions and permissions from Federal, State and Municipal public bodies for the practice of the EVENT in situations and periods of pandemic and/or similar.
a - All ATHLETES who wish to start in the Elite A or B group must submit their requests for registration in these groups following the criteria described in items 2.2.1 and 2.2.2 of the regulations.
b - Since there is no formal invitation to ELITE ATHLETES, the ORGANIZATION will also not provide accommodation and food or any type of reimbursement and/or cost assistance for the participation of ATHLETES and/or their coaches in the RACE.
a - All ATHLETES who wish to participate in the WHEELCHAIR ATHLETES group in the RACE must submit their requests to register in this group following the criteria described in item 2.1 of the regulations.
b - Since there is no formal invitation to WHEELCHAIR ATHLETES, the ORGANIZATION will also not provide accommodation and food or any type of reimbursement and/or cost assistance for the participation of WHEELCHAIR ATHLETES and/or their coaches and/or their companions in the RACE. The ORGANIZATION may, at its discretion, include other Wheelchair Athletes, specially invited.
a - The EVENT ORGANIZATION may run promotions with discounts on the registration fee for specific periods, and no refunds will be given for any amount paid other than the promotional price.
b - Registration for the EVENT will be done online and will be limited to a maximum number of 18,000 (eighteen) thousand REGISTERED ATHLETES. This number will be defined by the ORGANIZATION according to the progress and demand for registrations.
9.1 - LAUNCH
a - Registration for the HALF MARATHON, 10K RACE and 5K RACE can be made according to the values indicated below until November 23, 2024 at 4:00 p.m.:

A service fee of 8% (eight percent) will be added to this amount.

A service fee of 8% (eight percent) will be added to this amount.
a.3 - PREMIUM SQUAD REGISTRATION
R$ 600.00 (SIX HUNDRED REAIS)
A service fee of 8% (eight percent) will be added to this amount.
b - PAYMENT METHODS
Registrations may be paid for the above amounts in full via Bank Slip or in up to 3 interest-free installments on a Credit Card until November 23, 2024 at 4:00 p.m..
IMPORTANT: The payment slip for the Launch amount must be printed by the indicated deadline. After changing the registration amount, the ATHLETE will lose the right to the promotional amount and the slips will have new registration amounts according to the dates informed below.
9.2 - VALUES AFTER LAUNCH
a.1 - PROMO REGISTRATION WITHOUT GIFT T-SHIRT
R$ 120.00 (ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY REAIS) after 4:00 p.m. on November 23, 2024 until August 1, 2025 or when the maximum number of registrants is reached.

R$ 135.00 (ONE HUNDRED AND THIRTY-FIVE REAIS) after 4:00 p.m. on November 23, 2024 until August 1, 2025 or when the maximum number of registrants is reached.

a.3 - PREMIUM SQUAD REGISTRATION
R$ 600.00 (SIX HUNDRED REAIS) after 4:00 p.m. on November 23, 2024 until August 1, 2025 or when the maximum number of registrants is reached.
A service fee of 8% (eight percent) will be added to this amount.
b - PAYMENT METHODS
After 4:00 p.m. on November 23, 2024, registrations may be paid in the amounts above in full via bank slip or in up to 3 interest-free installments on a credit card until August 1, 2025 or when the maximum number of registrants is reached.
9.3 - GENERAL INFORMATION
a - After registration is finished by electronic or physical means, it will not be possible to generate or print a new bank slip.
b - Registrations are only effective when payment is done.
c - Any change in the registration already made and paid for can only be requested to Fale Conosco through the email faleconosco@yescom.com.br until July 16, 2025. After that date, what was selected by the ATHLETE at the time of registration will prevail
d - The ORGANIZATION might, at any time, suspend or delay due dates or yet add or limit the number of registrations in the EVENT according to the need or structural/technical availability without previous warning.
e - If the Ticket is not paid until its due date, your application will be canceled and you must contact Fale Conosco by e-mail faleconosco@yescom.com.br, informing the EVENT and requesting the reactivation of your request so that you can start a new registration process.
f - By signing up for the EVENT and making the payment through the Banck Slip or the Credit Card, ATLETA declares that the sources of the resources used to make this payment come from licit and lawful means.
g - To address the Elder Regulation, the ORGANIZATION will provide 50% (fifty percent) discount on the registration fee to ATHLETES older than 60 (sixty) years old.
h - In case it is proven that the ATHLETE has been benefited by the Elder Regulation and has given up his/her Chest Number to another ATHLETE to run on his/her behalf, the ORGANIZATION is then authorized by the registered ATHLETE to issue a bank slip charge in the amount of the registration fee difference paid in the act of your registration. The ATHLETE that made the registration will be suspended through an internal administrative process for a minimum period of 24 (twenty four) months and will not have access to any previous result, being unable to register in YESCOM events for this period or will be banned from the general register YESCOM does not have access to any previous results and is no longer able to register for YESCOM.
Bank slips paid after their due dates will not be accepted under any circumstances. In case the ATHLETE gets to pay the bank slip after the due date using any payment means, the registration will be cancelled and his/her Participation Kit will not be.
9.4 - REFUND
a - When registering for the EVENT, the ATHLETE does so in a personal and non-transferable way, with no possibility of transferring this registration to another ATHLETE. If the enrollee requests a refund of the enrollment, it can only be requested within 07 (seven) days from the completion and payment of the enrollment in accordance with the Consumer Code. Considering the enrollment made, the enrollment paid and credited in favor of the ORGANIZER. The request for reimbursement requested in view of these conditions will start its administrative process immediately, with a period of up to 30 (thirty) working days for its refund, counted from the date of the request, for cash payments. Installment payments are subject to the terms within which the credit card banner will make the refund.
b - If the EVENT is canceled and/or changed at any time due to force majeure such as catastrophes, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics or similar, as well as determinations of public bodies for the purpose of maintaining order, collective safety, health and preservation of life , registrations will be automatically transferred to 2026 on a new date scheduled in common agreement with the competent public bodies, the ORGANIZATION being exempt from any responsibility and from the return of any amount invested by the registrant to participate in it.
a - Fill out your registration form correctly and completely.
b - Choose the payment method by Credit Card or Bank Slip.
c - To pay by Credit Card:
c.1 - Fill out all the requested data regarding the Credit Card;
c.2 - Print the Registration Receipt;
d - To pay by Bank Slip:
d.1 - Print the Bank Slip;
d.2 - Make the payment as indicated on the Slip;
d.3 - The amount and date of your registration will be considered from the date of the effective PAYMENT OF THE BANK SLIP, not from the date of filling out the form.
f - Payments by EXPRESS CASH or deposits will not be accepted without prior request from the ORGANIZATION.
g - The PAYMENT RECEIPT is a unique document, and the ORGANIZATION will not have a copy of it.
10.2 - COURTESY REGISTRATION
a - The ORGANIZATION may, at its discretion, provide courtesy registrations for participation in the EVENT for programs with social purposes and/or public services, provided that the same is requested at least 45 (forty-five) days in advance.
b - The request does not guarantee courtesy, as it is optional, and is therefore a mere liberality of the Organizer.
c - Requests for courtesy tickets will not be accepted for ATHLETES who have completed, paid and/or courtesy registrations. If by any chance a courtesy is granted to an ATHLETE who has already registered and paid the bill, or even received a complimentary registration, there will be no refund of the amount paid, transfer of this registration to a third party, or even an extra kit will be delivered, that is, the participant will only have the right to enjoy the services that the courtesy will provide.
a - Online, on the website www.meiamaratonadoriodejaneiro.com.br until August 1, 2025, and may be EXTENDED or ENDED in advance, at the discretion of the ORGANIZATION.
ATTENTION: There will be no registrations on the day of the EVENT or during the Delivery of the Participation Kit and there will be no delivery of the Participation Kit on the day of the EVENT, only at the times and dates determined by the ORGANIZATION, according to items 12, 13 and 16
a - The delivery of the participation kit together with the disposable Chip will take place during the EXPO ATLETA 27th RIO DE JANEIRO INTL HALF MARATHON - RIO DE JANEIRO INTL HALF MARATHON on the days and times scheduled below:
•August 15, 2025 from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. •August 15, 2025 from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. •August 16, 2025 from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. •August 16, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The Expo Atleta will be at Marina da Glória - Avenida Infante Dom Henrique without numbering - Glória - Rio de Janeiro.
PLEASE NOTE: ATHLETES must arrive to pick up their Kit on the date and time selected during the registration process.
b - There will be no delivery of participation kits on the day of the EVENT or after its end.
12.1 - IDENTIFICATION
a - To remove the ATHLETE Kit, is required:
Original ID photo document (Passaport);
a.1 - Registration paid via BANK SLIP: In case you need to prove payment, bring the PROOF OF THE BANK TRANSACTION FOR PAYMENT OF THE BILL, which can be physical or digital.
Remark 1: The registration confirmation sent by email is not valid as payment receipt. Remark 2: The registration receipt generated by the system after the registration is not valid as a payment receipt.
Bank slips paid after their due dates will not be accepted under any circumstances. In case the ATHLETE gets to pay the bank slip after the due date using any payment means, the registration will be cancelled and his/her Participation Kit will not be delivered.
a.2 - Registration paid via CREDIT CARD: In case you need to prove payment, bring the PROOF OF TRANSACTION WITH THE CARD OPERATOR, which can be physical or digital.
b - For a third party to recover an ATHLETE Kit
Are considered third party for the withdrawal of Kit: The person responsible for the registration/application through which the registration of another ATHLETE was performed and another person who is going to pick up the kit other than the ATHLETE registered in the competition.
It is required:
An authorization that should include the ATHLETE data, the THIRD PARTY information and the EVENT name, which will be retained during the participation Kit Delivery; CLICK HERE to print, complete and sign the Authorization; A duplicate of the ATHLETE ID document, which will also be retained during the participation Kit Delivery; Original ID photo document (RG or Driver’s License) or a THIRD PARTY Passport and
b.1 - Registration paid via CREDIT CARD: In case you need to prove payment, bring the PROOF OF TRANSACTION WITH THE CARD OPERATOR, which can be physical or digital.
b.2 - Registration paid via BANK SLIP: In case you need to prove payment, bring the PROOF OF THE BANK TRANSACTION FOR PAYMENT OF THE BILL, which can be physical or digital.
Bank slips paid after their due dates will not be accepted under any circumstances. In case the ATHLETE gets to pay the bank slip after the due date using any payment means, the registration will be cancelled and his/her Participation Kit will not be delivered.
12.2 - ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
a - The ATHLETE receives a “CHEST NUMBER” with the participation Kit.
b - It is the responsibility of ATLETA and/or the third party, duly authorized, to conference the kit at the place of withdrawal.
c - As mentioned above, for this EVENT, the ORGANIZATION, without any obligation, by courtesy or free will, might provide the ATHLETE the “DISPOSABLE CHIP”, to record and register timing, which will be delivered together with the participation kit, addressing the criteria listed under item 5 of this regulation.
12.3 - INDIVIDUAL OR TEAM RESPONSABILITY TERM
I declare that I am aware that to participate in this event and/or register I must be over 18 years old in accordance with Brazilian Law. By registering for this EVENT in events and complementary services, as responsible for it, individually or as a team, I DECLARE that:
1. I agree with the Responsibility Term below. 2. The personal data that were or will be provided to effect my registration, third parties or my team in the EVENT or events and complementary services, such as results system and participation survey, certificate issuance system and payment systems, are my full responsibility and/or that of my technical representative, leader or team coordinator, being entirely responsible for its veracity, under the penalties of the law. 3. I have read and fully agree with the EVENT regulations or in events and complementary services, available on the website www.yescom.com.br, event websites, in this domain or from YESCOM licensees to capture registrations, social networks and e-e- information emails, expressly refusing that all rules and rules contained therein are guided by legality, balance and common sense, so I cannot complain in the future or at any time, ignore and/or disagree with them. 4. I take part in this EVENT or complementary events and services, by free and spontaneous will, being aware of the risks, difficulty level, originality, competition format and option, route, goals and/or obstacles, location, period and climate conditions under which it happens, exempting the ORGANIZATION, Sponsors and Directors of all liability, no matter at which level, both in my name and in my successors’. 5. I am aware and declare to be in perfect physical condition and in good health in general, being able to participate in the EVENT or in events and complementary services, being exclusively responsible for any type of damage that I may suffer or cause to third parties. n case I experience symptoms of Covid-19, I promise not to attend the kit delivery and the race. 6. I am aware and declare to have adequate technical and physical capacity to participate in this EVENT or events and complementary services and to have adequately trained for an event of this size and, if I am responsible for the registration of third parties or a team, I declare that this same state of fullness described above in this paragraph and perfect physical condition and health applies to everyone. 7. I am aware of and agree with the technical information available on the website www.yescom.com.br and its complementary pages, social networks and informational emails, including route support services. 8. I am aware that, in case of medical care requirement, it shall be made at a competent public service, exempting the ORGANIZATION from the requirement of medical assistance at a private service institution. 9. I am aware and affirm that I will observe the adequacy and safety offered at the EVENT site or events and complementary services, as well as, when necessary, that I will fully comply with the recommendations of the WHO (World Health Organization), decisions, restrictions and permissions of Federal, State and Municipal public agencies, in situations and periods of pandemics and/or similar, and if I am responsible for the registration of third parties or a team, I declare that they will also obey and respect them. 10. I accept all technical safety standards and procedures for the purpose of preventing the transmission of COVID-19 or similar defined and presented by competent public agencies and/or WHO (World Health Organization) and/or ORGANIZATION, and if responsible for the registration of third parties or a team, I declare that they also accept them. 11. I am fully responsible for any amounts arising from personal or material damage caused by me due to third parties in general, participants, public, ORGANIZATION and all their representatives, during my participation in this EVENT or events and complementary services, and if I am responsible for registration of third parties or a team, I declare that I will also be fully responsible if the damages were caused by them. 12. By this regulation, I grant all of my image usage rights (inclusive rights of arena), at this EVENT or events and complementary services, renouncing to the receipt of any incomes resulting from promotion materials, campaigns, information, TV broadcasts, video clips, news material, commercial sales, licensing and photographs, social media, at any time, place or means and media currently available or that come to be implemented in the market for this and other EVENTS or complementary events and services, resulting from the use of such images, or during the actions aforementioned described by YESCOM, ORGANIZERS, ACHIEVERS, trade and media PARTNERS. 13. I am aware and I authorize the usage of image recording equipment in the EVENT area, such as motorcycles, vehicles, helicopters, drones and other means available for such action. 14. I am ware that, when being invited, if I sign up or register to the EVENT or complementary events and services, I will automatically include myself in YESCOM database, authorizing, from now, sending to the registered electronic or physical address, any type of electronic or physical correspondence to participate in any event of the organizer, research, feedbacks or activities developed, products or services offered by the same and / or by its partners that may be of interest to me in accordance with the Privacy Policy presented on the website www.yescom.com.br, the same applies to the registrations that I will perform as responsible for the registration of third parties or a team. 15. I assume all expenses of travel, lodging, food, national or international transfers or internal displacement from the start to the arrival or arrival to the start to the run, insurance medical assistance, security and any other required expenses, or resulting from my participation in this EVENT or complementary events and services before, during or after it is finished. 16. In case the ORGANIZATION provides free services related to transportation, accommodation and/or meals, among others, I declare that the consequent acceptance will happen only by free will, not implying in any contractual or professional attachment to the ORGANIZATION, and not configuring any type of obligation or responsibility. 17. I, as an ATHLETE, participant or representative, coach or team lead, fully agree with the EVENT Regulation or complementary events and services, as well as with my aforementioned responsibilities, at any time or place, having nothing to claim, now or in the future, regarding its norms and rules, being any eventual relationship ruled by principles of the clearest good faith. 18. I am aware that the decision and selection of including and/or excluding ATHLETES into/from the EVENT or complementary events and services, resulting from the responsible coach or team option, is under their only and exclusive responsibility. The ORGANIZATION, from now, is totally exempt from any decision or evaluation, personally, directly or indirectly related to the ATHLETE, being the coach the one true responsible for the accuracy of the information provided since, if the ATHLETE is aware of his/her registration, participation, or not, in the EVENT, then the responsibility is their own. 19. I accept not to bear, as well as not to use, within the EVENT or complementary events and services, location including running routes and kit delivery, or any other EVENT or complementary events and services, public visibility area or advertising and publishing means, no material that might discriminate others in general, or with political, promotional or advertising goals, nor signs that might be seen by others without the written authorization of the ORGANIZATION; in addition, I will bear no type of material or object that might risk the EVENT or complementary events and services, ATHLETES and/or other people’s safety, including the general public, being aware that, if I do so, I might be invited to retire from the EVENT or complementary events and services, by the ORGANIZATION or authorities present in the aforementioned areas. 20. In case I participate in this EVENT or complementary events and services, representing TEAMS and ATLHETES, SERVICE PROVIDERS and/or any media or advertising vehicle, I expressly declare to be aware and to fully agree with the EVENT regulation or complementary events and services, as well as to respect the areas defined by the ORGANIZATION, being prohibited my physical participation in the structures that support TEAMS assembled at inadequate locations or even those that interfere with the correct progress of the EVENT or complementary events and services, without obtaining previous written authorization from the ORGANIZATION for such, being fully aware that, if I do so, I might be retired from the location at any time. 21. Disregarding the fact that I might be present or not during my registration, as well as during my participation kit recovery by myself or by my coach, team leader or admin, I declare to be fully aware of the whole content of this competition regulation and of my rights and obligations during the EVENT or complementary events and services, having the full knowledge of the norms and rules of it, expressly granting those full and total validity, since those are based and ruled by good faith principles. 22. I declare to agree that I might obtain, by the ORGANIZATION mere liberality or courtesy, the option to choose the date and location to recover my participation kit and the size of my shirt (when these faculties are expressly available in the registration process according to the criteria related to the participation kit of the EVENT regulation or complementary events and services). 23. I am aware that all benefits resulting from my registration will be fully available only after the payment of the participation fee is effective and proven, being undisputed that it is under my exclusive responsibility to track the communication sent, via electronic mail, to my valid electronic address recorded in the ORGANIZATION registration system and/or any other system licensed and used by it; being also of my responsibility or the third party, duly authorized, the conference of the kit at the place of withdrawal; to access the resulting queries at the EVENT website to check for possible updates or changes in this regulation, news and information about the availability or not of the services and/or courtesy items to participate in the referred EVENT or complementary events and services. 24. I declare that when I sign up for the EVENT or complementary events and services, and make payment through the Banck Slip or the Credit Card, the sources of the resources used to make this payment come from licit and lawful means. 25. I declare that I will not give up my Chest Number of any type or modality, so that another ATHLETE can participate in the EVENT or in events and complementary services, and that, if I have this illegal attitude, I am also aware that as a result of this fraud I may suffer the consequences provided for in Brazilian law. I am aware that I will be suspended through an internal administrative process for a minimum period of 24 (twenty four) months and I will not have access to any previous results, as I will not be able to register for YESCOM events during this period or I will be banned from the registration of YESCOM, having no access to any previous results and no longer being able to subscribe to YESCOM events. 26. I declare that I will only use the 50% (fifty percent) discount granted by Brazilian law in compliance with the Elderly Statute, if I am already 60 years old or above. In case it is proven that I used that benefit and/or granted my “Chest Number” to another ATHLETE, I authorize the ORGANIZATION to issue a bank slip charge on the difference amount resulting from that discount, considering the amount I paid in my registration, and that I will be suspended through an internal administrative process for a minimum period of 24 (twenty four) months and I will not have access to any previous results, being unable to register for the YESCOM events for that period or that I will be banned from YESCOM’s having access to no previous results and no longer being able to register for YESCOM events. 27. I declare I am aware that, if the ORGANIZATION receives any complaint that I might have given up my “Chest Number” to another ATHLETE, the ORGANIZATION will be duly authorized to declassify me and the related user that used my number, being that situation considered as fraud. 28. If the ORGANIZATION offers the delivery services of the DISPOSABLE CHIP, preparation of results, report and / or dissemination and publication thereof, I, the ATHLETE, am duly aware that if the correct use of the chip and installation in my body / the clothing is my entire responsibility, as well as the respective mandatory passages in the data capture mat installed on the route, as they are electronic equipment that may suffer interference and / or loss of information, and the ORGANIZATION and DIRECTORS are exempt from the responsibility of supply them. 29. I am aware that the ORGANIZATION committee might receive and/or request information from the participants to help correcting eventual problems in the supply of results, since the chip control system might suffer interference because it is a fragile electronic equipment that works in high frequencies, and that those corrections must happen within the 180 (one hundred and eighty) days term counted from the EVENT. 30. I am aware that the results will be available at the EVENT website from 72 hours from the time it is finished. 31. I will register in my list of trusted internet domains the domain @yescom and the email faleconosco@yescom.com.br in order to receive any kind of information regarding the EVENT or events and complementary services, by email. 32. I declare that I am aware that any information requested through the “FALE CONOSCO” channel through the email faleconosco@yescom.com.br can only be made by the ATHLETE responsible for the registration and/or by a duly proven first-degree relative, or even by duly constituted and authorized attorney. 33. I am aware that ATHLETES care always happens via the “FALE CONOSCO”, social networks or email faleconosco@yescom.com.br, with business hours from Monday to Friday, 09:00AM to 12:00AM and 01:00PM to 05:00PM, not being available on Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays and commemorative dates, as well as from December 23 to 25, 2025 and from December 30, 2025 to January 02, 2026.

The ATHLETE that made the registration will be suspended through an internal administrative process for a minimum period of 24 (twenty four) months and will not have access to any previous result, being unable to register in YESCOM events for this period or will be banned from the general register YESCOM does not have access to any previous results and is no longer able to register for YESCOM.
Bank slips paid after their due dates will not be accepted under any circumstances. In case the ATHLETE gets to pay the bank slip after the due date using any payment means, the registration will be cancelled and his/her Participation Kit will not be delivered.
a - The classification of the ATHLETES of the ELITE Category (A/B) of HALF MARATHON will be according to their placement (time/order of arrival) according to the guidelines of the WA and CBAt, and will be published on the EVENT website in the “RESULT” report. This same rule will also be applied to the classification of the top 3 (male and female) of the HALF MARATHON and the top 3 (male and female) of the 10K RACE and 5K RACE.
b - The classification of the ATLETS of the GENERAL HALF MARATHON, 10K RACE, 5K RACE and ATHLETES WITH DISABILITIES Categories will be defined according to their placement by the net time obtained by the ATLETA (net time = time between the individual starting and individual arrival), and will be published on the EVENT website in the “RESULT” report.
c - THE CLASSIFICATION/RESULTS of the official extra results of participation times picked up by the Chips will be published from 72 hours from the end of the EVENT:
- ELITE CATEGORY (HALF MARATHON), - PREMIUM SQUAD CATEGORY (HALF MARATHON), - GENERAL SQUAD CATEGORY (HALF MARATHON), - GENERAL SQUAD CATEGORY (10K RACE), - GENERAL SQUAD CATEGORY (5K RACE), - WHEELCHAIR CATEGORY and - DISABLED ATHLETE CATEGORY
a - Every officially registered ATHLETE who completes the EVENT within the maximum forecasted threshold will receive a Participation Medal.
b - On the date of the EVENT, they will only receive the AWARDS (trophies) that they are entitled to (unofficially):
The 5 FIRST ATHLETES (MAN AND WOMAN) that complete the race of the ELITE CATEGORY of HALF MARATHON,
THE BEST BRAZILIAN ATHLETE (MALE AND FEMALE) who completes the ELITE CATEGORY of the HALF MARATHON,
The 3 FIRST ATHLETES (MAN AND WOMAN) that complete the race in the GENERAL SQUAD category 10K RUN and
The 3 FIRST ATHLETES (MAN AND WOMAN) that complete the race in the GENERAL SQUAD category 5K RUN.
c - No other AWARDS, except for those listed under items 15.1 - letter “a” and “c”, 15.3 - letter “a”, 15.5 - letter “a” and 15.7 - letter “a”, will be delivered on the EVENT date.
d - Awards are not cumulative.
e - All ATHLETES, who have their names called for the awarding, must go immediately to the award delivery area to receive the same.
f - Access to the podium for the delivery of trophies will be restricted to ATHLETES who are called, upon presentation of an identity document with a photo, not being allowed access to companions and/or supporters.
g - When there is any type of award in cash, vehicles, motorcycles or consumer goods or incentives per goal reached, the values presented refer to the total disbursement to be made by the ORGANIZER, with each winning ATHLETE paying the taxes, , charges, documentation and transfer.
h - Incentive awards per goal achieved (including trophies, special medals or any other type of award in cash, vehicles, motorcycles or consumer goods) will be delivered ONLY to the ATHLETE.
i - Incentive cash prizes per objective achieved by the ATHLETES to which they are entitled will be deposited in a current or savings account in the name of the ATHLETE or attorney duly and officially constituted and authorized by the ATHLETE, after the ORGANIZATION has disclosed the result race official, which is linked to the official report by the competent bodies and to the receipt of the ATHLETEs data and payment authorization by the ORGANIZATION.
j - In case of a cash award, the ATHLETE must comply with the criteria required by the ORGANIZATION, informing through the Payment Request Document, which the ATHLETE will receive via e-mail, all the necessary data for the payment. The Payment Request Document must be returned to the ORGANIZATION within a maximum period of 180 (one hundred and eighty) days. The prizes can be paid in installments of values and different dates in the beneficiarys account.
k - The process of paying the prizes will start after the disclosure and approval of the official results by the competent authorities, with a maximum completion period of up to 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the moment the ORGANIZATION receives the documentation with information for payment of the respective winners who are entitled to the award.
l - In case the ATHLETE requests any AWARDS to be delivered to third parties, he/she must email a formal authorization letter, signed and proven by a notary, along with a legal duplicate of his/her ID documents to faleconosco@yescom.com.br, informing the SUBJECT - AWARDS with the name of the EVENT and in the text of the e-mail it must contain an explanation about its absence of receipt.
m - The ATHLETES that do not return the AWARDS letter to the ORGANIZATION within the 180 (one hundred and eighty) days term after receiving it, accepts that the AWARDS amount is donated to a philanthropist institution that cares for people suffering from cancer in the city of the EVENT.
n - The official EVENT results for the MEN and WOMEN ELITE CATEGORY ranked among the 1st and the 10th places depend on the CBAt or another authority official disclosure of the anti-doping exams or on any other constraint that the ORGANIZATION must obey.
o - The ORGANIZATION has the right to include any other type of AWARDS to be published in the EVENT website.
p - There will be no subsequent delivery for ATHLETES AND who are called to the podium and are not present at the delivery of the trophies to which they are entitled on the day of the EVENT.
15.1 - ELITES HALF MARATHON CLASSIFICATION AWARDS (MEN AND WOMEN)
a - The FIRST 5 ELITES ATHLETES (MEN AND WOMEN) who complete the HALF MARATHON shall receive, besides the participation medal, a trophy and/or a special medal.
b - The first 7 (seven) ATHLETES to complete the race in the ELITE A or B CATEGORY of the HALF MARATHON (Male and Female) will receive an incentive PRIZE for reaching the goal.
*Values will be announced soon by the ORGANIZATION.
c - The FIRST BRAZILIAN ATHLETE (MALE AND FEMALE) in the HALF MARATHON ELITE CATEGORY who completes the race will also receive a trophy and/or a special medal.
15.2 - GENERAL CLASSIFICATION AWARDS FOR THE HALF MARATHON PER AGE GROUPS

15.7 - WHEELCHAIR ATHLETE CATEGORY AWARDS
a - The FIRST 3 ATHLETES (MEN AND WOMEN) to complete the competition under the WHEELCHAIR CATEGORY will receive, besides the participation medal, a trophy or a special medal.
b - The WHEELCHAIR ATHLETE CATEGORY has its START line set to a different time and has Special AWARDS, not competing with other CATEGORIES.
c - It is mandatory to use helmets and 3-wheeled chairs, which must be adequate and adapted for competitions, in the WHEELCHAIR ATHLETE CATEGORY, not being allowed to use (daily) social use wheelchairs, motorized wheelchairs, hand cycles or third parties’ help.
Technical Observation: The WHEELCHAIR CATEGORY is for ATHLETES that use the 3-wheeled competition wheelchairs and use both hands to move the equipment through its wheels, and not with ratchets, manual pedals, chains or other mechanical elements that favor movement.
d - It is forbidden the participation of ATHLETES who do not address this Regulation Norms.
e - The WHEELCHAIR ATHLETE cannot race without his/her helmet.
15.8 - ARATHON DISABLED ATHLETE CATEGORY AWARD
a - There will be no award ceremony or trophy presentation for ATHLETES with disabilities who complete the race, only medal presentation.
b - ATHLETES who participate in the ATHLETES WITH DISABILITIES CATEGORY will not be entitled to any other type of prize/bonus except that provi
16. 1 - DELIVERY OF KIT FOR ELITE ATHLETES AND ELITE WHEELCHAIR
a - The delivery of the kit for the ELITE HALF MARATHON ATHLETES and ELITE WHEELCHAIR will take place on August 16, 2025 from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Official Hotel of the EVENT - Scorial Rio Hotel - Bento Lisboa Street, 136 - Catete - Rio de Janeiro .
b - To collect the Kit, the ATHLETE or his/her coach must present an original photo ID (RNE or Passport).
16.2 - TECHNICAL CONGRESS
a - The TECHNICAL CONGRESS will be held at a location to be defined, on August 16, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.
b - The presence of ELITE ATHLETES and/or their COACHES and WHEELCHAIR ATHLETES and/or their COACHES is mandatory.
The ORGANIZATION can indicate locations for the carp setup for Consultants/Trainers depending on the availability of space in the EVENT arena area, always and when it does not interfere with the normal development of the event.
b - In case of technical need or public demand, the ORGANIZATION may request a change in location of the carps.
c - Responsibility for publicizing or displaying brands on car parks rests solely and exclusively with Consultants, Trainers, Companies or Running Clubs, exempting the ORGANIZATION from any responsibility.
d - In the event of a sponsorship conflict with the EVENT SPONSORS, the ORGANIZATION may request the Consultants/Trainers to remove their carp(s).
y - The carpas cannot have a sound system that interferes with the EVENT sound system and the ORGANIZATION suggests that it does not exceed 20 square meters.
f - To consult the location made available by the ORGANIZATION for the installation of your store, access the EVENT ARENA MAP.
g - THE ORGANIZATION will guarantee the safety of the area intended for carp assembly, but will not be responsible for the carp, nor for any damage caused by any objects left inside.
h - Every meeting outside the reserved area will be subject to fees by the competent public bodies.
ATTENTION: By determination of IPHAN and the Ayuntamiento of Rio de Janeiro, IT IS PROHIBITED:
- Drive to the vehicle with a vehicle; - The use of windflag; - The use of steerable globes; - The use of sound systems; - The use of gas or flammable materials; - Trade in products and foods.
a - The ORGANIZATION might, at its own criteria, include any type of awards or special participation gifts.

Our service hours by email, telephone and social networks are Monday to Friday, 09:00AM to 12:00AM and 01:00PM to 05:00PM. There will be no service on Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays and commemorative dates.
d - We would like to inform that there will be no customer care for the EVENT over the CONTACT US phone, via email or social networks from december 23 to 25, 2025 and from december 30, 2025 to january 02, 2026.
e - The ORGANIZATION reserves the right to change any of the items in this regulation referring to technical and procedural specificities without prior notice, including the date and place of the EVENT, according to the needs of the same, informing these changes in a new regulation that will be made available on the EVENT website.
g - The doubts or omissions in this regulation will be resolved by the ORGANIZING Commission and / or by the ORGANIZERS / DIRECTORS in a sovereign way, with no recourse to these decisions.
