The start and finish will take place at Bosque Maia - Av. Paulo Faccini, s/nº - Centro - Guarulhos.
Access to the Assembly and Start areas will be signposted, and it is prohibited to jump over the fences that delimit these areas to enter the track at the time of the START or at any other time, under any pretext.
The race will offer infrastructure (medical support, access, hydration, and snacks) for the official number of registered runners. No additional resources will be made available to athletes who are not officially registered ("popcorn").
Attention: there will be access control and only athletes with a race bib number will access the starting area.

The Organization requests extreme attention to calls from the sound system in the starting area for possible changes to the respective schedules.
Restrooms and lockers will be available to registered ATHLETES in the START and FINISH areas.br />
The ORGANIZATION requests and insists that VALUABLES not be left in the lockers, such as watches, high-value accessories, electronic devices, sound equipment, or cell phones, checks, credit cards, wallets with cash, identification documents such as ID cards, CPFs, or passports, among others. Upon delivery of the bag to the Organization, the bag will not be inspected or opened to verify its contents.
The ORGANIZATION cannot and will not be responsible for the contents of bags, backpacks, sacks, purses, or any other type of bag left in the lockers, as this is an optional courtesy service of the race and is not mandatory for the ATHLETE.
The ORGANIZATION will accept items to be stored in the lockers until the general peloton START time. The volume must be collected by the official end time of the race; if the item is not collected, it will be sent to YESCOM and the ATHLETE must request collection through CONTACT US.
There will be an exclusive area at the event for setting up Sports Consulting tents.
Tents may only be set up in the designated area. Any set up outside the designated area is subject to collection by the appropriate public agencies.

At the request of the STMU (State Department of Transportation and Urban Mobility), cut-off lines with time limits have been implemented. Athletes who reach the cut-off lines after the established time limit will not be able to continue on the original route and must return to the starting area.
The Organization may, at its discretion, due to technical needs of the race, legal impediments, situations of adaptation of the city's road network in compliance with the municipality and public bodies, change the race route, starting and finishing locations and times.

This regulation might be changed due to technical reasons according to this organization criterion or due to legal issues or by force majeure (act of God).
1.1 - The pedestrian race 3rd GUARULHOS INTERNATIONAL HALF MARATHON, called EVENT, will be held on July 27, 2025 in the city of Guarulhos by duly registered PEOPLE, herein called ATHLETES, regardless of weather conditions.
This EVENT includes:
a - The INDIVIDUAL RACE, measuring 21,097m, called HALF MARATHON.
b - The INDIVIDUAL RACE, measuring 10,000m, called 10K or 10KM RACE.
c - The INDIVIDUAL RACE, measuring 5,000m, called 5K OR 5KM RACE. For technical reasons, the 5k race may vary by up to 10%.
1.2 - The location of the ARENA, START and FINISH of the EVENT will be at Maia Woods - Paulo Faccini Avenue, s/nş - Center - Guarulhos, according to the route published on the official website of the EVENT.
NOTE: The ORGANIZATION may, at its discretion, due to technical needs of the race, legal impediments, situations of adaptation of the citys roads in compliance with the municipality and public agencies, change the route of the race, starting and finishing locations and times.
1.3 - The ATHLETES will start in specific groups, distinct from each other, at the following times:

THE ORGANIZATION requests extreme attention to the confirmation of the respective starting times during the week preceding the RACE through the EVENT regulations, social media, press, official EVENT website, when collecting the kit at the delivery location and, to the calls from the sound system and signs in the START area on the day of the RACE, for any adjustments to the respective times that may be necessary.
The websites hosted under the main YESCOM domain www.yescom.com.br, directed to it or Licensed by YESCOM, may or may not use cookies and do not receive advertisements from platforms such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads. Registration can be done on the official website of the event or on portals that sell registrations, such as www.minhasinscricoes.com.br or similar. When a different configuration occurs in any area of the website, resources such as geolocation, Google Analytics, access link via Facebook, cookies or similar may be used.
If the EVENT is canceled and/or changed at any time due to force majeure such as catastrophes, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics or similar, as well as determinations by public bodies for the purpose of maintaining order, collective safety, health and preservation of life, the ORGANIZATION will be exempt from any responsibility and from the refund of any amount invested by the registrant for participation in the event.

2.1 - ATHLETES WITH DISABILITIES

b - This CATEGORY includes ATHLETES WITH DISABILITY which will be divided into:
CADC3R = WHEELCHAIR ATHLETES WITHOUT GUIDE - ATHLETES who participate in competitions with the aid of a sports wheelchair (only with a 3-wheeled chair) or for competitions. The use of social (daily) wheelchairs, motorized chairs, handcycles or assistance from third parties is not permitted. The use of a helmet is mandatory.
Technical note: The WHEELCHAIR ATHLETES WITHOUT GUIDE category is for ATHLETES who use a three-wheeled chair for competitions and use their hands to move the equipment using the wheels and not with ratchets, “hand pedals”, chains or mechanical elements that facilitate movement.
CCG = WHEELCHAIR ATHLETES WITH GUIDE - ATHLETES who use a 3-wheeled wheelchair (non-motorized tricycle type) with brakes and who can only move with the help of a GUIDE to push it. Two GUIDES must be registered for this category.
DEV = VISUALLY IMPAIRED - ATHLETES who have a visual impairment, characterized by the loss or reduction of visual capacity in one or both eyes. Every visually impaired ATHLETE, regardless of the degree or type of impairment, must run with an ATHLETE GUIDE and may not do without one under any circumstances. They must be attached by a cord (which must be no longer than 0.5 m) to one of the fingers of the hand or to the arm. A specific strap for GUIDES may also be used.
AMP = LOWER LIMB AMPUTEE - An ATHLETE who has a disability in his/her lower limb(s), with total or partial absence of one or both lower limb(s), who uses a special prosthesis for locomotion.
DMAI = WALKER DISABLED LOWER LIMB(S) - An ATHLETE who has a disability in his/her lower limb(s), with total preservation of the limb(s), who uses orthoses as a form of aid in his/her locomotion (canes, crutches, walker, etc.) and may be accompanied by an ATHLETE GUIDE.
ID = INTELLECTUALLY DISABLED - ATHLETES who have an intellectual quotient (IQ) below 70 and/or limitations in the areas of skills and adaptation (communication, personal care, relationships at home, social skills, recreation, health and safety, sense and direction, academic development, relationships in the community, work and ASD). Regardless of the degree of disability, ATHLETES must run with a GUIDE ATHLETE and cannot do without one under any circumstances. The GUIDE may not be in front of the ATHLETE; the latter must always stay behind or to the side.
DMS = UPPER LIMB DISABLED - ATHLETES who have total or partial absence of any part of the upper limb(s), generating an alteration of the balance axis, causing destabilization when walking.
DAU = HEARING IMPAIRED - The ATHLETE whose hearing is not functional, with partial or total loss of auditory possibilities, varying degrees and levels with or without hearing aids.
GUIDE = The ATHLETE who accompanies and guides the ATHLETE WITH DISABILITIES during the competition, ensuring their integrity and safety.
Extraordinary situations or cases that do not fit into the categories above will be analyzed by the TECHNICAL ORGANIZATION upon formal request from the interested party sent to the email atletacomdeficiencia@yescom.com.br. Any and all exceptions will only be granted through the Consent and Special Responsibility Term for these.
c - ATHLETES who fall into any of the categories mentioned above and meet the minimum ages required for each route as stated in item 5 - SPECIFIC EVENT RULES, must send an email to the address atletacomdeficiencia@yescom.com.br with the following documents:
Medical report valid for up to 1 year, which must include the ICD – International Classification of Diseases related to the ATHLETEs disability. The report must state its validity and the date of the EVENT must be within this period. Cases where the disability is congenital or permanent are excluded from this validity.
Complete Individual or Team Liability Agreement, 2 (two) pages. (See letter “h” below). Inform which route you will run: HALF MARATHON, 10K RACE or 5K RACE.
c.1 - If the ATHLETE falls into the categories that must be accompanied by a GUIDE, as described above, the complete Individual or Team Liability Term, 2 (two) pages, with the GUIDEs information (See letter h below) must also be submitted.
d - After analyzing the documents, the ATHLETE will receive an email from the ORGANIZATION with a CODE, which he/she will use to register, informing him/her after choosing his/her T-shirt to generate the COURTESY on his/her invoice and finalize his/her registration for the EVENT.
e - If the ATHLETE WITH DISABILITY and/or the GUIDE ATHLETE registers by generating a COURTESY INVOICE and makes the payment for it, the ORGANIZATION will not refund the amount paid.
f - The above documents must be submitted to each EVENT in which the ATHLETE wishes to participate.
g - The vacancies will be made available according to the order of request and proof of reports.
h - CLICK HERE to print the INDIVIDUAL OR TEAM LIABILITY TERM.
i - After completing and signing the INDIVIDUAL OR TEAM LIABILITY TERM, the ATHLETE must send it via email atletacomdeficiencia@yescom.com.br to the ORGANIZATION, together with the rest of the necessary documentation mentioned above.
j - The Subject field of the email must be filled in as Registration for an Athlete with a Disability for the EVENT - 3rd GUARULHOS INTERNATIONAL HALF MARATHON.
k - GUIDE ATHLETES will also receive a Code to complete their complimentary registration, which will be sent together with the one of the ATHLETE with a disability who will be guided, via the email address provided when sending the documentation of the ATHLETE with a disability.
l - With the Code, the GUIDING ATHLETE must access the website and register, entering the CODE after choosing his/her T-shirt, thus generating his/her BILL with the courtesy and finalizing his/her registration.
m - The participation of the GUIDING ATHLETE in the categories mentioned above is mandatory.
n - The courtesy registrations for the ATHLETES WITH DISABILITIES CATEGORY will be carried out according to the ATHLETEs disability and the kit will be the same as the Basic Registration.
o - The deadline for sending the documents for the registration of ATHLETES with disabilities is up to 15 (fifteen) days before the date of the start of the Kit Delivery or until the end of the registrations through the EVENT website, whichever occurs first.
p - As soon as the ORGANIZATION receives these complete documents, it will analyze them.
q - If the ATHLETE does not receive contact from the responsible department within 10 (ten) days from the date the email with the documentation was sent, he/she must contact the ORGANIZATION again through the email address atletacomdeficiencia@yescom.com.br.
r - If the registration is not approved by the ORGANIZATION, the ATHLETE will not be able to register in the DISABLED ATHLETES SQUAD through this procedure. The ATHLETE may, if there are available vacancies, register in the GENERAL SQUAD by paying the registration fee at his/her own risk, exempting the ORGANIZATION from any responsibility.
s - There will be no AWARDS ceremony for DISABLED ATHLETES who complete the race, only what is provided for in item 16 of the regulations.
2.2 - ELITE CATEGORY
a - ELITE CATEGORY means ATHLETES classified for ELITE CATEGORY A and ATHLETES classified for ELITE CATEGORY B, in accordance with the criteria described below.
2.2.1 - ELITE CATEGORY A - FOR THE HALF MARATHON
a - The ATHLETE invited by the ORGANIZATION and/or the ATHLETE who has a record of minimum times in OFFICIAL races, with a “Permit” from Brazilian State Federations and/or CBAt – Brazilian Athletics Confederation and/or International Federations, must be valid/confirmed in the last 12 (twelve) months prior to the date of the EVENT, and the minimum time proven in at least 02 (two) EVENTS, following the “reference time” criterion defined below, may be part of this CATEGORY.
b - The ATHLETE who is eligible to participate in the group, according to the “reference time” criterion defined by the ORGANIZATION, will be exempt from the registration fee and must send the ORGANIZATION his/her resume via email to faleconosco@yescom.com.br, highlighting his/her NAME, TELEPHONE NUMBER, EMAIL and in which Events he/she satisfied the “reference time” criterion.
c - The ORGANIZATION may, at its discretion, invite ATHLETES to the Elite A group from South American countries affiliated with ConSudAtle who have the times informed in item 3.2 letters “d” and “e”, below.
d - To participate in the ELITE MEN A group, the ATHLETE must have a “reference time” of up to 1h10min30sec for the Half Marathon; up to 2h22min30s for the Marathon; up to 1h00min30s for the 18K; up to 50min30s for the 15K and up to 33min30s for the 10K.
e - To participate in the ELITE WOMEN A group, the ATHLETE must have a “reference time” of up to 1h22min30s for the Half Marathon; up to 2h51min30s for the Marathon; up to 1h09min30s for the 18K; up to 59min30s for the 15K and up to 38min30s for the 10K.
f - ATHLETES who do not have an official time for this distance and feel qualified to join the ELITE squad must send their resumes for review via email to faleconosco@yescom.com.br.
g - Resumes may only be sent up to 10 calendar days prior to the EVENT. THE ORGANIZATION will not accept nor is it obligated to review resumes sent after this deadline.
h - If the ATHLETE goes to the kit delivery to make this request, the ORGANIZATION may or may not, at its discretion, review them, with priority being given to ATHLETES who sent their resumes within the correct deadline.
i - The ORGANIZATION is not obliged to respond to resumes that do not meet the technical requirements mentioned above, that is, the ATHLETE should only submit this request if he/she is confident and proves his/her qualifications for access to these groups within the required requirements.
j - Payment of a registration fee for the general group does not guarantee the elite ATHLETE inclusion in groups A and B, as these have a participation limit and the above deadlines must be met. If the elite ATHLETE registers for the general group with the intention of guaranteeing his/her participation in the EVENT, the ORGANIZATION will not refund the amount paid for the registration fee.
k - The maximum number of ATHLETES in the ELITE MENS group A is 50.
l - The maximum number of ATHLETES in the ELITE WOMENS group A is 30.
2.2.2 - ELITE B CATEGORY - FOR THE HALF MARATHON
a - ATHLETES who have a record of minimum times in OFFICIAL events, with a “Permit” from Brazilian State Federations and/or CBAt – Brazilian Athletics Confederation and/or International Federations, must be valid/confirmed in the last 12 (twelve) months prior to the date of the EVENT, and the minimum time proven in at least 02 (two) EVENTS, following the “reference time” criterion defined below and who are between the ages of 18 and 26, may be part of this CATEGORY.
b - ATHLETES officially indicated by the Federation of their State in accordance with the official note from the Brazilian Athletics Confederation to be released may be part of this CATEGORY. Nominations of 2 (two) ATHLETES per Brazilian State will be accepted, 1 (one) male and 1 (one) female, regardless of the reference time in item 2.3, letters “f” and “g” of these regulations.
c - The ATHLETE who meets the conditions described in this item in letters “a” and “b” above, must register on the EVENT website, make the payment and send his/her time resume for analysis to the ORGANIZATION via the email address faleconosco@yescom.com.br, highlighting his/her NAME, TELEPHONE NUMBER, EMAIL and in which Events he/she met the “reference time” criterion.
d - ATHLETES in the ELITE B CATEGORY are not exempt from the EVENT registration fee and are not entitled to any benefits from the ORGANIZATION regarding transportation, lodging and food.
e - ATHLETES registered in the ELITE B category will participate in the competition in a special group and will not be entitled to any AWARDS by AGE GROUP, if such awards are offered at the EVENT.
f - To participate in the ELITE MEN B group, the ATHLETE must have a “reference time” of up to 1h13min30sec for the Half Marathon; up to 2h27min30sec for the Marathon; up to 01h03min30sec for the 18K; up to 53min30sec for the 15K and 36min30sec for the 10K.
g - To participate in the ELITE WOMEN B group, the ATHLETE must have a “reference time” of up to 1h25min30sec for the Half Marathon; up to 02h55min30sec for the Marathon; up to 1h15min30sec for the 18K; up to 1h02min30sec for the 15K and 41min30sec for the 10K.
h - ATHLETES who do not have an official time for this distance and feel qualified to join the ELITE B group must register on the EVENT website, make the payment and send their resumes for review by email faleconosco@yescom.com.br.
i - The maximum number of ATHLETES in the ELITE MEN B group is 30 vacancies.
j - The maximum number of ATHLETES in the ELITE WOMENS B squad is 15 places.
k - The ORGANIZATION may invite ATHLETES to squad B at its discretion, and the invited ATHLETES do not need to comply with the criteria set out in items “f” and “g” of these REGULATIONS. It may also, at its discretion, offer accommodation and meals to the ATHLETES.
l - If the limit is reached, the ORGANIZATION will no longer make available places for this squad.
2.3 - PREMIUM SQUAD CATEGORY - FOR THE HALF MARATHON
a - This category includes ATHLETES invited by the ORGANIZATION and ATHLETES interested in participating in this group through the registration criteria available exclusively on the EVENT website.
b - ATHLETES registered in the PREMIUM SQUAD will have access to the Start, in the same place as the ELITE ATHLETES.
2.4 - GENERAL SQUAD CATEGORY - FOR THE HALF MARATHON, FOR THE 10K RACE AND FOR THE 5K RACE
a - Any ATHLETE who does not specifically fit into one of the other categories listed above will be considered registered as an ATHLETE in the GENERAL SQUAD category.
b - ATHLETES in the GENERAL SQUAD category will participate in the competition based on their age group, as defined in the regulations.
c - The ATHLETE who participates in this category will not be entitled to any other type of prize except that provided for his/her category, as described in the “PRIZE” item of the regulations.
I - By participating in this EVENT, the ATHLETE assumes full responsibility for the data provided, fully accepts the rules and regulations, assumes the expenses of transportation, accommodation and food, insurance and any other expenses necessary or arising from his/her participation before, during and after the EVENT.
II - By participating in this EVENT, the ATHLETE grants all rights to use his/her image in this EVENT, including arena rights, waiving the right to receive any monetary compensation that may be obtained from journalistic materials, commercial promotions, licensing and photos, social media, at any time, place or means and media currently available or that may be implemented in the market for this EVENT or complementary events and services, as a result of the use of these images, or in the actions described above carried out by YESCOM, ORGANIZERS, REALIZERS, Commercial and Media PARTNERS.
III - There will be a medical support service for emergency care for ATHLETES, with ambulances to provide first aid and possible removals. The continuation of the medical care itself, both for emergencies and for any other need, will be carried out by the PUBLIC NETWORK, which is the responsibility of the latter. The ORGANIZATION is not responsible for any medical expenses that the ATHLETE may incur during or after the race.
IV - The ATHLETE or his/her responsible companion may decide to use another medical care system (removal/transfer, hospital, emergency service and doctor, among others), exempting the ORGANIZATION from any direct or indirect responsibility for the consequences of this decision.
V - The security of the EVENT will receive support from the competent bodies and there will be monitors to guide the ATHLETES.
VI - Restrooms and cloakrooms will be made available to registered ATHLETES in the START and FINISH areas.
VII - THE ORGANIZATION informs that it is PROHIBITED to leave valuable items in the Lockers, such as watches, high-value accessories, electronic equipment, sound equipment or cell phones, checks, credit cards, wallets with money, identification documents such as ID/CPF or Passport, among others, inside or outside the backpacks and bags used by participants, because when the ATHLETE delivers the item to the care of the ORGANIZATION, the item will not be inspected or opened to check its contents.
The athlete who uses the Lockers declares that by delivering his/her belongings to Yescoms care, he/she is aware of the rules, schedules and regulations of the event, exempting Yescom from any responsibility for the contents thereof.
VIII - The Organization will refuse to store isolated or individual items, such as keys, cell phones, glasses, watches, wallets, headphones, checkbooks or similar items.
IX - THE ORGANIZATION cannot and will not be held responsible for the contents of bags, backpacks, sacks, purses or any other type of item left in the Lockers, since this is an optional courtesy service of the race and its use is not mandatory for the ATHLETE.
X - THE ORGANIZATION will accept objects to be stored in the Lockers until the GENERAL SQUAD START TIME. The item must be collected by the official end time of the event, at 1:00 pm.
If the belonging is not collected, it will be sent to YESCOM and the ATHLETE must request its collection through CONTACT US.
XI - In the event that the bicycle parking service is made available, this service is exclusively for athletes duly and legally registered for the event, it will be located next to the LUGGAGE STORAGE, which may or may not be covered. The ATHLETE who uses this service must provide his/her own security device (chain and padlock), and both the bicycle and the belongings delivered by the aforementioned ATHLETE must be identified by means of the “Bib Number” ticket or the label provided by the ORGANIZATION together with the “Bib Number” upon delivery of the Kit.
XII - Bicycles will not be accepted with external devices such as stopwatches, watches, on-board computers, tools, pumps, bags, helmets, water bottles, gloves or similar items.
XIII – The bicycle will only be collected upon presentation of the receipt previously provided by the ORGANIZER and a photo ID.
XIV - We recommend a rigorous medical evaluation, including a prior exercise test for all ATHLETES, since the ORGANIZATION, as a service provider, is concerned about the health of the ATHLETE. However, it is not responsible for any negligence caused to the latter.
XV - The ATHLETE assumes and expressly declares that he/she is aware of his/her health and athletic ability and that he/she has trained adequately for the EVENT.
XVI - Access to the concentration and start areas will be signposted, and it is forbidden to jump over the fences that delimit these areas to enter the track at the start or at any other time, under any pretext.
XVII - The ORGANIZATION of the EVENT, as well as its SPONSORS, SUPPORTERS AND PRODUCERS, are not responsible for losses or damages caused by the ATHLETE registered in the EVENT, whether to public property, third parties or other ATHLETES, these being the sole and exclusive responsibility of the author.
XVIII - Any complaint about the UNOFFICIAL result of the competition must be made, in writing, to the ORGANIZATION, within 30 days after the first publication of the result on the EVENT website.
XIX - The ORGANIZERS/PRODUCERS may suspend the EVENT for reasons of public safety, public acts, vandalism and/or force majeure.
XX - The ATHLETE who at any time fails to comply with the rules described in this REGULATION, or by omission fails to communicate (with written record and duly received by the ORGANIZERS) to the ORGANIZATION any impediment on his part, may at any time be disqualified from this EVENT.
XXI - Every ATHLETE is required to correctly fill out (sign and submit in print to the ORGANIZATION, when applicable, or electronically) his/her EVENT Registration Form.
XXII - The ATHLETE assumes that he/she is participating in this EVENT of his/her own free will, knowing the risks, degree of difficulty, originality, competition option and format, route, goals and/or obstacles, location, period and weather conditions in which it will be held, exempting the ORGANIZATION, SPONSORS AND ORGANIZERS from any liability, on his/her behalf and that of his/her successors.
XXIII - When registering for the EVENT, the ATHLETE does so personally and non-transferably, and there is no possibility of transferring this registration to another ATHLETE. Should the registrant request a refund of the registration fee, this may only be requested within 7 (seven) days of the registration fee being paid, in accordance with the Consumer Code. Registration is considered to be completed if the registration is paid and credited to the ORGANIZER. The request for reimbursement that meets these conditions will begin its administrative process immediately, with a period of up to 30 (thirty) business days for its refund, counted from the date of the request, for payments in full. Payments in installments are subject to the deadlines in which the credit card company will make the refund.
XXIV - If it is proven that an ATHLETE has given his/her “Bib Number” to someone, copied it or duplicated it, giving the copy to others or had his/her number copied, the ATHLETE who made the registration will be suspended through an internal administrative process for a minimum period of 24 (twenty-four) months and will not have access to any previous results and will not be able to register for YESCOM events during this period or will be banned from the general YESCOM registry, will not have access to any previous results and will no longer be able to register for YESCOM events.
XXV - By registering for the EVENT, the ATHLETE provides his/her data and authorizes the ORGANIZERS to send any type of electronic or physical correspondence in his/her name, to the electronic or physical address, to participate in any event of the ORGANIZER, surveys, feedback or activities developed, products or services offered by the ORGANIZER and/or its partners that may be of interest to him/her in accordance with the Privacy Policy presented on the website www.yescom.com.br.
XXVI - The “Breasted Number” must be attached to the front of the ATHLETE’s shirt and its use is mandatory in the arena and during the RACE. Any damage caused to it will result in the ATHLETE’s disqualification.
XXVII - The position chosen by the ATHLETE at the STARTING points available at the EVENT, as provided for in the REGULATIONS, is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the ATHLETE.
XXVIII - The ORGANIZATION reserves the right to create screening systems for the public to access the EVENT areas, including ATHLETES who eventually show up during the race without the proper accreditation - race number, or any other device that proves their registration. People who meet these conditions and who are eventually participating in the race without registration, may be prohibited from accessing the Starting Area, the Course and the Finish, and may be asked to leave at any time by members of the ORGANIZATION, since the EVENT is exclusive to officially registered people.
XXIX - The race will offer infrastructure (medical support, access, hydration and snacks) for the official number of registered athletes. No extra resources will be made available for athletes who are not officially registered (“popcorn”).
XXX - THE ORGANIZATION may send, when it deems it necessary and/or applicable, technical information via email to REGISTERED ATHLETES, in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
XXXI - By registering for the EVENT, the ATHLETE accepts and, when necessary, will fully comply with all recommendations from the WHO (World Health Organization), decisions, restrictions and permissions from Federal, State and Municipal public agencies for the practice of the EVENT in situations and periods of pandemic and/or similar.
XXXII - The ORGANIZATION may, at its discretion, due to technical needs of the RACE, legal impediments, situations of adaptation of the citys roads to meet the needs of the municipality and public agencies, change the race route, starting and finishing locations and times.
XXXIII - The ORGANIZATION reserves the right to change any of the items of these regulations regarding technical and procedural specificities without prior notice, including the date and location of the EVENT, according to the needs of the same, informing these changes in new regulations that will be made available on the EVENT website.
XXXIV - By registering for this event, the ATHLETE agrees to this clause, exempting YESCOM, its partners, contractors, suppliers and sponsors, from any subsequent charges for these changes regarding any expense or compensatory understanding that the ATHLETE believes to have in his/her favor.
a - By registering for the EVENT and paying the registration fee, the ATHLETE is activating his/her participation and access to the EVENT and use of the support infrastructure as described in the regulations.
4.1 - PROMO REGISTRATION WITHOUT GIFT T-SHIRT - includes 01 (one) bib number (mandatory use) given only to officially registered ATHLETES who pick up their kit at the location and/or format defined in these regulations, and 01 (one) post-race medal in zamak metal, given only to ATHLETES who complete the race. Additional gifts may be included at the discretion of the ORGANIZATION.
4.2 - BASIC REGISTRATION - includes 01 (one) bib number (mandatory use) and 01 (one) long-sleeved promotional/commemorative polyester t-shirt, given only to officially registered ATHLETES who pick up their kit at the location and/or format defined in these regulations, and 01 (one) post-race medal in zamak metal, given only to officially registered ATHLETES who participate and complete the race. Additional gifts may be included at the discretion of the ORGANIZATION.
4.3 - PREMIUM PELOTOON REGISTRATION - includes starting at the front of the General Peloton, 01 (one) bib number (mandatory use), 01 (one) long-sleeved promotional/commemorative polyester t-shirt and 01 (one) promotional/commemorative hooded sweatshirt, given only to officially registered ATHLETES who pick up their kit at the location and/or format defined in these rules, and 01 (one) post-race medal, given only to officially registered ATHLETES who participate and complete the race. Additional gifts may be included at the discretion of the ORGANIZATION and/or Sponsors. Spaces are limited.
a - The size of the sweatshirt will be the same as the size of the t-shirt whose size is chosen during the registration process. The measurements can be found on the EVENT website.
4.4 - The participation kit is accompanied by gifts provided by Sponsors and the items described above that make up each type of registration are subject to changes, variations in size, colors and/or tones both in the dyeing process and in the display on computer screens and mobile devices, percentages, partial or total exclusion.
4.5 - The following items are not included in the Participation Kit for duly registered ATHLETES, even if available for use in the areas comprised by items 2, 3 and 4 of the regulations, which will not be considered as mandatory for supply by the ORGANIZATION and/or contracting of services by the ATHLETE: Trophy. Award for goal achieved. Gifts and accessories. Others.
a - The ORGANIZATION may offer the option of choosing the size of promotional t-shirts offered as a courtesy and gift with limited quantities without the obligation to have stock available by size at the time of delivery of the kit and/or at its facilities.
b - If there is distribution or inclusion of materials listed in item 4, they will not be delivered on the day of the EVENT or after it.
c - There will be no delivery of the Participation Kit on the day of the EVENT, nor after the end of the EVENT.
d - If the ORGANIZATION offers the service of delivery of the “DISPOSABLE CHIP”, preparation, provision of results and/or dissemination and publication thereof, the ATHLETE is aware that the responsibility for the correct use of the chip and installation on his/her body/clothing is his/her sole responsibility, as well as passing through the installed data capture mat, since these are electronic devices, and they may suffer some type of interference and/or loss of information, exempting the ORGANIZATION and Organizers from providing the results in this case.
e - The ORGANIZATION may receive and/or request information from the ATHLETES to assist in correcting any problems in the provision of results, without a defined time frame and obligation for these corrections, within a maximum period of 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of the EVENT.
f - The ORGANIZATION provides its Contact Us service to contact ATHLETES through the EVENT website, which is the only official source of results.
g - The promotional and/or commemorative T-shirt of the EVENT, as mentioned above, is a courtesy of the ORGANIZATION and may come in different sizes for the ATHLETE to choose during the registration process or after making the payment. After the registration period ends through the EVENT website, it will not be possible to make any changes to the size of the T-shirt already chosen.
h - The ORGANIZATION reiterates, in accordance with the item above, that in the event of delivery of T-shirts, this act will be considered a simple courtesy. The chosen size may be changed/delivered by the ORGANIZATION according to stock availability.
i - There will be no exchange of the size of the T-shirt and/or hooded sweatshirt at the Kit Delivery; the size chosen by the ATHLETE when registering will prevail.
j - The ORGANIZATION may, at its discretion, create an area to display products from its Commercial Partners. The ORGANIZATION may enter into an agreement with non-profit entities, with the objective of raising funds for social programs, through the provision of space for the display of products.
a - The minimum age required to participate in the EVENT for the HALF MARATHON, 10K RACE and for the 5K RACE is 18 years completed by the date of registration and the CBAt rules will be considered for the purposes of classification by AGE GROUP.
b - Registrations may be made by third parties, as long as they are of legal age and have written authorization from the ATHLETE, accompanied by a copy of an Identity Document of the ATHLETE, which must be presented by the third party when collecting the kit.
c - The 5K RACE will have a maximum duration of 01h00min (one hour).
d - The 10K RACE will have a maximum duration of 01h30min (one hour and thirty minutes).
e - ATHLETES who are not within the projected time, at any point along the route, will be invited to finish the race by one of the tangents as instructed by the ORGANIZATIONs monitors, thus passing next to the Official Finishing Gate, where from that time onwards the main gate will be used for the Finishing of the HALF MARATHON.
f - From 01h15min (one hour and fifteen minutes) onwards, the equipment/services will be turned off/deactivated, and therefore there is no guarantee of providing the results of the 5K RACE.
g - From 01h45min (one hour and forty-five minutes) onwards, the equipment/services will be turned off/deactivated, and therefore there is no guarantee of providing the results of the 10K RACE.
h - The HALF MARATHON will have a maximum duration of 03h00min (three hours), and the Finish line area and its equipment/services will be turned off/deactivated after this period.
i - Any ATHLETE who is not within the projected time, at any point along the route, will be asked to withdraw from the competition, ending the race at this point, from which point on the ORGANIZATION will no longer be responsible for any type of service or support to this runner.
j - When asked to withdraw from the competition, the ATHLETE must board the buses provided by the ORGANIZATION to return to the STARTING point when this service is available.
k - Only ATHLETES who are not suspended or who are not serving any type of prohibitive punishment imposed by Confederations or Federations may participate in the EVENT.
l - Anti-doping tests may be performed on ATHLETES participating in the EVENT at the discretion of the ORGANIZATION, in accordance with CBAt Street Race Rule 07.
m - The ATHLETE must follow the marked route or course for the race, and no other means of assistance to gain any type of advantage or cut off the indicated route will be permitted.
n - Third-party assistance, such as being accompanied by cyclists or any type of hydration while on the move, is prohibited, except at the supply points offered by the ORGANIZATION itself, as well as the use of any technological resource without prior written authorization from the ORGANIZATION.
o - Elite ATHLETES may not use radio communication or audio systems during the competition, nor use guides or pacers, and must comply with the WORLD ATHLETIC and CBAt - Brazilian Athletics Confederation rules for the RACE.
p - No participation fee will be paid to any ATHLETE.
q - The ATHLETEs participation in the EVENT is individual.
r - The ATHLETE assumes and expressly declares that he/she is aware of his/her health status and athletic ability and that he/she has trained adequately for the EVENT.
s - By registering for the EVENT, the ATHLETE accepts and, when necessary, will fully comply with all recommendations from the WHO (World Health Organization), decisions, restrictions and permissions from Federal, State and Municipal public bodies for the practice of the EVENT in situations and periods of pandemic and/or similar.
t - The Technical Management of the event reserves the right to include specially invited ATHLETES in the EVENT.
a - All ATHLETES who wish to start in the Elite A or B group must submit their requests for registration in these groups following the criteria described in items 2.2.1 and 2.2.2 of the regulations.
b - Since there is no formal invitation to ELITE ATHLETES, the ORGANIZATION will also not provide accommodation and food or any type of reimbursement and/or cost assistance for the participation of ATHLETES and/or their coaches in the RACE.
a - The EVENT ORGANIZATION may run promotions with discounts on the registration fee for specific periods, and no refunds will be given for any amount paid other than the promotional price.
b - Registration for the EVENT will be done online and will be limited to a maximum of 5,000 (five) thousand REGISTERED ATHLETES. This number will be defined by the ORGANIZATION according to the progress and demand for registrations.
8.1 - OPENING PROMOTIONAL PRICES
a - Registration for the 3rd GUARULHOS INTERNATIONAL HALF MARATHON may be made by the general public at the prices indicated below from November 28, 2024 to January 27, 2025 until 5:00 p.m. :

8.3 - GENERAL INFORMATION
a - After the end of registrations by electronic or physical means, it is not possible to generate or print a new copy of the payment slip.
b - Registration only becomes effective upon payment of the payment slip.
c - Any change to the registration already made and paid may only be requested to Fale Conosco via email faleconosco@yescom.com.br until July 20, 2025. After this date, the option selected by the ATHLETE at the time of registration will prevail.
d - The ORGANIZATION may at any time suspend or extend deadlines or even add or limit the number of registrations for the EVENT due to technical/structural needs/availability without prior notice.
e - When registering for the EVENT and making the payment via Boleto Bancário, PIX or Credit Card, the ATHLETE declares that the sources of the funds used to make this payment come from legal and lawful means.
f - In compliance with the Senior Citizen Statute, the ORGANIZATION will make available to ATHLETES over 60 (sixty) years of age, a 50% (fifty percent) discount on the basic registration fee.
g - Registrations for ATHLETES aged 60 and over must be made through the Individual Registration option.
h - If it is proven that the ATHLETE used the benefit granted by the Senior Citizen Statute and gave his/her “Race Number” to another ATHLETE to run in his/her place, the ORGANIZATION is authorized by the ATHLETE who registered to issue a charge via bank slip for the amount of the difference that was paid at the time of registration. The ATHLETE who registered will be suspended through an internal administrative process for a minimum period of 24 (twenty-four) months and will not have access to any previous results and will not be able to register for YESCOM events during this period or will be banned from the general YESCOM registry, will not have access to any previous results and will no longer be able to register for YESCOM events.
Under no circumstances will payment slips paid after the due date be accepted as valid. If the ATHLETE manages to pay the bill after the due date using any payment method, the registration will be cancelled and the Kit will not be delivered.
8.4 - REFUND
a - When registering for the EVENT, the ATHLETE does so personally and non-transferably, and there is no possibility of transferring this registration to another ATHLETE. Should the registrant request a refund of the registration fee, it may only be requested within 7 (seven) days of the registration being made and paid for, in accordance with the Consumer Code. Registration will be considered completed if the registration is paid and credited to the ORGANIZER. The administrative process for refund requests that meet these conditions will begin immediately, with a period of up to 30 (thirty) business days for refund, counted from the date of the request, for payments made in cash. Payments in installments are subject to the deadlines in which the credit card company will make the refund.
b - If the EVENT is cancelled and/or changed at any time due to force majeure such as catastrophes, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics or similar, as well as determinations by public bodies for the purpose of maintaining order, collective security, health and preservation of life, registrations will be automatically transferred to 2026 on a new date scheduled in common agreement with the competent public bodies, exempting the ORGANIZATION from any responsibility and from the return of any amount invested by the registrant to participate in the same.
a - Online, on the website www.meiamaratonadeguarulhos.com.br until July 15, 2025, and may be EXTENDED or ENDED in advance, at the discretion of the ORGANIZATION.
ATTENTION: There will be no registrations on the day of the EVENT or during the Delivery of the Participation Kit and there will be no delivery of the Participation Kit on the day of the EVENT, only at the times and dates determined by the ORGANIZATION, according to items 11 and 12.
a - Complete and correctly fill out your registration form.
b - Choose the payment method by Credit Card or Bank Slip.
c - To pay by Credit Card:
c.1 - Fill in all the requested data regarding the Credit Card;
c.2 - Print the Registration Receipt;
d - For payment by Bank Slip:
d.1 - Print the Bank Slip;
d.2 - Make the payment as indicated on the Slip;
d.3 - The amount and date of your registration will be considered from the date of the effective PAYMENT OF THE BANK SLIP, not from the date of filling out the form.
e - No ATM MACHINE payments or bank deposits will be accepted without being previously requested by the ORGANIZATION.
f - The PAYMENT RECEIPT is a unique document, and the ORGANIZATION will not have a copy of it.
10.2 - COURTESY REGISTRATION
a - The ORGANIZATION may, at its discretion, provide complimentary registrations for participation in the EVENT for programs with social purposes and/or public services, provided that the same is requested at least 45 (forty-five) days in advance.
b - The request does not guarantee the courtesy, since it is optional, and is therefore a mere liberality of the Organizer.
c - Requests for courtesy tickets will not be accepted for ATHLETES who have already registered, paid and/or received a complimentary ticket. If by any chance a complimentary ticket is granted to an ATHLETE who has already registered and paid the invoice, or even received a complimentary ticket, there will be no refund of the amount paid, transfer of this ticket to a third party, or even an extra kit will be provided, that is, the participant will only have the right to enjoy the services that the courtesy ticket will provide.

11.1 - IDENTIFICATION
a - To collect the Kit, the ATHLETE must present:

b - Collection of the ATHLETES Kit by THIRD PARTIES
The following are considered THIRD PARTIES for collection of the KIT:
The person responsible for the registration/order through which the registration of another ATHLETE was made and another person who will collect the kit who is not the ATHLETE registered for the race.
It is required:
An authorization that should include the ATHLETE data, the THIRD PARTY information and the EVENT name, which will be retained during the participation Kit Delivery;

A duplicate of the ATHLETE ID document, which will also be retained during the participation Kit Delivery; Original ID photo document (RG or Driver’s License) or a THIRD PARTY Passport and:

Under no circumstances will bills paid after the due date be accepted as valid. If the ATHLETE manages to pay the bill after the due date using any payment method, the registration will be cancelled and the Kit will not be delivered.
11.2 - ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
a - With the Kit, the ATHLETE receives a “CHEST NUMBER”.
b - It is the responsibility of the ATHLETE and/or a duly authorized third party to check the kit at the pick-up location.
c - As mentioned above, for this RACE, the ORGANIZATION, without any obligation, as a courtesy and pure liberality, may provide the ATHLETE with a “DISPOSABLE CHIP” for timing and timing purposes, which will be delivered together with the Participation Kit, in accordance with the criteria set forth in item 4 of these regulations.
11.3- INDIVIDUAL OR TEAM LIABILITY TERM
I declare that I am aware that in order to participate in this EVENT and/or register, I must be over 18 years old in accordance with Brazilian Laws.
By registering for this EVENT or complementary events and services, I, as the person responsible for the same, individually or as a team, DECLARE that:
1. I agree to the Liability Term below. 2. The personal data that was or will be provided to register me, third parties or my team for the EVENT or complementary events and services, such as the results and participation survey system, certificate issuance system and payment systems, are my sole responsibility and/or that of my technical representative, manager or team coordinator, and I am entirely responsible for their veracity, under penalty of law. 3. I have read and fully agree with the regulations of the EVENT or complementary events and services, available on the website at www.yescom.com.br, event websites under this domain or those licensed by Yescom to capture registrations, social networks and informative emails, expressly declining that all the rules and regulations contained therein are guided by legality, balance and common sense, and therefore I cannot claim in the future or at any time that I am unaware of and/or do not agree with them. 4. I participate in this EVENT or complementary events and services, of my own free will, knowing the risks, degree of difficulty, originality, option and format of the RACE, route, goals and/or obstacles, location, period and weather conditions in which it will be held, exempting the ORGANIZATION, Sponsors and Organizers from all liability, at any level whatsoever, both on my behalf and that of my successors. 5. I am aware and declare that I am in perfect physical condition and in good health in general, and that I am able to participate in the EVENT or complementary events and services, and that I am exclusively responsible for any type of damage that I may suffer or cause to third parties. 6. I am aware and declare that I have adequate technical and physical capacity to participate in this EVENT or complementary events and services and that I have trained adequately for a RACE of this size and, if I am responsible for registering third parties or a team, I declare that this same state of fullness described above in this paragraph and perfect physical and health condition applies to everyone. 7. I am aware and in agreement with the technical information available on the website www.yescom.com.br and its complementary pages, social networks and informative emails, including route support services. 8. I am aware that in the event of medical care, the same will be provided by the competent public network, exempting the ORGANIZATION from the need for medical care from the private network. 9. I am aware and affirm that I will observe the suitability and safety offered at the EVENT location or complementary events and services, as well as, when necessary, that I will fully comply with the recommendations of the WHO (World Health Organization), decisions, restrictions and permissions of Federal, State and Municipal public bodies, in situations and periods of pandemic and/or similar, and if I am responsible for the registration of third parties or a team, I declare that they will also comply with and respect them. 10. I am fully responsible for any amounts arising from personal or material damages caused by me due to third parties in general, participants, public, ORGANIZATION and all its employees, during my participation in this EVENT or complementary events and services, and if I am responsible for the registration of third parties or a team, I declare that I will also be fully responsible if the damages were caused by them. 11. I hereby grant all rights to use my image (including arena rights) in this EVENT or complementary events and services, waiving the right to receive any monetary compensation that may be obtained from advertising materials, campaigns, information, TV broadcasts, clips, re-presentations, journalistic materials, commercial promotions, licensing and photos, social media, at any time, place or means and media currently available or that may be implemented in the market for this EVENT or complementary events and services, as a result of the use of these images, or in the actions described above carried out by YESCOM, ORGANIZERS, REALIZERS, Commercial and Media PARTNERS. 12. I am aware of and authorize the use of image capture equipment in the arena of this EVENT, such as motorcycles, vehicles, helicopters, “drones” and other means available for such action. 13. I am aware that, when invited, registering or signing up for the EVENT or complementary events and services, I will automatically be included in the YESCOM database, authorizing, from now on, the sending to the registered electronic or physical address, any type of electronic or physical correspondence to participate in any event of the organizer, surveys, feedback or activities developed, products or services offered by the same and/or by its partners that may be of interest to me in accordance with the Privacy Policy presented on the website www.yescom.com.br, the same applying to registrations that I may carry out as responsible for the registration of third parties or a team. 14. I assume all expenses for travel, accommodation, food, national, international or internal transfers from the start to the finish or from the finish to the start, insurance, medical assistance and any other necessary expenses, or arising from my participation in this EVENT or complementary events and services, before, during or after its realization. 15. In case the ORGANIZATION provides free services related to transportation, accommodation and/or food, among others, I declare that the consequent receipt will be realized as a simple courtesy that does not imply, the same, in any contractual or professional relationship with the ORGANIZATION, not configuring any type of obligation or responsibility. 16. I, as an ATHLETE, participant or representative, coach or team coordinator, fully agree with the regulations of the EVENT or complementary events and services, as well as with my responsibilities specified above, at any time and/or place, and have no claim, now or in the future, due to its rules and regulations, and any eventual relationship is governed by the principle of the most crystalline good faith. 17. I am aware that the decision and choice to include and/or exclude ATHLETES in the aforementioned EVENT or complementary events and services, as a result of the choice of the coach or team manager, will be the sole and exclusive responsibility of the latter. The ORGANIZATION is hereby exempt from any decision or evaluation, personal, direct or indirect, due to the ATHLETE, and his/her own coach will be responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, since, if the ATHLETE was aware of his/her registration, participation or not in the EVENT or complementary events and services, the responsibility will then be exclusively of the latter. 18. I agree not to carry, nor use within the areas of the EVENT or complementary events and services, including the route and kit delivery, or any other area of visibility in the EVENT or complementary events and services aimed at the public, or means of dissemination and promotion, any material of a generally discriminatory, political, promotional or advertising nature, nor signs that can be seen by others without written authorization from the ORGANIZATION, and also, any type of material or object that puts at risk the safety of the EVENT or complementary events and services, ATHLETES and/or people present, including the public, being aware that I may be asked to remove myself from the EVENT or complementary events and services by the ORGANIZATION or authorities of the areas described above. 19. In the event of my participation in this EVENT or complementary events and services, representing TEAMS and ATHLETES, SERVICE PROVIDERS and/or any media or vehicle, I expressly declare that I am aware of and accept the regulations of the EVENT or complementary events and services, as well as respect the areas designated for the ORGANIZATION, and that my physical participation in support structures for TEAMS set up in inappropriate locations or even those that interfere with the smooth running of the EVENT or complementary events and services is prohibited without obtaining written authorization from the ORGANIZATION to do so, being fully aware that otherwise I may be removed from the location at any time. 20. Regardless of whether or not I am present at the time of completing my registration form, as well as when I pick up my participation kit, by myself or through my coach, team captain or team administrator, I declare that I am aware of the entire content of the race regulations, as well as my rights and obligations within the EVENT or complementary events and services, having taken full knowledge of the rules and regulations thereof, expressly granting them full and total validity, since they are guided and governed by the principle of good faith. 21. I declare that I agree that I may obtain from the ORGANIZATION, by mere liberality and/or courtesy, the right to choose the day and place of delivery of the kit and the size of the t-shirt (when these options are expressly available in the registration process, complying with the criteria related to the participation kit in the regulations of the EVENT or complementary events and services). 22. I am aware that all benefits resulting from my registration, or from the registration for which I am responsible for third parties or my team, will only be fully available after the effective and proven payment of the resulting fee, and it is undisputed that it will be my sole responsibility to monitor communications sent via electronic letters to my valid email address registered with the ORGANIZING companys registration system and/or any other system licensed and used by it; it is also my sole responsibility or that of the duly authorized third party to check the kit at the pick-up location; access the resulting queries on the EVENT website, in order to check possible updates or changes to regulations, news and also information about the availability or not of services and/or courtesies for participation in said EVENT or complementary events and services. 23. I declare that when I register, or when I register third parties or my team in the EVENT or complementary events and services, and make the payment by bank slip or credit card, the sources of funds used to make this payment come from legal and lawful means. 24. I declare that I will not transfer, in any way or form, my “Bib Number” to another ATHLETE for participation in the EVENT or complementary events and services, and that if I were to engage in this illegal act, I am also aware that, through the fraud committed, I may suffer the consequences provided for by law. I am aware that I will be suspended through an internal administrative process for a minimum period of 24 (twenty-four) months and will not have access to any previous results and will not be able to register for YESCOM events during this period or I will be banned from the general YESCOM registry, not having access to any previous results and no longer being able to register for YESCOM events. 25. I declare that I will only use the 50% (fifty percent) discount granted in accordance with the Senior Citizen Statute if I am already 60 years of age or older. If it is proven that I have used this benefit improperly and/or transferred my “Bib Number” to another ATHLETE, I authorize the ORGANIZATION to issue a charge, via bank slip, for the amount corresponding to the “lower” difference, considering the amount paid at the time of my registration and that I will be suspended through an internal administrative process for a minimum period of 24 (twenty-four) months and will not have access to any previous results and will not be able to register for YESCOM events or complementary events and services during this period, or that I will be banned from the general YESCOM registry, not having access to any previous results and no longer being able to register for YESCOM events. 26. I declare that I am aware that if the ORGANIZATION receives any complaint that I have given my “Chest Number” to another ATHLETE, the ORGANIZATION will be duly authorized by me to disqualify myself as well as the aforementioned user who usurped the number, and the situation will be considered as fraud. 27. If the ORGANIZATION offers the services of delivery of the “DISPOSABLE CHIP”, preparation, provision of results and/or dissemination and publication thereof, I, the ATHLETE, am duly aware that the correct use of the chip and installation on the body/clothing is my sole responsibility, as well as the respective mandatory passages on the installed data capture mat, as these are electronic equipment and it is undisputed that they may suffer some type of interference and/or loss of information, exempting the ORGANIZATION and ORGANIZERS from providing the same. 28. I am aware that the ORGANIZING committee may receive and/or request information from participants to help correct any problems in providing results, since the chip control system may be subject to interference, given that it is a sensitive electronic device that works at high frequency. Such correction must be made within a maximum period of 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of the EVENT. 29. I am aware that the result will be available on the EVENT website 72 hours after its conclusion. 30. I will register the @yescom domain and the e-mail faleconosco@yescom.com.br on my list of trusted internet domains so that I can receive any type of information regarding the EVENT or complementary events and services, by e-mail. 31. I hereby declare that I am aware that any information requested through the “CONTACT US” channel via email faleconosco@yescom.com.br may only be provided by the ATHLETE responsible for the registration and/or by a duly proven first-degree relative or by a duly appointed and qualified legal representative. 32. I am aware that ATHLETES are always served through the “CONTACT US” channel, social media or by email faleconosco@yescom.com.br, operating from Monday to Friday, not operating on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and commemorative dates, as well as in the period from December 20, 2025 to January 6, 2026.

a - The classification of the ATHLETES in the ELITE Category (A/B) will be based on their position (gross time/order of arrival) and will be published on the EVENT website in the “RESULT” report. This same rule will also be applied to the classification of the top 3 finishers (male and female) in the 10K RACE and 5K RACE.
b - The classification of the ATHLETES in the GENERAL PELOTON Categories of the HALF MARATHON, 10K RACE, 5K RACE and ATHLETES WITH DISABILITIES will be defined according to their position by the net time obtained by the ATHLETE (net time = time between the individual start and the individual finish), and will be published on the EVENT website in the “RESULT” report.
c - The CLASSIFICATION/RESULTS of the Extra Official participation times captured by the Chips will be published from 72 hours after the end of the EVENT.
a - Every officially registered ATHLETE who completes the EVENT within the maximum time allowed will receive a Participation Medal.
b - On the date of the EVENT, only the following will receive the awards (trophies) to which they are entitled (unofficially):
The 7 FIRST ATHLETES (MEN AND WOMEN) classified in the ELITE CATEGORY of the HALF MARATHON
THE BEST BRAZILIAN (MEN AND WOMEN) who completes the race in the ELITE CATEGORY of the HALF MARATHON
The 3 FIRST ATHLETES (MEN AND WOMEN) classified in the GENERAL SQUAD CATEGORY of the 10K RACE
The 3 FIRST ATHLETES (MEN AND WOMEN) classified in the GENERAL SQUAD CATEGORY5K RACE
c - No other awards, except those provided for in items 14.1 - letter “a” and “d”, 14.3 - letter “a”, 14.5 - letter “a”, and 14.7 - letter “a” will be given on the date of the EVENT.
d - Awards are not cumulative.
e - All ATHLETES whose names are called for awards must immediately go to the awards ceremony area to receive them.
f - Access to the podium for the award ceremony will be restricted to ATHLETES who are called, upon presentation of an identity document with photo, and access will not be permitted to companions and/or fans, in order to avoid crowding.
g - When there is any type of PRIZE in cash, vehicles, motorcycles or consumer goods or incentive for achieving an objective, the amounts presented refer to the total disbursement to be made by the ORGANIZER, with each winning ATHLETE being responsible for paying taxes, duties, charges, documentation and transfer.
h - Incentive awards for achieving an objective (including trophies, special medals or any other type of cash prize, vehicles, motorcycles or consumer goods) will be delivered ONLY to the ATHLETE.
i - Cash incentive awards for achieving an objective by the ATHLETES to whom they are entitled will be deposited in a checking or savings account in the name of the ATHLETE or a duly and officially appointed and authorized representative of the ATHLETE, after the ORGANIZATION has released the official result of the RACE, which is linked to the official report by the competent bodies and to the receipt of the ATHLETEs data and payment authorization by the ORGANIZATION.
j - In the case of cash prizes, the ATHLETE must comply with the criteria required by the ORGANIZATION, informing through the Payment Request Document, which the ATHLETE will receive via email, all the data necessary for the payment to be made. The Payment Request Document must be returned to the ORGANIZATION within a maximum period of 180 (one hundred and eighty) days. The prizes may be paid in installments of different amounts and dates to the beneficiarys account.
k - The prize payment process will begin after the official results have been announced and approved by the competent authorities, and will be completed within a maximum period of 180 days from the moment the ORGANIZATION receives the documentation with information for payment to the respective winners who are entitled to the prize.
l - If the ATHLETE requests that any prize be delivered to a third party, he/she must attach a formal letter of authorization with notarized signature, together with a certified copy of the ID. and CPF, to the email faleconosco@yescom.com.br, informing the SUBJECT about the AWARD and the body of the email must contain the explanation for the absence of receipt.
m - ATHLETES who do not return the AWARD letter to the ORGANIZATION within 180 (one hundred and eighty) days after receiving it accept that the amount of the AWARD will be donated to a Charitable Institution that cares for People with Cancer in the city of the EVENT.
n - The official result of the EVENT for the 1st to 10th place MEN and WOMEN in the ELITE SQUAD CATEGORY depends on the official announcement by the CBAt - Brazilian Athletics Confederation or other competent authority of the anti-doping test or any other restriction to be met by the ORGANIZATION.
o - The ORGANIZATION reserves the right to include any other type of award that will be announced on the EVENT website.
p - There will be no subsequent delivery for ATHLETES who are called to the podium and are not present at the presentation of the trophies to which they are entitled on the day of the EVENT.
14.1 - AWARDS FOR THE CLASSIFICATION OF THE ELITE CATEGORY OF THE HALF MARATHON (MEN AND WOMEN)
a - The FIRST 7 ATHLETES classified in the ELITE SQUAD CATEGORY of the HALF MARATHON (Men and Women) will receive, in addition to the participation medal, a trophy or a special medal.
b - The first 7 (seven) ATHLETES who complete the race in the ELITE SQUAD CATEGORY of the HALF MARATHON (Men and Women) will receive an incentive AWARD for achieving their goal, as per the table below:

14.7 - AWARDS FOR THE WHEELCHAIR ATHLETE CATEGORY
a - The FIRST 3 ATHLETES classified in the WHEELCHAIR ATHLETE CATEGORY (MEN AND WOMEN) will receive, in addition to the participation medal, a trophy or a special medal.
b - The WHEELCHAIR ATHLETE CATEGORY has a different start time and a special award, and does not compete with the other categories.
c - In the WHEELCHAIR ATHLETE CATEGORY, it is mandatory to wear a helmet and a 3 (three)-wheel wheelchair, adapted and appropriate for racing. The use of social (daily) chairs, motorized chairs, handcycles or assistance from third parties is not permitted.
Technical note: The WHEELCHAIR ATHLETES CATEGORY is for ATHLETES who use a three-wheeled wheelchair for competition and use their hands to move the equipment using the wheels and not using ratchets, “hand pedals”, chains or mechanical elements that facilitate movement.
d - ATHLETES who do not comply with the Regulations will be banned from participating in the race.
e - WHEELCHAIR ATHLETES will not be allowed to start without a helmet.
14.8 - AWARDS FOR THE ATHLETE WITH DISABILITIES CATEGORY - HALF MARATHON, 10K RACE AND 5K RACE
a - There will be no AWARDS ceremony or trophy presentation to ATHLETES with disabilities who complete the race, only medal presentation.
b - The ATHLETE who participates in the ATHLETES WITH DISABILITIES CATEGORY will not be entitled to any other type of bonus except that provided for their CATEGORY.
a - The delivery of the kit for the ELITE HALF MARATHON ATHLETES and ELITE CHAIRDAIRERS will take place on July 26, 2025 from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm at the Official Hotel of the EVENT Sables Hotel - Salgado Filho Avenue, 1176 - Jardim Maia, Guarulhos - SP, 07115-000.
b - For the ATHLETE to withdraw the Participation Kit, it will be necessary to present the following document:
Identity Document with original photo RG, RNE, Drivers License, Passport or Class Functional that contains the ATHLETEs RG or CPF number.
c - If the Kit is removed by the Coach, it will be necessary to present the documents listed below:
Passport the ATHLETE and Identity Document with original photo RG, RNE, Drivers License, Passport or Class Functional that contains the Coachs RG or CPF number.
15.2 - TECHNICAL CONGRESS
a - The Technical Congress will take place on July 26, 2025 from 12:00 pm to 13:00 pm at the Official Hotel of the EVENT Sables Hotel - Salgado Filho Avenue, 1176 - Jardim Maia, Guarulhos - SP, 07115-000.
b - The presence of ELITE ATHLETES and/or their COACHES and WHEELCHAIR ATHLET and/or their COACHES is mandatory.
The ORGANIZATION may indicate locations for the assembly of tents for Consultants/Coaches according to the availability of spaces in the EVENT arena area, as long as it does not interfere with the smooth running of the race.
b - In case of technical need or public demands, the ORGANIZATION may request the relocation of the tents.
c - The responsibility for advertising or displaying brands on the tents is solely and exclusively that of the Consultants, Coaches, Companies or Running Clubs, exempting the ORGANIZATION from any liability.
d - In the event of sponsorship conflicting with the EVENT SPONSORS, the ORGANIZATION may request that the Consultants/Coaches remove their tent(s).
e - The tents may not have a sound system that interferes with the EVENT sound system and the ORGANIZATION suggests that they do not exceed 20 square meters.
f - To check the location provided by the ORGANIZATION to set up your tent, access the EVENT ARENA MAP.
g - The ORGANIZATION will provide security guards for the area designated for setting up tents, but is not responsible for the tent or damage caused to it or objects left inside it.
h - Any assembly outside the reserved area is subject to collection by the competent public agencies.
a - The ORGANIZATION may, at its discretion, include some type of prize or special participation.
b - Questions or technical information should be clarified with the Technical ORGANIZATION, through faleconosco@yescom.com.br.
c - The YESCOM Contact Us telephone number is (11) 4191-1236. This telephone number will only be used to answer problems related to registration (ID, CPF and/or password). Our service hours by email, telephone and social networks are from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. There will be no service on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and special dates.
d - We inform you that from December 23 to 25, 2025 and from December 30, 2025 to January 2, 2026, there will be no service by phone, email on the Contact Us page and social media.
e - The ORGANIZATION reserves the right to change any of the items in the regulations regarding technical and procedural specificities without prior notice, including the date and location of the EVENT, according to the needs of the same, informing these changes in new regulations that will be made available on the EVENT website.
g - Any doubts or omissions in the regulations will be resolved by the ORGANIZING Committee and/or the ORGANIZERS/PRODUCERS in a sovereign manner, with no appeal against these decisions.
The Promo Registration comes with 1 bib number and 1 zamak metal medal.

The Basic Registration includes 1 bib number, 1 male or female t-shirt in polyester with elastane and 1 zamak metal medal.
Inscrição Premium
Premium Registration includes 1 bib number, 1 men's or women's t-shirt in polyester with elastane, 1 sweatshirt, 1 zamak metal medal and a start at the front of the athletes in the general peloton.
1st. The 50% discount on registration is exclusive for those aged 60 or over. Do not use this benefit for third parties as you will be subject to the penalties of the law. Don't give your subscription to anyone!
2nd. There will be an exclusive service desk for ATHLETES aged 60 or over when delivering a kit, which will speed up the service and check documents.
3rd. To facilitate the location of results and images, both by the ATHLETE and the Organization, the breast numbers of all categories available at the event including the ABOVE 60 YEARS category, will have a sequential series of easy location.
4th. In case of proof of the improper use of the 50% discount benefit, the Organization may apply the rules of item 10.8 of the Regulation.
5th. There will be no delivery of participation kit on the day of the EVENT, nor after it.
1st. Your breast number is personal and non-transferable.
2nd. Do not give in, do not sell and do not allow the copy of your breast number, as you will be committing an infraction subject to the penalties of the law.
3rd. In case of medical assistance, it is through your chest number that the emergency contact will be activated. A family member of yours may receive unexpected news as you are not participating in the event, as you have given your number to someone to run in your place.
4th. In case of failure in the electronic chip, your result can be analyzed from your breast number by photos and videos captured at the event.
5th. If you know someone who gave or sold the number in order to obtain advantages, report it through faleconosco@yescom.com.br. You can send the number, the full name or photos.
Chip
Your chest number is equipped with the electronic timing chip.. Do not crush, fold or pass it under the laces for correct operation.
Read the INSTRUCTIONS carefully.
WITHDRAW A BID of the shoelace.
Crease and highlight WITH CAUTION the chip.
Join the two ends of the chip. WITHOUT BENDING THE CHIP.
Pass the chip UNDER THE SHOES.
Then PASS THE TIP BETWEEN THE HOLES of the chip.
Pass the lace through the hole in the shoe.
And tie the shoelace normally.
