Access to the Concentration and Starting areas will be signposted, and it is forbidden to jump over the fences that delimit these areas to enter the track at the time of the START or at any other time, under any pretext.
The event will offer infrastructure (medical support, access, hydration, and snacks) for the official number of registered participants. No extra resources will be provided for athletes who are not officially registered ("unregistered runners").

The ORGANIZATION requests extreme attention to the confirmation of the respective start times during the week preceding the RACE through the COMPETITION regulations, social media, press, the official COMPETITION website, when picking up the kit at the delivery location, and announcements from the sound system and signage in the STARTING area on the day of the RACE, for any adjustments to the respective times that may be necessary.
Restrooms and a baggage check area will be available to registered ATHLETES in the START and FINISH areas.
The ORGANIZATION asks and insists that VALUES are not left in the Luggage Storage, such as; watches, high-value accessories, electronic, sound or cell phone equipment, checks, credit cards, wallets with money, identification documents such as RG / CPF or Passport, among others, because upon delivery of the volume by the ATHLETE to the care of the Organization, an inspection or opening of the volume will not be made to check the content.
The ORGANIZATION cannot and will not be held responsible for the contents of bags, backpacks, sacks, purses, or any type of item left in the baggage check area, as this is an optional courtesy service provided by the event and is not mandatory for ATHLETES.
The ORGANIZATION will accept items to be stored in the baggage check until the START time of the general peloton. The item must be retrieved by the official end time of the race; if the item is not retrieved, it will be sent to YESCOM and the ATHLETE must request its retrieval through the CONTACT US section.
There will not be a dedicated area for setting up tents for Sports Consulting firms at the event.
Any assembly carried out will be subject to removal by the competent public authorities.
Athletes can participate in the event by registering in only one category, such as those described below:

1st. The 50% discount on registration is exclusive for those aged 60 or over. Do not use this benefit for third parties as you will be subject to the penalties of the law. Don't give your subscription to anyone!
2nd. There will be an exclusive service desk for ATHLETES aged 60 or over when delivering a kit, which will speed up the service and check documents.
3rd. To facilitate the location of results and images, both by the ATHLETE and the Organization, the breast numbers of all categories available at the event including the ABOVE 60 YEARS category, will have a sequential series of easy location.
4th. In case of proof of the improper use of the 50% discount benefit, the Organization may apply the rules of item 10.8 of the Regulation.
5th. There will be no delivery of participation kit on the day of the EVENT, nor after it.
1st. Your breast number is personal and non-transferable.
2nd. Do not give in, do not sell and do not allow the copy of your breast number, as you will be committing an infraction subject to the penalties of the law.
3rd. In case of medical assistance, it is through your chest number that the emergency contact will be activated. A family member of yours may receive unexpected news as you are not participating in the event, as you have given your number to someone to run in your place.
4th. In case of failure in the electronic chip, your result can be analyzed from your breast number by photos and videos captured at the event.
5th. If you know someone who gave or sold the number in order to obtain advantages, report it through faleconosco@yescom.com.br.

Tying Chip
Your race bib is equipped with an electronic timing chip. Do not remove it and use it only on your chest. Do not fold, do not crumple, do not peel off the sticker from the chip and do not remove the spacer foam for proper functioning.
Always leave the numeral in chest. Do not cover it with a blouse, jacket, backpack strap, etc.
Do not put your arm over the numeral in time zones.
Do not put the numeral on the body's lethal (for example, on the legs).
Do not cover the numeral with blouses, jackets or any other clothing.
DON'T BE A COUNTRY RUNNER/ILLEGAL RUNNER. BE A LEGAL RUNNER! THE COUNTRY RUNNER/ILLEGAL RUNNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:

8. Overburdened medical services and increased consumption of medication, risking shortages;
9. Congestion and increased starting time;
10. It causes crowding, congestion, and chaos throughout the competition because some "unofficial runners" insist on getting water along the course and medals at the finish line;
11. Overburdening the planning with public safety agencies;
12. Encouraging the illegal sale of race entries, photos, and videos of competitions featuring people without race bibs.

1.1 - The 26th INTERNATIONAL PAMPULHA RACE, hereinafter referred to as the EVENT, will be held on December 7, 2025 in the city of Belo Horizonte for PERSONS duly registered, hereinafter referred to as ATHLETES, regardless of weather conditions.
This EVENT includes:

1.2 - The location of the ARENA, START and FINISH of the EVENT will be at Av. Antônio Abrahão Caran with Av. Coronel Oscar Paschoal next to the arena of the Governor Magalhães Pinto Stadium – Mineirão, as per the route published on the official EVENT website.
NOTE: The ORGANIZER may, at its discretion, due to technical needs of the EVENT, legal impediments, or situations requiring adjustments to the citys road network in compliance with municipal and public agency requirements, alter the RACE route, start and finish locations, and times.

The ORGANIZERS request extreme attention to confirming the respective start times during the week preceding the RACE through the EVENT regulations, social media, press, the official EVENT website, when picking up the kit at the delivery location, and to the announcements on the sound system and signage in the STARTING area on the day of the RACE, for any adjustments to the respective times that may be necessary.
Websites hosted under the main YESCOM domain www.yescom.com.br, redirecting to it, or licensed by YESCOM, may or may not use cookies and do not receive advertisements from platforms such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads. Registration can be done on the official race website or on portals that sell registrations, such as www.minhasinscricoes.com.br or similar. When a different configuration occurs in any area of the site, resources such as geolocation, Google Analytics, Facebook access links, cookies, or similar may be used.
If the EVENT is canceled and/or altered at any time due to force majeure such as catastrophes, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, or similar events, as well as determinations by public bodies for the purpose of maintaining order, collective security, health, and preservation of life, the ORGANIZATION will be exempt from any responsibility and from refunding any amount invested by the registrant to participate in the event.

b - This CATEGORY includes ATHLETES WITH DISABILITIES who will be divided In:
CADC3R = WHEELCHAIR ATHLETES WITHOUT GUIDE - The athlete who participates in the competition with the aid of a sports wheelchair (only with 3-wheeled wheelchairs) or for competitions, the use of social (daily) wheelchairs, motorized wheelchairs, handcycles or assistance from third parties is not permitted. The use of a helmet is mandatory.
Technical Note: The WHEELCHAIR ATHLETES WITHOUT GUIDE category is for ATHLETES who use a three-wheeled wheelchair for competition and use their hands to move the equipment via the wheels and not with ratchets, manual pedals, chains or mechanical elements that facilitate movement.
CCG = WHEELCHAIR ATHLETES WITH GUIDE - The athlete who uses a 3-wheeled wheelchair (non-motorized tricycle type) equipped with brakes and who only moves with the assistance of a GUIDE to push it, requiring the registration of 2 GUIDES for this category.
DEV = VISUALLY IMPAIRED - The athlete who has a visual impairment, characterized by the loss or reduction of visual capacity in one or both eyes. Every visually impaired athlete, regardless of the degree or type of impairment, must run with a GUIDE ATHLETE, and cannot under any circumstances do without one. They must be connected by a cord (which must be a maximum of 0.5m long) to one of the fingers of the hand or to the arm, and a specific belt for GUIDES may also be used.
AMP = LOWER LIMB AMPUTEE - An athlete who has a disability in their lower limb(s), with total or partial absence of one or both lower limb(s), who uses a special prosthesis for locomotion.
DMAI = LOWER LIMB DISABLED ATHLETE - An athlete who has a disability in their lower limb(s), with total preservation of the limb(s), who uses orthoses as a form of assistance in their locomotion (canes, crutches, walker, etc.), and is allowed to be accompanied by a GUIDE ATHLETE.
ID = INTELLECTUAL DISABILITY - The athlete who has an intelligence quotient (IQ) below 70 and/or limitations in the areas of skills and adaptation (communication, personal care, home relationships, social skills, recreation, health and safety, sense and direction, academic development, community relationships, work, and ASD). Regardless of the degree of disability, the athlete must run with a GUIDE ATHLETE and cannot, under any circumstances, do without one. The GUIDE cannot be in front of the athlete; they must always remain behind or beside them.
Upper Limb Disability - The athlete who has a total or partial absence of any part of their upper limb(s), resulting in an altered balance axis and causing instability when walking.
HEARING IMPAIRED - The athlete whose hearing is non-functional, with partial or total loss of auditory capabilities, varying in degrees and levels, with or without a hearing aid.
GUIDE = The athlete who accompanies and guides the ATHLETE WITH A DISABILITY during the competition, ensuring their integrity and safety.
Extraordinary situations or cases that do not fit into the above categories will be analyzed by the TECHNICAL ORGANIZATION upon formal request from the interested party sent to the email atletacomdeficiencia@yescom.com.br. Any and all exceptions will only be granted through the Special Consent and Responsibility Agreement for these individuals.
c - ATHLETES who fall into any of the categories mentioned above and meet the minimum age requirements for each course, as informed in item 5 - SPECIFIC EVENT RULES, must send an email to atletacomdeficiencia@yescom.com.br with the following documents:
Medical report valid for up to 1 year, which must include the ICD – International Classification of Diseases code related to the ATHLETEs disability. The report must state its validity and the date of the EVENT must be within this period. Cases where the disability is congenital or permanent are excluded from this validity.
Complete Individual or Team Liability Waiver, both pages. (See letter “h” below).
c.1 - If the ATHLETE falls into the categories that must run accompanied by a GUIDE, as described above, the complete Individual or Team Liability Waiver, both pages, with the GUIDEs information must also be submitted (See letter “h” below).
d - After the documents are reviewed, the ATHLETE will receive an email from the ORGANIZATION with a CODE, which they will use to register. They will provide this code after choosing their t-shirt to generate the COMPLIMENTARY TICKET on their payment slip and finalize their registration for the EVENT.
e - If the ATHLETE WITH A DISABILITY and/or the GUIDE ATHLETE registers and generates a PAYMENT SLIP that is not a COMPLIMENTARY TICKET and pays it, the ORGANIZATION will not reimburse the amount paid.
f - The above documents must be submitted for each EVENT the ATHLETE wishes to participate in.
g - Vacancies will be made available according to the order of requests and verification of medical reports.
h - CLICK HERE to print the INDIVIDUAL OR TEAM LIABILITY WAIVER.
i - After completing and signing the INDIVIDUAL OR TEAM LIABILITY WAIVER, the ATHLETE must send it via email to atletacomdeficiencia@yescom.com.br to the ORGANIZATION, along with the remaining necessary documentation mentioned above.
j - The email subject line should be filled in as Registration for Athlete with Disability for the EVENT - 26th VOLTA INTL DA PAMPULHA.
k - The GUIDE ATHLETES will also receive a code to complete their complimentary registration, which will be sent along with the code of the ATHLETE with a disability they will be guiding, via the email address provided when submitting the ATHLETE with a disabilitys documentation.
l - Once in possession of the code, the GUIDE ATHLETE must access the website and complete their registration, entering the CODE after choosing their t-shirt, thus generating their PAYMENT SLIP with the complimentary registration and finalizing their registration.
m - Participation of the GUIDE ATHLETE in the categories mentioned above is mandatory.
n - Complimentary registrations for the ATHLETES WITH DISABILITIES CATEGORY will be made according to the ATHLETEs disability, and the kit will be the same as the Basic Registration kit.
o - The deadline for submitting documents for registration in the ATHLETES with disabilities category is August 29, 2025, or until the registration period closes through the EVENT website, whichever comes first.
p - As soon as the ORGANIZATION receives these complete documents, it will analyze them.
q - If the ATHLETE does not receive contact from the responsible department within 10 (ten) days of the date of sending the email with the documentation, they must contact the ORGANIZATION again via the email address atletacomdeficiencia@yescom.com.br.
r - If the registration is not approved by the ORGANIZATION, the ATHLETE will not be able to register in the ATHLETES WITH DISABILITIES category through this procedure. If there are available spots, the ATHLETE may register in the GENERAL GROUP, paying the registration fee at their own risk, releasing the ORGANIZATION from any liability.
s - There will be no AWARDS ceremony for ATHLETES WITH DISABILITIES who complete the race, only what is stipulated in item 16 of the regulations.
2.2.1 - ELITE A CATEGORY
a - This CATEGORY may include ATHLETES invited by the ORGANIZATION and/or ATHLETES who possess a record of minimum times in OFFICIAL events, with Permits from Brazilian State Federations and/or CBAt – Brazilian Athletics Confederation and/or International Federations, necessarily valid/confirmed within the last 12 (twelve) months prior to the date of the EVENT, and the minimum time proven in at least 02 (two) EVENTS, following the reference time criterion defined below.
b - ATHLETES who are eligible to participate in the peloton, according to the reference time criterion defined by the ORGANIZATION, will be exempt from the registration fee and must send their resume to the ORGANIZATION via the email address faleconosco@yescom.com.br, highlighting their NAME, TELEPHONE NUMBER, EMAIL and in which events they met the reference time criterion.
c - The ORGANIZATION may, at its discretion, invite ATHLETES to the Elite A peloton from South American countries affiliated with ConSudAtle who have the times reported in item 3.2, letters d and e, below.
d - To participate in the ELITE MENS A group, the ATHLETE must have a reference time of 1h08min for the Half Marathon and 2h20min for the Marathon, 58min for the 18K, 48min for the 15K and 31min for the 10K.
e - To participate in the ELITE WOMENS A group, the ATHLETE must have a reference time of 1h20min for the Half Marathon and 2h48min for the Marathon, 1h07min for the 18K, 57min for the 15K and 36min for the 10K.
f - Athletes who do not have an official time for this distance and feel qualified to join the ELITE group should send their resumes for review via email to faleconosco@yescom.com.br.
g - Resumes may only be sent up to a maximum of 10 calendar days prior to the EVENT. The ORGANIZATION will not accept and is not obligated to review resumes sent after this deadline.
h - If the ATHLETE makes this request at kit collection, the ORGANIZATION may or may not, at its discretion, review them, with priority given to ATHLETES who sent their resumes within the correct deadline.
i - The ORGANIZATION is not obligated to respond to resumes that do not meet the technical criteria mentioned above. In other words, the ATHLETE should only submit this request if they are certain and can prove their eligibility for these groups within the required criteria.
j - Payment of a registration fee for the general group does not guarantee the elite ATHLETEs inclusion in groups A and B, as these have participation limits and the deadlines mentioned above must be met. If an elite ATHLETE registers for the general group with the intention of guaranteeing their participation in the EVENT, the ORGANIZATION will not reimburse the registration fee.
k - The maximum number of ATHLETES in the ELITE MALE A group is 50.
l - The maximum number of ATHLETES in the ELITE FEMALE A group is 30.
2.2.2 - ELITE B CATEGORY
a - Athletes who possess a record of minimum times in OFFICIAL events, with Permits from Brazilian State Federations and/or CBAt – Brazilian Athletics Confederation and/or International Federations, necessarily valid/confirmed within the last 12 (twelve) months prior to the date of the EVENT, and the minimum time proven in at least 02 (two) EVENTS, following the reference time criterion defined below, and who are in the age range of 18 to 26 years, may be part of this CATEGORY.
b - Athletes officially nominated by their State Federation may be part of this CATEGORY, in accordance with the official notice from the Brazilian Athletics Confederation to be released. Two (2) ATHLETES per Brazilian State will be accepted, one (1) male and one (1) female, regardless of the reference time in item 2.3, letters “f” and “g” of these regulations.
c - The ATHLETE who meets the conditions described in this item in letters “a” and “b” above must register through the EVENT website, make the payment, and send their time record to the ORGANIZATION for analysis via the email address faleconosco@yescom.com.br, highlighting their NAME, TELEPHONE NUMBER, EMAIL, and in which events they met the “reference time” criterion.
d - Athletes in the ELITE B category are not exempt from the event registration fee and are not entitled to any benefits from the organization regarding transportation, accommodation, and meals.
e - Athletes registered in the ELITE B category will participate in the competition in a special group and will not be entitled to AGE GROUP AWARDS, should such awards be given at the event.
f - To participate in the ELITE MALE B group, the athlete must have a reference time of 1h11min for the Half Marathon, 2h23min for the Marathon, 1h00min for the 18K, 51min for the 15K, and 32min for the 10K.
g - To participate in the ELITE FEMALE B group, the ATHLETE must have a reference time of 1h23min for the Half Marathon, 2h51min for the Marathon, 1h12min for the 18K, 59min for the 15K, and 37min for the 10K.
h - ATHLETES who do not have an official time for this distance and feel qualified to join the ELITE B group must register through the EVENT website, make the payment, and send their resumes for analysis via email to faleconosco@yescom.com.br.
i - The maximum number of ATHLETES in the ELITE MALE B group is 30.
j - The maximum number of ATHLETES in the ELITE FEMALE B group is 15. k - The ORGANIZATION may, at its discretion, invite ATHLETES to group B, and the invited ATHLETES do not need to comply with the criteria of items “f” and “g” of these REGULATIONS. It may also, at its discretion, offer accommodation and meals to the ATHLETES.
l - If the limit is reached, the ORGANIZATION will not make any more places available for this group.
2.3 - PREMIUM PELOTON CATEGORY
a - This category includes ATHLETES invited by the ORGANIZATION and ATHLETES interested in participating in this peloton through the registration criteria available exclusively on the EVENT website.
b - ATHLETES registered in the PREMIUM PELOTON will have access to the Start, in the same location as the ELITE ATHLETES.
2.4 - GENERAL PELOTON CATEGORY
a - Any ATHLETE who does not specifically fit into one of the other categories listed above will be considered registered as an ATHLETE in the GENERAL PELOTON category.
b - ATHLETES in the GENERAL PELOTON category will participate in the competition based on their age group, as defined in the regulations.
c - ATHLETES participating in this category will not be entitled to any other type of prize except that provided for their category, as described in the PRIZES section of the regulations.
I - By participating in this EVENT, the ATHLETE assumes full responsibility for the data provided, fully accepts the regulations and rules, assumes the costs of transportation, accommodation and food, insurance and any other expenses necessary or arising from their participation before, during and after the EVENT.
II - By participating in this EVENT, the ATHLETE assigns all rights to the use of their image in this EVENT, including arena rights, waiving any monetary compensation that may be derived from journalistic materials, commercial promotions, licensing and photos, social media, at any time, place or medium and media currently available or that may be implemented in the market for this EVENT or complementary events and services, as a result of the use of these images, or in the actions described above carried out by YESCOM, ORGANIZERS, PRODUCERS, Commercial and Media PARTNERS.
III - For emergency care for ATHLETES, there will be a medical support service with ambulances to provide first aid and any necessary removals. The continuation of medical care itself, both emergency and for any other need, will be carried out by the PUBLIC HEALTH SYSTEM under its responsibility. The ORGANIZATION is not responsible for any medical expenses that the ATHLETE may incur during or after the race.
IV - The ATHLETE or their responsible companion may choose another medical care system (removal/transfer, hospital, emergency service and doctor, among others), exempting the ORGANIZATION from any direct or indirect responsibility for the consequences of this decision.
V - The EVENTs security will receive support from the competent authorities, and there will be monitors to guide the ATHLETES.
VI - Restrooms and a baggage check area will be available to registered ATHLETES in the START and FINISH areas.
VII - The ORGANIZATION informs that it is FORBIDDEN to leave valuable items in the baggage check area, such as watches, high-value accessories, electronic equipment, sound equipment or cell phones, checks, credit cards, wallets with money, identification documents such as ID/CPF or Passport, among others, inside or outside the backpacks and bags used by participants, because at the time the ATHLETE hands over the baggage to the ORGANIZATION, no inspection or opening of the bag will be carried out to verify the contents.
The athlete who uses the baggage check area declares that by handing over their belongings to Yescom, they are aware of the rules, schedules and regulations of the event, exempting Yescom from any responsibility for its contents.
VIII – The Organization will refuse to store isolated or individual items, such as keys, cell phones, glasses, watches, wallets, headphones, checkbooks or similar items.
IX - The ORGANIZATION cannot and will not be held responsible for the contents of bags, backpacks, sacks, purses, or any type of item left in the Baggage Check, as this is an optional courtesy service of the event and its use is not mandatory for the ATHLETE.
X - The ORGANIZATION will accept items to be stored in the Baggage Check until the end time of the GENERAL GROUP START. Items must be retrieved by the official end time of the event, at 1:00 PM.
If the item is not retrieved, it will be sent to YESCOM and the ATHLETE must request its retrieval through the CONTACT US section.
XI - If a bicycle parking service is available, exclusively for athletes duly and legally registered for the event, it will be located next to the BAGGAGE COVER, and may or may not be covered. The ATHLETE using the aforementioned service must provide their own security device (chain and padlock), and both the bicycle and belongings delivered by the ATHLETE must be identified by the Bib Number ticket or label provided by the ORGANIZATION along with the Bib Number upon delivery of the Kit.
XII – The bicycle will not be accepted with external devices such as chronometers, watches, onboard computers, tools, pumps, bags, helmets, bottles, gloves, or similar items.
XIII – Bicycle collection will only occur upon presentation of the receipt previously given to the ATHLETE by the ORGANIZER and photo identification.
XIV - We recommend a thorough medical evaluation, including a prior ergometric test, for all ATHLETES, as the ORGANIZATION, being the service provider, is concerned about the ATHLETEs health. However, it is not responsible for any negligence caused to the athletes health.
XV - The ATHLETE acknowledges and expressly declares that he/she is aware of his/her state of health and athletic ability and that he/she has trained adequately for the EVENT.
XVI - Access to the Concentration and Starting areas will be signposted, and jumping over the fences delimiting these areas to enter the track at the START or at any other time, under any pretext, is prohibited.
XVII - The EVENT ORGANIZERS, as well as its SPONSORS, SUPPORTERS, and PRODUCERS, are not responsible for losses or damages caused by the ATHLETE registered in the EVENT, whether to public property, third parties, or other ATHLETES, these being the sole and exclusive responsibility of the perpetrator.
XVIII - Any complaint regarding the UNOFFICIAL result of the competition must be made in writing to the ORGANIZERS within 30 days of the first publication of the result on the EVENT website.
XIX - The ORGANIZERS/PRODUCERS may suspend the EVENT due to public safety issues, public acts, vandalism, and/or force majeure.
XX - Any ATHLETE who at any time fails to comply with the rules described in these REGULATIONS, or who fails to notify the ORGANIZATION (with written record duly received by the ORGANIZERS) of any impediment on their part, may be disqualified from this EVENT at any time.
XXI - Every ATHLETE is obligated to correctly complete (sign and submit a printed copy to the ORGANIZATION, when applicable, or electronically) their EVENT Registration Form.
XXII - The ATHLETE acknowledges that they are participating in this EVENT of their own free will, knowing the risks, degree of difficulty, novelty, option and format of the competition, course, goals and/or obstacles, location, period and weather conditions in which it will be held, releasing the ORGANIZATION, SPONSORS AND PRODUCERS from any liability, on their own behalf and on behalf of their successors.
XXIII - By registering for the EVENT, the ATHLETE does so personally and non-transferably, and this registration cannot be transferred to another ATHLETE. If the registrant requests a refund, it can only be requested within 7 (seven) days of the registration and payment, in accordance with the Consumer Code. Registration is considered complete when the registration is paid and credited to the ORGANIZER. Refund requests submitted under these conditions will begin their administrative process immediately, with a processing time of up to 30 (thirty) business days for reimbursement, counted from the date of the request, for payments made in full. Installment payments are subject to the processing times of the credit card company.
XXIV - If it is proven that an ATHLETE gave their Bib Number to someone, copied it, or duplicated it by giving the copy to others, or had their number copied, the ATHLETE who registered will be suspended through an internal administrative process for a minimum period of 24 (twenty-four) months and will not have access to any previous results, being unable to register for YESCOM events during this period, or will be banned from the general YESCOM registry, having no access to any previous results and no longer being able to register for YESCOM events.
XXV - By registering for the EVENT, the ATHLETE provides their data and authorizes the ORGANIZERS to send, at any time, in their name, to the electronic or physical address, any type of electronic or physical correspondence to participate in any event of the ORGANIZER, surveys, feedback or activities developed, products or services offered by the same and/or its partners that may be of interest to them, in accordance with the Privacy Policy presented on the website www.yescom.com.br.
XXVI - The “Bib Number” must be attached to the front of the ATHLETEs shirt, and its use is mandatory in the arena and during the RACE. Any damage caused to it will result in the ATHLETEs disqualification.
XXVII - The athletes chosen position at the STARTING points available at the EVENT, as stipulated in the REGULATIONS, is their sole and exclusive responsibility.
XXVIII - The ORGANIZER reserves the right to create screening systems for public access to the EVENT areas, including ATHLETES who may appear during the race without proper accreditation – bib number, or any other device proving their registration. Individuals who fall under these conditions and who are participating in the race without registration may be prohibited from accessing the Starting Area, the Course, and the Finish Line, and may be asked to leave at any time by members of the ORGANIZER, since the EVENT is exclusively for officially registered participants.
XXIX - The race will offer infrastructure (medical support, access, hydration, and snacks) for the official number of registered participants. No extra resources will be provided for athletes who are not officially registered (unregistered runners).
XXX - The ORGANIZATION may send technical information via email to REGISTERED ATHLETES when deemed necessary and/or applicable, in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
XXXI - By registering for the EVENT, the ATHLETE accepts and, when necessary, will fully comply with all recommendations of the WHO (World Health Organization), decisions, restrictions and permissions of Federal, State and Municipal public bodies for the practice of the EVENT in situations and periods of pandemic and/or similar circumstances.
XXXII - The ORGANIZATION may, at its discretion, due to technical needs of the RACE, legal impediments, situations requiring adjustments to the citys road network in compliance with municipal and public bodies, alter the race course, start and finish locations and times.
XXXIII - The ORGANIZATION reserves the right to alter any of the items in these regulations relating to technical and procedural specifics without prior notice, including the date and location of the EVENT, as needed, informing of these changes in a new regulation that will be available on the EVENT website.
XXXIV - By registering for this event, the ATHLETE agrees to this clause, exempting YESCOM, its partners, contractors, suppliers and sponsors from any subsequent charges related to these changes, regarding any expenses or compensation that the ATHLETE believes they are entitled to.
a - By registering for the EVENT and paying the registration fee, the ATHLETE is activating their participation and access to the EVENT and use of the support infrastructure as described in the regulations.
4.1 - PROMOTIONAL REGISTRATION WITHOUT A FREE T-SHIRT - includes 01 (one) race number (mandatory use) delivered only to officially registered ATHLETES who pick up their kit at the location and/or in the format defined in these regulations, and 01 (one) post-race medal, delivered only to ATHLETES who complete the race. Additional gifts may be included at the discretion of the ORGANIZATION and/or Sponsors.
4.2 - BASIC REGISTRATION - includes 01 (one) race number (mandatory use), 01 (one) promotional/commemorative t-shirt given only to officially registered ATHLETES who pick up their kit at the location and/or in the format defined in these regulations, and 01 (one) post-race medal, given only to officially registered ATHLETES who participate in and complete the race. Additional gifts may be added at the discretion of the ORGANIZATION and/or Sponsors.
4.3 - PREMIUM PLATOON REGISTRATION - includes starting at the front of the General Platoon, 01 (one) race number (mandatory use), 01 (one) promotional/commemorative polyester t-shirt and 01 (one) thermal bottle, delivered only to officially registered ATHLETES who pick up their kit at the location and/or in the format defined in these regulations, and 01 (one) post-race medal, delivered only to officially registered ATHLETES who participate in and complete the race. Additional gifts may be added at the discretion of the ORGANIZATION and/or Sponsors. Registrations are limited to 1,000.
4.4 - The participation kit includes gifts provided by Sponsors, and the items described above that make up each type of registration are subject to changes, variations in size, color and/or tone, both in the dyeing process and in the display on computer screens and mobile devices, percentages, partial or total exclusion.
4.5 - The following items are not included in the Participation Kit for duly registered ATHLETES, even if available for use in the areas covered by items 2, 3 and 4 of the regulations, and will not be considered mandatory for the ORGANIZATION to provide and/or for the ATHLETE to contract services: Timing chip. Preparation of results and/or dissemination and publication thereof. Trophy. Award for achieving a goal. Gifts and accessories. Other.
a - The ORGANIZATION may offer the option to choose the size of the promotional t-shirts offered as a courtesy and gift, with limited quantities, without being obligated to have stock of each size at the time of kit delivery and/or at its facilities.
b - If there is distribution or inclusion of materials listed in item 4, they will not be delivered on the day of the EVENT or after it.
c - There will be no delivery of Participation Kits on the day of the EVENT, nor after the end of the EVENT.
d - If the ORGANIZATION offers the service of delivering the DISPOSABLE CHIP, preparing, providing results, and/or disseminating and publishing them, the ATHLETE is aware that the responsibility for the correct use of the chip and its installation on their body/clothing rests solely with them, as well as passing over the data capture mat, since these are electronic devices and may suffer some type of interference and/or loss of information, exempting the ORGANIZATION and Organizers from providing the results in this case.
e - The ORGANIZATION may receive and/or request information from ATHLETES to assist in correcting any problems in the provision of results, without a defined time frame or obligation for these corrections, within a maximum period of 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of the EVENT.
f - The ORGANIZATION provides ATHLETES with a Contact Us service through the EVENT website, this website being the only official source for results.
g - The promotional and/or commemorative EVENT t-shirt, as mentioned above, is a courtesy of the ORGANIZATION and may be available in various sizes for the ATHLETE to choose during the registration process or after payment. After registration closes on the EVENT website, it will not be possible to make any changes to the chosen t-shirt size.
h - The ORGANIZATION reiterates, as per the item above, that in the event of the delivery of t-shirts, this act will be considered a simple courtesy. The chosen size may be changed/delivered by the ORGANIZATION according to stock availability.
i - There will be no exchange of t-shirt size at Kit Delivery; the size chosen by the ATHLETE when registering will prevail.
j - The ORGANIZATION may, at its discretion, create an area for displaying products from its Commercial Partners. The ORGANIZATION may enter into agreements with non-profit entities in order to raise funds for social programs, through the provision of space for product display.
a - The minimum age required to participate in the EVENT for the 18K RACE is 18 years old by the date of registration, and the CBAt (Brazilian Athletics Confederation) regulations will be considered for AGE GROUP classification purposes.
b - The 18K RACE will have a maximum duration of 2h30min (two hours and thirty minutes), after which the Finish Line area and its equipment/services will be switched off/deactivated.
c - Any ATHLETE who is not within the projected time at any point on the course will be invited to complete the race via one of the tangents, as directed by the ORGANIZATION monitors, thus passing alongside the Official Finish Arch, where the main arch will be located after this time.
d- Any ATHLETE who is not within the projected time at any point on the course will be asked to withdraw from the competition, ending the race at that point, from which the ORGANIZATION will no longer be responsible for any type of service or support to that runner.
e- Upon being asked to withdraw from the competition, the ATHLETE must board the buses provided by the ORGANIZATION to return to the STARTING point when this service is available.
f- Only ATHLETES who are not suspended or serving any type of prohibitive punishment imposed by Confederations or Federations may participate in the EVENT.
g- Anti-doping tests may be carried out on ATHLETES participating in the EVENT at the discretion of the ORGANIZATION, in accordance with CBAt Road Race Standard 07.
h- The ATHLETE must follow the marked route or course for the race, and no other means of assistance are permitted to gain any type of advantage or cut the indicated course. i - Assistance from third parties is prohibited, such as being accompanied by cyclists or any type of hydration while in motion, except at the supply points offered by the ORGANIZATION itself, as well as the use of any technological resource without prior written authorization from the ORGANIZATION.
j - Elite ATHLETES may not use radio communication or audio systems during the competition, nor may they use guides or pacers, and must comply with the rules of WORLD ATHLETICS (IAAF) and CBAt - Brazilian Athletics Confederation, for the RACE.
k - There will be no participation fee paid to any ATHLETE.
l - The ATHLETEs participation in the EVENT is individual.
m - The ATHLETE acknowledges and expressly declares that they are aware of their state of health and athletic ability and that they have trained adequately for the EVENT.
n - By registering for the EVENT, the ATHLETE accepts and, when necessary, will fully comply with all recommendations of the WHO (World Health Organization), decisions, restrictions and permissions of Federal, State and Municipal public bodies for the practice of the EVENT in situations and periods of pandemic and/or similar circumstances.
o - The Technical Direction of the event reserves the right to include specially invited ATHLETES in the EVENT.
a - All ATHLETES wishing to start in the Elite A or B groups must submit their registration requests for these groups following the criteria described in items 2.2.1 and 2.2.2 of the regulations.
b - Since there is no formal invitation for ELITE ATHLETES, the ORGANIZATION will also not provide accommodation and meals, nor any type of reimbursement and/or cost assistance for the participation of ATHLETES and/or their coaches in the RACE.
a - All ATHLETES wishing to participate in the WHEELCHAIR ATHLETES group of the RACE must submit their registration requests for this group following the criteria described in item 2.1 of the regulations.
b - Since there is no formal invitation to WHEELCHAIR ATHLETES, the ORGANIZATION will also not provide accommodation and meals, nor any type of reimbursement and/or cost assistance for the participation of WHEELCHAIR ATHLETES and/or their coaches and/or their companions in the RACE. The ORGANIZATION may, at its discretion, include other Wheelchair Athletes, specially invited.
a - The EVENT ORGANIZERS may offer promotional discounts on registration fees for specific periods, with no refunds for any amount previously paid that differs from the promotional price.
b - Registrations for the EVENT will be done online, limited to a maximum of 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) REGISTERED ATHLETES. This number will be determined by the ORGANIZERS based on the progress and demand for registrations.
9.1 - 2025 PRE-SALE PROMOTIONAL PRICE
a - Registrations for the 26th edition of the VOLTA INTERNACIONAL DA PAMPULHA 2025 will be open to the general public at the prices indicated below from November 27, 2024 to December 10, 2024 until 5 PM:
a.1 - PROMOTIONAL REGISTRATION WITHOUT T-SHIRT
R$ 99.00 (NINETY-NINE REAIS) discounted price for payment in full via bank slip, including a 10% service fee.
R$ 108.90 (ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHT REAIS AND NINETY CENTS) price without discount, payable in up to 3 installments by credit card, including a 10% (ten percent) service fee.
a.2 - BASIC REGISTRATION WITH T-SHIRT

The organization may extend this deadline or bring forward the closing of registrations at its discretion.

9.3 - GENERAL INFORMATION
a - After the registration period closes electronically or physically, it is not possible to generate or print a new payment slip.
b - Registration only becomes effective upon payment of the slip.
c - Any changes to a registration already made and paid for can only be requested through the Contact Us section via email at faleconosco@yescom.com.br until September 10, 2025. After this date, the information selected by the ATHLETE at the time of registration will prevail.
d - The ORGANIZER may, at any time, suspend or extend deadlines or add to or limit the number of registrations for the EVENT due to technical/structural needs/availability without prior notice.
e - If the Boleto (payment slip) is not paid by its due date, your registration request will be canceled, and you must contact the Contact Us section via email at faleconosco@yescom.com.br, informing them of the EVENT and requesting the reactivation of your request so that you can start a new registration process.
f - By registering for the EVENT and making the payment via bank slip or Credit Card, the ATHLETE declares that the sources of the funds used to make this payment are from legal and legitimate means.
g - In accordance with the Statute of the Elderly, the ORGANIZATION will offer ATHLETES over 60 (sixty) years of age a 50% (fifty percent) discount only for the Promo registration.
h - Registrations for ATHLETES aged 60 and over must be made through the Individual Registration option.
i - If it is proven that the ATHLETE used the benefit granted by the Statute of the Elderly and gave their Bib Number to another ATHLETE to run in their place, the ORGANIZATION is authorized by the ATHLETE who registered to issue a charge via bank slip for the difference paid at the time of registration. The ATHLETE who registered will be suspended through an internal administrative process for a minimum period of 24 (twenty-four) months and will not have access to any previous results, being unable to register for YESCOM events during this period, or will be banned from the YESCOM general registry, having no access to any previous results and no longer being able to register for YESCOM events.
Under no circumstances will bank slips paid after the due date be accepted as valid. If the ATHLETE manages to pay the invoice after the due date through any payment method, the registration will be canceled and their Kit will not be delivered.
9.4 - REFUND
a - By registering for the EVENT, the ATHLETE does so personally and non-transferably, and there is no possibility of transferring this registration to another ATHLETE. If the registrant requests a refund, it can only be requested within 7 (seven) days of the registration and payment, in accordance with the Consumer Code. Registration is considered complete when the registration is paid and credited to the ORGANIZER. The refund request submitted under these conditions will have its administrative process initiated immediately, with a deadline of up to 30 (thirty) business days for its reimbursement, counted from the date of the request, for payments made in full. Installment payments are subject to the deadlines in which the credit card company will process the refund.
b - If the EVENT is cancelled and/or altered at any time due to force majeure such as catastrophes, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics or similar events, as well as determinations by public bodies for the purpose of maintaining order, collective security, health and preservation of life, registrations will be automatically transferred to 2026 on a new date scheduled in agreement with the competent public bodies, exempting the ORGANIZATION from any responsibility and from the return of any amount invested by the registrant for participation in the event.

f - The PAYMENT RECEIPT is a unique document; the ORGANIZATION does not have a copy of it.
10.2 - COMPLIMENTARY REGISTRATIONS
a - The ORGANIZATION may, at its discretion, provide complimentary registrations for participation in the EVENT for programs with social purposes and/or public services, provided that it is requested at least 45 (forty-five) days in advance.
b - The request does not guarantee the complimentary registration, as it is optional and therefore a mere act of generosity on the part of the Organizer.
c - Requests for complimentary entries will not be accepted for ATHLETES who have already registered, paid for, and/or received a complimentary entry. If, by any chance, a complimentary entry is granted to an ATHLETE who has already registered and paid the registration fee, or even received a complimentary entry, there will be no refund of the amount paid, transfer of this registration to a third party, or delivery of an extra kit; that is, the participant will only have the right to use the services that the complimentary entry will provide.
a - Online, at the website www.yescom.com.br/voltadapampulha/2025 until September 30, 2025, which may be EXTENDED or CLOSED earlier, at the ORGANIZATIONs discretion.
ATTENTION: There will be no registrations on the day of the EVENT nor during the delivery of the participation kit, and there will be no delivery of the participation kit on the day of the EVENT, only at the times and dates determined by the ORGANIZATION, as per items 12 and 13.
a - The delivery of the participation KIT with the complimentary CHIP will take place together with the ATHLETE EXPO on December 4th, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, December 5th, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and December 6th, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM at the POWER SHOPPING CENTERMINAS located at Pastor Anselmo Silvestre, avenue 1495 - União, Belo Horizonte.
PLEASE NOTE: The ATHLETE must be present to pick up their Kit on the day they selected during the registration process.
b - There will be no delivery of participation kits on the day of the EVENT or after its conclusion.
12.1 - IDENTIFICATION
a - To pick up the Kit, the ATHLETE must present:
Original photo ID (RNE or Drivers License or Passport or Professional ID containing ID number), which may be physical or digital.
a.1 - For registration paid via BANK SLIP:
Bring the BANK PAYMENT RECEIPT, which may be physical or digital, in case proof of payment is needed.
Note 1: Any registration confirmation sent by email is not valid as proof of payment.
Note 2: The registration confirmation generated by the system after registration is not valid as proof of payment.
Under no circumstances will payment slips paid after the due date be accepted as valid. If the ATHLETE manages to pay the slip after the due date through any payment method, the registration will be canceled and their Kit will not be delivered.
a.2 - For registration paid via CREDIT CARD:
Bring the TRANSACTION RECEIPT from your CARD OPERATOR if necessary, which may be physical or digital.
b - Kit Collection by THIRD PARTIES
Third parties are considered to be:
The person responsible for the registration/order through which another ATHLETEs registration was made, and another person who will collect the kit who is not the ATHLETE registered for the race.
It will be necessary to present:
An Authorization from the registered ATHLETE, signed, physical or digital, which must contain the ATHLETEs data, the THIRD PARTYs data, and the name of the RACE;

Present the ATHLETEs document with photo (ID card or RNE or Drivers License or Passport or Professional ID containing ID number);
Original photo ID (RNE or Drivers License or Passport or Professional ID containing ID number) of the THIRD PARTY.
b.1 - For registration paid via BANK SLIP: Bring the BANK PAYMENT RECEIPT in case proof of payment is needed, which may be physical or digital.
b.2 - For registration paid via CREDIT CARD:
Bring the TRANSACTION RECEIPT from the CARD OPERATOR in case proof of payment is needed, which may be physical or digital.
Under no circumstances will bank slips paid after the due date be accepted as valid. If the ATHLETE manages to pay the invoice after the due date through any payment method, the registration will be canceled and their Kit will not be delivered.
12.2 - ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
a - With the Kit, the ATHLETE receives a “CHEST NUMBER”.
b - It is the responsibility of the ATHLETE and/or a duly authorized third party to check the kit at the pick-up location.
c - As mentioned above, for this EVENT, the ORGANIZATION, without any obligation, as a courtesy and pure liberality, may provide the ATHLETE with a “DISPOSABLE CHIP” for timing and timing, which will be delivered together with the participation kit, in accordance with the criteria set out in item 4 of the regulations.
12.3 - INDIVIDUAL OR TEAM LIABILITY WAIVER
I declare that I am aware that to participate in this EVENT and/or register I must be over 18 years of age according to Brazilian Law.
By registering for this EVENT or complementary events and services, I, as the person responsible for it, individually or as part of a team, DECLARE that:
1. I agree to the Terms of Responsibility below. 2. The personal data that has been or will be provided to complete my registration, or that of third parties or my team, for the EVENT or complementary events and services, such as the results and participation survey system, the certificate issuance system, and payment systems, are my sole responsibility and/or that of my technical representative, manager, or team coordinator, and I am entirely responsible for their accuracy, under penalty of law. 3. I have read and fully agree with the regulations of the EVENT or complementary events and services, available on the website atwww.yescom.com.br, event websites under this domain or those of Yescoms licensees for registration, social networks and informational emails, expressly stating that all the rules and regulations contained therein are based on legality, balance and common sense, and therefore I cannot claim in the future or at any time to be unaware of and/or disagree with them. 4. I participate in this EVENT or complementary events and services of my own free will, knowing the risks, degree of difficulty, novelty, option and format of the RACE, course, goals and/or obstacles, location, period and weather conditions in which it will be held, exempting the ORGANIZATION, Sponsors and Organizers from all liability, at any level whatsoever, both on my behalf and on behalf of my successors. 5. I am aware and declare that I am in perfect physical condition and good health in general, and that I am capable of participating in the EVENT or complementary events and services, being solely responsible for any kind of damage that I may suffer or cause to third parties. 6. I am aware and declare that I possess adequate technical and physical capacity to participate in this EVENT or complementary events and services and that I have trained adequately for a RACE of this magnitude and, if I am responsible for the registration of third parties or a team, I declare that this same state of fullness described above in this paragraph and perfect physical and health condition applies to all. 7. I am aware of and agree with the technical information available on the website www.yescom.com.br and its complementary pages, social networks and informative emails, including course support services. 8. I am aware that in case of medical care, it will be provided by the competent public network, exempting the ORGANIZATION from the need for medical care from the private network. 9. I am aware and affirm that I will observe the suitability and safety offered at the EVENT venue or complementary events and services, as well as, when necessary, that I will fully comply with the recommendations of the WHO (World Health Organization), decisions, restrictions and permissions of Federal, State and Municipal public bodies, in the face of pandemic situations and/or similar periods, and if I am responsible for the registration of third parties or a team, I declare that they will also obey and respect them. 10. I am fully responsible for any amounts arising from personal or material damages caused by me to third parties in general, participants, the public, the ORGANIZATION and all its agents, during my participation in this EVENT or complementary events and services, and if I am responsible for the registration of third parties or a team, I declare that I will also be fully responsible if the damages have been caused by them. 11. By this instrument, I assign all rights to the use of my image (including arena rights) in this EVENT or complementary events and services, waiving any monetary compensation that may be received from promotional materials, campaigns, information, TV broadcasts, clips, reruns, journalistic materials, commercial promotions, licensing and photos, social media, at any time, place or medium and media currently available or that may be implemented in the market for this EVENT or complementary events and services, as a result of the use of these images, or in the actions described above carried out by YESCOM, ORGANIZERS, PRODUCERS, Commercial and Media PARTNERS. 12. I am aware of and authorize the use of image capture equipment in the arena of this EVENT, such as motorcycles, vehicles, helicopters, drones and other means available for such action. 13. I am aware that, upon being invited, registering, or enrolling in the EVENT or complementary events and services, I will automatically be included in the YESCOM database, authorizing, from now on, the sending to the registered electronic or physical address of any type of electronic or physical correspondence to participate in any event of the organizer, surveys, feedback or activities developed, products or services offered by it and/or its partners that may be of interest to me in accordance with the Privacy Policy presented on the website www.yescom.com.br, the same applying to registrations that I may carry out as responsible for the registration of third parties or a team. 14. I assume all expenses for travel, accommodation, food, national and international transfers, or internal travel from the start to the finish or from the finish to the start, insurance, medical assistance, and any other necessary expenses arising from my participation in this EVENT or complementary events and services, before, during, or after its completion. 15. In the event that the ORGANIZATION provides free services related to transportation, accommodation, and/or food, among others, I declare that the consequent receipt will be a simple courtesy that does not imply any contractual or professional relationship with the ORGANIZATION, and does not constitute any kind of obligation or responsibility. 16. I, as an ATHLETE, participant or representative, coach, or team coordinator, fully agree with the regulations of the EVENT or complementary events and services, as well as with my responsibilities specified above, at any time and/or place, having nothing to claim, now or in the future, due to its rules and regulations, with any eventual relationship governed by the principle of the most transparent good faith. 17. I am aware that the decision and choice to include and/or exclude ATHLETES in the aforementioned EVENT or complementary events and services, resulting from the option of the coach or team manager, will be the sole and exclusive responsibility of the latter. The ORGANIZATION is hereby exempt from any decision or evaluation, personal, direct or indirect, regarding the ATHLETE, with the responsibility for the accuracy of the information activated being the responsibility of their own coach, since, if the ATHLETE was aware of their registration, participation, or not, in the EVENT or complementary events and services, the responsibility will then be exclusively that of the latter. 18. I agree not to carry or use within the EVENT areas or complementary events and services, including the course and kit delivery area, or any other area of visibility at the EVENT or complementary events and services aimed at the public, or means of dissemination and promotion, any discriminatory, political, promotional or advertising material in general, nor signs that may be seen by others without written authorization from the ORGANIZATION, and also, no type of material or object that puts at risk the safety of the EVENT or complementary events and services, ATHLETES and/or people present, including the public, being aware that I may be asked to leave the EVENT or complementary events and services by the ORGANIZATION or authorities of the areas described above. 19. In the event of my participation in this EVENT or complementary events and services, representing TEAMS and ATHLETES, SERVICE PROVIDERS and/or any media or vehicle, I expressly declare that I am aware of and accept the regulations of the EVENT or complementary events and services, as well as respect the areas designated for the ORGANIZATION, and my physical participation in the support structures for TEAMS set up in inappropriate locations or that interfere with the proper functioning of the EVENT or complementary events and services is prohibited without obtaining written authorization from the ORGANIZATION, being fully aware that otherwise I may be removed from the premises at any time. 20. Regardless of whether I am present or not when filling out my registration form, as well as when picking up my participation kit, either by me or through my coach, team captain, or team manager, I declare that I am aware of the entire content of the race regulations, as well as my rights and obligations within the EVENT or complementary events and services, having fully understood the rules and regulations thereof, expressly granting them full and total validity, since they are based on and governed by the principle of good faith. 21. I declare that I agree that I may obtain from the ORGANIZATION, at its sole discretion and/or courtesy, the option to choose the day and location for kit delivery and the t-shirt size (when these options are expressly available in the registration process, obeying the criteria related to the participation kit in the EVENT regulations or complementary events and services). 22. I am aware that all benefits resulting from my registration, or the registration for which I am responsible for third parties or my team, will be fully available only after the effective and proven payment of the corresponding fee. It is undisputed that it will be my sole responsibility to monitor communications sent via electronic mail to my valid email address registered with the ORGANIZER companys registration system and/or any other system licensed and used by it; it is also my sole responsibility, or that of a duly authorized third party, to check the kit at the pick-up location; to access the subsequent consultations on the EVENT website, in order to verify possible updates or changes to the regulations, news, and information on the availability or not of services and/or complimentary items for participation in the aforementioned EVENT or complementary events and services. 23. I declare that when registering, or when registering third parties or my team as the responsible party for the EVENT or complementary events and services, and making the payment through Bank Slip or Credit Card, the sources of the resources used to make this payment are from legal and lawful means. 24. I declare that I will not transfer, in any way or modality, my Bib Number to another ATHLETE for participation in the EVENT or complementary events and services, and that if I were to have this illegal attitude, I am also aware that, due to the fraud committed, I may suffer the consequences provided for by law. I am aware that I will be suspended through an internal administrative process for a minimum period of 24 (twenty-four) months and will not have access to any previous results, and will not be able to register for YESCOM events during this period, or I will be banned from the YESCOM general registry, not having access to any previous results and no longer being able to register for YESCOM events. 25. I declare that I will only use the 50% (fifty percent) discount granted in accordance with the Senior Citizen Statute if I am 60 years of age or older. If it is proven that I have improperly used this benefit and/or given my Bib Number to another ATHLETE, I authorize the ORGANIZATION to issue a charge, through a bank slip, for the amount relating to the difference less, considering the amount paid at the time of my registration, and that I will be suspended through an internal administrative process for a minimum period of 24 (twenty-four) months and will not have access to any previous results, not being able to register for YESCOM events or complementary events and services during this period, or that I will be banned from the general YESCOM registry, not having access to any previous results and no longer being able to register for YESCOM events. 26. I declare that I am aware that if the ORGANIZATION receives any complaint that I have given my Chest Number to another ATHLETE, the ORGANIZATION will be duly authorized by me to disqualify me as well as the aforementioned user who usurped the number, the situation being considered as fraud. 27. If the ORGANIZATION offers the services of delivering the “DISPOSABLE CHIP”, preparing, providing results and/or disseminating and publishing them, I, the ATHLETE, am duly aware that the correct use of the chip and its installation on the body/clothing is my sole responsibility, as well as the respective mandatory passages on the data capture mat installed, since these are electronic devices and it is undisputed that they may suffer some type of interference and/or loss of information, the ORGANIZATION and PRODUCERS being exempt, from now on, from providing them. 28. I am aware that the ORGANIZING committee may receive and/or request information from participants to assist in correcting any problems in the provision of results, as the chip control system may suffer interference, given that it is a sensitive electronic device that works at high frequency, and such correction must occur within a maximum period of 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of the EVENT. 29. I am aware that the result will be available on the EVENT website starting 72 hours after its completion. 30. I will add the domain @yescom and the email faleconosco@yescom.com.br to my list of trusted internet domains so that I can receive any type of information regarding the EVENT or complementary events and services, by email. 31. I declare that I am aware that any information requested through the “CONTACT US” channel via the email faleconosco@yescom.com.br can only be made by the ATHLETE responsible for the registration and/or by a duly proven first-degree relative or, also, by a duly constituted and authorized legal representative. 32. I am aware that athlete support is always provided through the CONTACT US channel, social media, or by email at faleconosco@yescom.com.br, operating from Monday to Friday, and not operating on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and commemorative dates, as well as during the period from December 20, 2025 to January 6, 2026.

a - The classification of ATHLETES in the ELITE Category (A/B) will be based on their placement (gross time/order of arrival), and the other categories will be based on net time and will be published on the EVENT website in the RESULTS section.
b - The classification of ATHLETES in the GENERAL GROUP and ATHLETES WITH DISABILITIES categories will be defined by net time and will be published on the event website in the results section.
c - The CLASSIFICATION / RESULTS of unofficial participation times captured by chip reading systems and/or image reading systems and/or facial recognition systems may be published starting 72 hours after the end of the EVENT in Gross Time and/or Net Time and/or Gross and Net Time formats.
d - The organization may send electronic messages via SMS or through another messaging system with an unofficial reference time, and the valid result will be the one presented on the events official website in the results report, even if it differs from the one sent by electronic message.
a - Every officially registered ATHLETE who completes the EVENT within the maximum time allowed will receive a Participation Medal.
b - On the date of the EVENT, only the following will receive the awards (trophies) to which they are entitled (unofficially):
The FIRST 5 ATHLETES (Male and Female) classified in the ELITE CATEGORY of the 18K RACE.
c - No other awards, except those provided for in items 15.1 - letter “a” and 15.3 - letter “a”, will be awarded on the date of the EVENT.
d - Awards are not cumulative. e - All ATHLETES whose names are called for the awards ceremony must immediately proceed to the awards area to receive their prizes.
f - Access to the podium for trophy presentation will be restricted to the ATHLETES whose names are called, upon presentation of photo identification. Access for companions and/or spectators is not permitted to avoid crowding.
g - When there is any type of PRIZE in cash, vehicles, motorcycles, or consumer goods, or incentive for achieving a goal, the values presented refer to the total disbursement to be made by the ORGANIZER. Each winning ATHLETE is responsible for paying taxes, duties, charges, documentation, and transfer fees.
h - Incentive prizes for achieving a goal (including trophies, special medals, or any other type of prize in cash, vehicles, motorcycles, or consumer goods) will be awarded ONLY to the ATHLETE.
i - Cash incentive prizes for achieving objectives by ATHLETES who are entitled to them will be deposited into a current or savings account in the name of the ATHLETE or a duly and officially appointed and authorized proxy, after the ORGANIZATION publishes the official results of the RACE, which is linked to the official report from the competent bodies and the receipt of the ATHLETEs data and payment authorization by the ORGANIZATION.
j - In the case of cash prizes, the ATHLETE must comply with the criteria required by the ORGANIZATION, informing them through the Payment Request Document, which the ATHLETE will receive via email, of all the necessary data for the payment to be made. The return of the Payment Request Document to the ORGANIZATION must be made within a maximum period of 180 (one hundred and eighty) days. Prizes may be paid in installments of different values and dates to the beneficiarys account.
k - The prize payment process will begin after the publication and approval of the official results by the competent entities, with a maximum completion deadline of 180 days from the moment the ORGANIZATION receives the documentation with information for payment to the respective winners entitled to the prize.
l - If the ATHLETE requests that any prize be delivered to a third party, they must attach a formal authorization letter with notarized signature, along with an authenticated copy of their ID and CPF (Brazilian tax identification number), to the email address faleconosco@yescom.com.br, indicating the SUBJECT as PRIZE and the body of the email must contain an explanation for their absence from receiving it.
m - ATHLETES who do not return the AWARD letter to the ORGANIZATION within 180 (one hundred and eighty) days of receiving it accept that the value of the AWARD will be donated to a Philanthropic Institution that cares for People with Cancer in the city of the EVENT.
n - The official result of the EVENT for those classified from 1st to 10th place MALE and FEMALE in the ELITE CATEGORY depends on the official announcement by the CBAt - Brazilian Athletics Confederation or another competent authority regarding the anti-doping test or any other restriction to be met by the ORGANIZATION.
o - The ORGANIZATION reserves the right to include any other type of award, which will be announced on the EVENT website.
p - There will be no subsequent shipment of trophies to ATHLETES who are called to the podium and are not present at the awarding of the trophies they are entitled to on the day of the EVENT.
15.1 - AWARDS FOR THE ELITE CATEGORY (MALE AND FEMALE)
a - The top 5 athletes in the ELITE CATEGORY (Male and Female) will receive, in addition to a participation medal, a trophy or a special medal.
b - The FIRST 5 ATHLETES who complete the race in the ELITE CATEGORY (Male and Female) will receive an incentive PRIZE for achieving their goal, according to the table below:

15.3 - AWARDS FOR THE WHEELCHAIR ATHLETE CATEGORY
a - The top 3 athletes classified in the WHEELCHAIR ATHLETE CATEGORY (MALE AND FEMALE) will receive, in addition to a participation medal, a trophy or a special medal.
b - The WHEELCHAIR ATHLETE CATEGORY has a different start time and special awards, and does not compete with the other categories.
c - In the WHEELCHAIR ATHLETE CATEGORY, the use of a helmet and a 3-wheeled wheelchair, adapted and appropriate for racing, is mandatory. The use of everyday wheelchairs, motorized wheelchairs, handcycles, or assistance from third parties is not permitted.
Technical Note: The WHEELCHAIR ATHLETE CATEGORY is for ATHLETES who use a three-wheeled wheelchair for competition and use their hands to move the equipment via the wheels, not with ratchets, manual pedals, chains, or mechanical elements that facilitate movement.
d - ATHLETES who do not comply with the Regulations will be prohibited from participating in the race.
e - A WHEELCHAIR ATHLETES will not be allowed to start without a helmet.
15.4 - AWARDS FOR THE ATHLETE WITH DISABILITY CATEGORY
a - There will be no AWARDS ceremony or trophy presentation for ATHLETES with disabilities who complete the race, only medals will be awarded.
b - The ATHLETE who participates in the ATHLETES WITH DISABILITIES category will not be entitled to any other type of bonus except that provided for their CATEGORY.
16.1 - KIT DELIVERY FOR ELITE AND ELITE WHEELCHAIR ATHLETES
a - Kit delivery for elite athletes will be on Saturday, December 6th, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, at the Esuites Belo Horizonte Minascasa Hotel, located at Av. Cristiano Machado 3435, Belo Horizonte, MG, 31160-380 · (31) 3500-2780.
b - To pick up the kit, the ATHLETE or their coach must present an original photo ID (ID card, Drivers License, or Passport).
16.2 - TECHNICAL CONGRESS
a - The Technical Congress will be held on Saturday, December 6th, from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, at the Esuites Belo Horizonte Minascasa Hotel, located at Av. Cristiano Machado 3435, Belo Horizonte, MG, 31160-380 · (31) 3500-2780.
b - The presence of ELITE ATHLETES and/or their COACHES and WHEELCHAIR ATHLETES and/or their COACHES is mandatory.
a - The ORGANIZATION may indicate locations for setting up tents for Consulting Firms/Coaches according to the availability of space in the EVENT arena area, provided that it does not interfere with the smooth running of the race.
b - In case of technical necessity or public requirements, the ORGANIZATION may request the relocation of the tents.
c - The responsibility for advertising or displaying brands on the tents rests solely and exclusively with the Consulting Firms, Coaches, Companies or Running Clubs, exempting the ORGANIZATION from any liability.
d - If there is conflicting sponsorship with the EVENT SPONSORS, the ORGANIZATION may request that the Consulting Firms/Coaches remove their tent(s).
e - The tents may not have a sound system that interferes with the EVENTs sound system, and the ORGANIZATION suggests that they do not exceed 20 square meters. f - To check the location provided by the ORGANIZATION for setting up your tent, access the ARENA MAP on the EVENT website.
g - The ORGANIZATION will provide security for the area designated for setting up tents, but is not responsible for the tent or any damage caused to it or to objects left inside it.
a - The ORGANIZATION might, at its own criteria, include any type of awards or special participation gifts.

c - The customer care telephone number for ATHLETES is +55 (11) 4191-1236. This telephone will only care for issues related to registration data (ID documents and/or password). Our service hours by email, telephone and social networks are Monday to Friday, 09:00AM to 12:00AM and 01:00PM to 05:00PM. There will be no service on Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays and commemorative dates.
d - We would like to inform that there will be no customer care for the EVENT over the CONTACT US phone, via email or social networks from december 23 to 25, 2025 and from december 30, 2025 to january 06, 2026.
e - The ORGANIZATION reserves the right to change any of the items in this regulation referring to technical and procedural specificities without prior notice, including the date and place of the EVENT, according to the needs of the same, informing these changes in a new regulation that will be made available on the EVENT website.
g - The doubts or omissions in this regulation will be resolved by the ORGANIZING Commission and / or by the ORGANIZERS / DIRECTORS in a sovereign way, with no recourse to these decisions.
